Stayed one night on our way to Florida. Did not use any of the "amenities". Good: large pull through shaded site. Convenient to I95. Bad: utilities in need of serious upgrade, power pedestal had no circuit breakers, pedestal felt like it was ready to fall off the post, checked other nearby sites, all the same! Did not use water or sewer. Would not stay here again. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great place to camp. A little noisy from I-95 but we knew that before we decide to stay so that wasn't a problem. Campsites were long and easy to get into. Park was very easy to get around in. We really liked the Doggy Park and so did our dog. We did not use the facilities since we had full hook-ups. We had originally booked to stay two weeks but because of some personal issues we were only able to stay one week but the host were very understanding and friendly. We will be back. The area had a lot of things to do. One week is not enough time so we will plan another trip next year. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Convenient to I-95, long pull through sites, good check in staff. Park needs some updating and maintenance. Lots of muddy ruts in RV spaces and roads in park. Electrical and cable hook ups are deplorable. I have been coming here for about 5 years on southward and northern trips to and from Florida. Things have gone downhill significantly. Cable hookup for the past two years has not had adapter needed to connect with your cable connection. And TV reception is awful. Snow picture on our nice TV; a call to maintenance shows that their tester TV got snow reception as well. They claim to have WiFi, but I never found that reception is good enough to pick it up.
Lots of dog poop left on ground throughout park and even in our site! Feels like the clientele staying here (esp. long term folks) are riff raff!

Think this will be my last visit here. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here one night in route to Florida it is any easy off and on I95. We arrived after hours and had no problems locating our site with the information posted for late arrivals. We stayed in site #80 pleny long enough that I didn't have to unhitch. I think it's a great campground if you are in the area and looking for a site for an evening. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Well, they do advertise the longest pull throughs east of the Mississippi. And that is probably true. There's really not much else going for this park, to be honest. WiFi was slow and often dropped. Interior roads are potholes in dirt strung together, offering a pretty rough ride to your site. About half the park is occupied by long-termers, as evidenced by all the woodpiles and accumulation of "stuff" outside each camper. The sites are narrow, and you have to have a pretty good spacial awareness to get your rig in place without taking out one of the tall pines or squatty palms. Electrical service is random; some sites are 50 amp, but they are not obviously marked, so if you need 50 amps, be specific when making your reservation. When we arrived, about 3:30 pm, we were told the pool was closed because "it had to be shocked and would be opened back up at 4:30." We didn't ask why, but maybe we should have. When we returned at the appointed hour, it was still locked up tight. We inquired in the office and the clerk came right out and unlocked the gate, with an apology. Then she turned right around and returned to the office, without checking the pool in any way. Perhaps she should have, because the pool water was cloudy and murky, and you couldn't even see the first step of the pool. We chose not to enter, and returned to our camper. TV reception here was limited and poor. The grass between sites was tall and rather unkempt, and there was standing water in the ditches at the end of the street, so naturally, the no see'ems were rampant. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is close to I-95. The sites are dirt and grass. The pull thru was long with lots of shade. There is some road noise but the a/c will drown it out. There are some long terms sites that some work and/or cleaning up. FHU were good. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Convenient off I 95. Long and wide pull thrus and full hookup. Only thing was the electric and cable need updating. It was quiet except for some road noise but if you are inside with the air on, you don't notice it. Showers and bathrooms we're clean. Office person was very friendly. The dog park was an added plus. They have a pool but it closes when office does at 6 pm. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Would stay there again. Good value for the money and convenience to the interstate. These spaces are huge! Very level. When i called in to make sure we could get a spot, the gal explained due to the rains she only had 30 amp spots left. She didn't want to put us into a muddy spot. I truly appreciated that concern and care. Luckily, when we got there, the 50 amps spots were in good condition. I would return again. My only complaint was that a pool is advertised, however, it was locked up and full of green water. Now to be fair and transparent, i didn't inquire with management why there was an issue and it wasn't available. My grandson was disappointed but he survived! Tips for other Campers:

One tip....do not follow your GPS. As soon as you exit the freeway get in the right hand lane. The first driveway is where you will turn. There is a VERY small sign. This driveway looks like you are turning into a motel but just go by it and the campground is around the bend.

We were given 3 sites to choose from and let office know which one we took. All were flooded, couldn't even lower steps into coach. Called office and was told to look around for a drier site which we did and called it a night. The grounds are run down looking with many permanent RV's, single wide trailers and old cars. Not very appealing to say the least. This park has seen better days. We will not return. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground is off highway. Sites are level and long and a lot of room between sites. It is well maintained. Showers and bathrooms were very clean. It has a nice walkway along the creek/river. It's peaceful. Wifi was good with limited cable. There is a steep hill getting into the campground but road is well maintained. Stayed overnight in a 38' fifth wheel and would definitely return if in the area. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Truly the longest pull-thrus I've seen! Very well-kept Park, and fairly level for grass sites. Office only open from 2-6 pm on weekends...hard to make reservations. Pleaseant office staff. Although there are lots of tall pines, we were able to get satellite reception. The cable TV was kind of fuzzy picture. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

The signage is bad. Don't use your gps. We used it and ended up coming into the park from the back. We couldn't turn around with our Class A with a tow on the dolly because every road was one way. We went to the mobile home park next door and got stuck. We took the car and dolly off to turn the RV around. The mobile homes were abandoned or in very bad condition. A campground that boasts big wide sites to attract large RVs shouldn't be so hard to get into. The signs were so small they were useless. Back at the park we learned they had one site left for one night on Thursday that had water and electric and was 30 amp. We took it. We called to find out were the cable was. It took a half hour before we could get through. We didn't have it on our site. She told us which WiFi was their's. It was so slow it was useless. The rules said not to park in the grass. Our entire site was grass. They said to keep fires in the fire ring or grill. We had neither. A neighbor asked us where the cable was. He didn't have it either. There is noise from the freeway but it wasn't unbearable. We won't be back again. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stay here every time I pass through , it's easy to access and the sites are large. As others have said, it needs some care. The power is old and you plug and unplug with out a breaker. The cable is extremely bad. As it is run on the ground from site to site. I will still stop here as the Host and guest are extremely friendly.and it's real easy access. FHU 50 amp pull-through site. Plenty of room for our 40' rig and toad without disconnecting. Easy in/out and on/off I-95. WIFI and cable worked well, lady who took our initial reservation had us going into a 30 amp site but changed us to a 50 amp site when we called back to ask a question about something else since she had a cancellation. We thought that it was very nice that she remembered that we had requested a 50 amp site to begin with. We have stayed here a couple of times before and enjoy the convenience to the highway. Those who are sensitive to road noise may find it troublesome but when our rig is set up we can barely notice the highway and we were there during the Christmas rush to Florida. We would return anytime we're in the area. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.
