This park, in my opinion, is one of the best parks we have stayed in. The check-in is quick and efficient. The pool and lake area are both top notch. The bath house is excellent with individual locking bath/shower rooms. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, we rented a beach house in Garden City Beach, SC... We stored our trailer on site, they moved our trailer to their storage area and moved it back when we returned for a $1.50 per day in storage. Hard to beat that service. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

There is way too much to do and see in the area, if you get a chance, try the Intercostal Waterway area in Little River, excellent sea food etc.

Love this park! Stayed for a week in June and the back in lakefront site was fantastic. It was huge. Plenty of grassy area for our grandkids to play. Would recommend this park to anyone. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Staying here gives you excellent access to North Myrtle Beach and all the shows and Restaurant Row where all the best restaurants are, be sure to go to the Original Benjamin's (next to the restaurant with the giant crab on the roof) and Preston's, these are the two best and if you like crab legs, then go to Original Benjamin's for All you can eat crab legs, best in Myrtle Beach! Preston's is beyond excellent! Be sure to spend a day at Carolina Landing, you will love that!

A beautiful campground with large well-spaced sites; one of the nicer commercial campgrounds that we have stayed at. We particularly enjoyed our lake front site and the mile long walking trail that circles the lake. A very peaceful and relaxing campground. Also, we were told by neighbors that the park upgraded their Wifi in 2017 - we thought the upgraded free Wifi worked well (i.e., the same or better than other campgrounds). Most sites are big rig friendly. [$29 Daily rate listed was the monthly off-season rate, before taxes or electric usage charges.] We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

First stay here. Very spacious sites for a private campground and quiet at night. Clean restrooms and showers. Site surface was a concrete pad and featured a fire ring, picnic table and patio.

We brought our dog so the trail around the lake was perfect for walks. Great place to stay if you want to be near the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle. Took us about 15 minutes to drive to the beach area. Enjoyed some great seafood in Calabash. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

A lovely park that is kept extrememly clean, maintained by a marvelous staff. The lake and grounds are very nice. Plenty of room between sites and the length of each site is quite adequate for all types of rigs. I wish there was a cable connection to improve reception. The website was confusing concerning mailing address. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

One of if not the best campground facility we have ever stayed in. The grounds were perfect as was the facilities. Nice long, level pull thru sites on most sites with grass areas on both sides between the adjacent sites. Each site was paved with a concrete patio pad, a BBQ grill, picnic table and a fire ring. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice fitness room with treadmills and elliptical machines. Did not use the laundry but it looked clean and will kept. Pool and lake swimming areas were great. Around the lake was a nice paved mile long track for walks and bike riding. Will definitely return when headed to the beach area. A great place near the beach and great seafood without the hassle of being on the beach and in all the traffic. Next time I will try to get a site with a little tree shade as our site was in the total open and it was pretty warm the days we were there. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.

They get it right. Beautiful grounds, spacious lots, well-maintained, excellent customer service. We didn't get to use any of the amenities as we were stayed there for a travel softball tournament. The staff was extremely accommodating of our crazy schedule (late arrival Friday night, early departure Saturday & Sunday mornings to ball fields, late-departure,etc.) We have already booked 2 buddy sites for a future tournament. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Not much to add to previous reviews as this is the best resort that we have ever stayed in. Long pull thru sites that have plenty of space between. Excellent Wi-Fi , clean showers and bathrooms , plenty of activities to do, huge laundry area, and store located in main office. Highly recommend if in Myrtle Beach area. A little off of the path in Longs, SC but well worth it. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Immaculate facility - groundskeepers seem to work around the clock maintaining the pool, clubhouse and grounds. Nothing was out of place even though the park was full. There are a number of longer term residents but, unlike other parks, their areas are immaculate.

Check in was quick and we were provided an escort to our huge pull through site. The site easily accommodated our 44' motorhome and towed car - in fact we could have put another motorhome or two in the space. Spacing between sites is enormous for a privately owned park. All sites have tons of room and most are pleasantly shaded - with fire ring, grill and concrete patio. All drives and sites are paved. Wifi is the best we've experienced at any park - ever.

The pools (kiddie & regular), lake swimming area, clubhouse, laundry facilities and office are beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. This is a beautiful park.

Willow Tree is secluded but is only minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping and everything else you can imagine. This place is a great find and I expect to come here often. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.

This resort was recommended to us by managers at a park in Georgia. We have RVed for 16 years and Willow Tree is probably the nicest resort we have found. Sites were long, shaded, spacious, and landscaped. Pool, lake, and other recreation facilities were first-rate. Entry to the park makes it feel truly private. Tips for other Campers:

Willow Tree is 5 miles from local retaurants, groceries, etc. It is located off a state road but all roads from I-95 were good and wide enough for big rigs. The Myrtle Beach area is 10-12 miles away. It appeared that families were at Willow Tree were camping there as a destination spot as well as travelers to the area. We would love to stay there again.

We camped for 3 nights and paid $296.37. There was a mistake with our bill, which mgmt acknowledged, but refused to do anything about due to it being called to their attn after we checked out. The campground is clean, sites are a nice size, but I caution you from staying at this campground as they do not value their repeat customers. This is one of the nicest RV parks we have stayed at. Immaculate grounds, courteous staff, and quiet.

They do not have cable and the Wi-Fi is not very fast and often at peak times almost impossible to get on at all. I have the Dish so no cable was not a problem.

The bath house is very clean and you have your own private room with toilet and shower. Very nice.

We stored our RV there over the winter and it was so easy. Just call make your reservation and when you get there your RV is on the site you reserved. They charge $15 each way to pull it and take it back. Storage lot is very secure. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is my favorite Campground ever! Sites are more than enough and are positioned so you are not looking at other campsites but the beautiful lake on the property. Showers/bathroom were very clean as well as the entire campground. Easy walk/bike paved trail around the lake and plenty to do for adults and children. Only 20 miles from Myrtle beach but they have their own beach on site, very quiet and relaxing. We plan on going back to this one next year.
