For most, this would be just an overnight stop while traveling I-95 because not much touristy things are available in this immediate area. That being said - this is a really nice location. They have clearly set this up with 'big rigs' in mind. Probably the widest and longest sites we have ever stayed at. The entire campground is shaded with tall pines. On interesting feature - the owners here have set up the sites with Digital cable rather than the analog that everyone else uses. REALLY makes a difference in the picture. Nice place and we would stay here again. Another big plus - they are very fairly and reasonably priced. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here many times, easy in easy out. All systems worked. Cable TV had some fuzzy channels, wifi worked ok. Friendly person at check in. We will stay here again when passing thru. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

We returned to New Green Acres since our first stay here 15 years ago. Our purpose for choosing this CG is as it was then: a convenient, easy-on-easy-off place for an overnight. That is the use for which it is best suited - it is not a destination park. Buildings and grounds are a bit run down but are generally free of trash & debris. There are a substantial number of seasonal sites. All sites are roomy and flat, most with at least partial shade. It had rained hard prior to our arrival - drainage is poor around some interior roads and at some sites, including the one assigned to us. Other, drier sites went unoccupied, much to my annoyance. In spite of that, we would stay here again for an overnight. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

New Green Acres is a good place to stay for someone traveling through. It is close to I-95, and easy to get to. There is gas right next to the park. We had never stayed here before. The roads are dirt, and had some mudholes. There are many trees and lots of shade. That is important when the temp is in the 90's. The facilities are old, but, clean and well kept. The water is good and the hookups are just where they should be. For our trailer anyway. The wifi not good. Never could get connected, even close to the office They take AAA. We will stay here again. Great value $ 30.00 The sites are dirt/grass. Our site had full hookup, and was very level. The office personnel are friendly and helpful. It is fairly quiet, and peaceful. Bottom Line. Nice, we will likely stay there again. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This RV park needs A LOT of attention. The grounds were UN-kept and most of the facilities we saw were dated and/or dilapidated. We had a late check-in scheduled and the site was paid for in advance. Upon arrival, someone was on our site (apparently that is a recurring problem here) and we had to drive around until we found another site with the service & facilities that we already purchased. Nobody would answer the phone and there was not an after hours number posted. We also had issues with the hook-ups not having breakers, cable quality, and sewer had debris (dirt/pine straw) in it. The one positive was that the staff was helpful and accommodating when I spoke with them. We probably will not stay here again unless there is no closer alternative for a specific need. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Pros: one exit away from Walmart to make it easy to restock, convenient to highway, very level spots and long pull-throughs. Fellow RVers were extremely quiet - we actually didn't see any out! After-hours check-in process was easy and it was nice to see that the honor system still can work in this country. Cons: so close to highway that there was very loud highway noise, grass was not, gnats were bad, bathrooms old and so-so clean, not much ambiance - between highway and old mobile home park. We had a puppy with us and when we went out for a potty break in the middle of the night, there were cats everywhere. Not much fun stuff around for kids to do. Bottom line - this campsite's benefit is a one-night convenience stop only. I sure wouldn't want to stay here for an extended period of time. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Grass was not cut, causing gnats to be very bad. No WiFi. Called office and they said we were too far away. We were not that far from office. Should have said limited WiFi. For price will not stop here again. Also cable laying on top of ground to other site. Safety hazard. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

There is not much done as far as upkeep on this park. Restrooms and showers really need an upgrade. Does have a fenced dog walk park. Could use some grass cutting and trimming. That said, the sites are very long, made of grass and sand, not too unlevel. The cable did not work real well, did not use wife. Works very well as a one night stop over when traveling. This is a good park for an overnight stay. The sites are long enough that a big rig doesn't have to unhook the tow. The utilities are in the center of the site. The hookups need some work. There were no switches on electric junction box. The cable channels were numerous, but grainy. The wifi was useless. The price was right. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small park along I 95, a good stopping point for a good nights rest. Not a destination park but a good over night park. A number of construction units on site but neat and clean. We have stopped there at least 10 times over the years and have never left upset. It is not a Resort type park just a nice place to spent a night or two. Staff was friendly and efficient. The sites are mostly pull through gravel or sand/grass. Some sites were full hookups, some without cable or sewer. The utilities were serviceable but old and very low to ground which make hook up difficult for older users. The restrooms and showers are sorely in need of an upgrade. They were old and we did not try them. The pool was covered and had not yet been opened so it's hard to determine if it's clean. Based on the other facilities I would not hold out much hope. This was OK for an overnight stay, but I would never stay longer term and will definitely look for alternatives if we need another overnight stay. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very long, all pull thru sites, big enough for any sized rig, even with toad attached. Some were at odd angles. Grass and dirt sites, all mostly level. Only some sites have patios - all seem to have picnic tables. Didn't see any fire rings. Good spacing between sites. Heavily wooded so sat tv would be problem in many sites. Not all have cable, which was good with almost 70 channels. EZ on and off from I 95, but signage to campground office should be improved. Make last left into CG before final right turn of the road. Pleasant staff. Did not see pool or laundry. Great overnight stop - seems to be numerous long-term rigs but all are tidy. We camped at New Green Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.
