Quaint little CG right off of 90. Accommodates big rigs. Over the top staff! I really didn't hear any highway noise. Stopped here on way home from black hills. Many amenities near by. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stopped here on our way out west. Called a couple of hours ahead and were greeted by a friendly, helpful staff person. They were able to accommodate two big rigs side by side in large pull through sites so we did not have to unhook our toads. With the Passport America discount, we felt like we had stolen the site! A great place to stop for the night or a couple of days while you explore the area. The Corn Palace is nearby and a fun side show! It's right off of I 90. The traffic noise did not bother us at all. They were dog friendly and accommodating in every way. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The Corn Palace is a must see even if you go and take pictures in front! A corny life check off!

Right off of I-90, behind Super 8 Motel. The park owners had just returned to the area from wintering in Arizona and were in the process of getting the park ready for the season. Self-contained RVs were allowed into the park for $15 a night due to unavailable amenities. Campsites were gravel and level with grassy area and picnic table. We had two RVs; one was a motorhome. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The world famous Corn Palace is open year round and it's free to visit. Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village is an archaeological site open to the public.

Easy access from I-90 with our 45' motorhome and tow car. Winter rate with self check-in and restroom/shower closed although laundry room was open. All sites are pull thru and pretty level. Snowing in Blk Hills so we sat here a few days to wait for weather to pass. Free cable tv and really good FREE wifi so a comfortable stay. Heard one train in the day and none at night. There was noise with engine brakes at interstate exit but we've experience much noisier. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Cabela's, Menards, Walmart, Kmart are all at this exit. Must drive into town to see the Corn Palace! Good breakfast at very reasonable prices at Rita's on north side of town at the bowling alley. It wasn't on Yelp but campground host told us about it.

Behind Super 8 Motel. Friendly hosts. Nice angled pull thrus. Some are gravel others are paved. Some have patios others don't. All have a picnic table and best of all no fire pits. Around 120 plus cable TV channels and excellent internet. We asked for 50 amp but the pedestal was to low to the ground for our surge guard protector so had to run off 30 amp pedestal, which was higher off the ground. The sewer tube was a little high. Heard interstate noise. Easy in and out with 60 foot combo RV. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access off I-90. Friendly staff. We stayed here before they opened the pool, and restrooms, and got the $15.00 per night rate. All sites are pull-thrus. Camp host directed us to site 306 which was level and well graveled. Sites in this row (middle) are extra long for big rigs. Trees are well trimmed and turns are wide enough for all but the biggest of rigs. Excellent value for the price. Would stay again. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Fifteen dollar and you get full hookups, including cable? What a deal! OK, there are two downers. 1. The train behind the campground. 2. The nice camp host said, "For these prices, you can't have your Good Sam discount." Oh well. My computer detected a Wi-Fi, but it required a security key. I didn't bother to ask the nice camp host what it was. Verizon worked just fine. I think it was in "winter' mode. The office wasn't open, neither were the bathrooms. Self-registration only, checks are accepted. However, the laundry room was open. $1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry. At these prices, FIND something to wash. I pulled in about 150 channels, but there were a lot of "duplicates" where you would get the old analog version (Channel X) and a digital version (Channel X.1 or X.2 or whatever....) You will get most of the favorites. All sites are pull-through. This campground is located behind the Super 8 Motel. Good for an overnight stop. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Passport America rate of $20/night average. We stayed 4 nights. Park is shady with large trees trimmed for easy access of big rigs. Sites and roads are gravel but level. Good grass areas for dog walks. Wi-Fi was iffy in most spots but worked fast and acceptable at the office. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice overnight park. There were several long term campers in nice shady sites. They share the pool with the Super 8 motel next door. There are two sets of shower facilities. The one by the pool is older and small. The set by the office are larger, newer and cleaner. Wi-Fi does not reach the more distant sites; however, they said they are working on the problem. There is some road noise. Several nearby restaurants. Be sure to visit the Corn Palace which is in the center of town, with RV parking. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice campground located just off I-90, behind the Super 8 Motel. Being so close to the interstate you might expect some traffic noise but it was very quiet. There is a train track in the distance but we only heard one train and that was about 8:30 PM. The bathrooms are squeaky clean with fiberglass showers and the locker room mats so that when you step out of the shower you aren't standing in a puddle of water. The Internet apparently works only when you come down close to the office. We were told it wasn't working at the sites. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We have been here numerous times in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. We were here one night the second week of July and had a FHU site. We were able to get the Wi-Fi network in the RV only because we were close enough to the office. Their cable TV provider has changed their system to one of those HD systems that require a very new TV or a converter box to get all the listed channels. I don't have the physical agility or knowledge to access the back of my TV to hook up a converted box. So, we were only able to get about 15 of 60 cable channels. This situation lowers my rating from previous years. The bathrooms are old and small. This is still a nice park but not as good as it was. The rate shown is PPA. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate is Passport America and good for 18 days. Easy access off I-90, Good interior gravel roads, level sites, gravel and grass. Utilities worked. Satellite came in from roof but could be a challenge in some sites, depending on tree location. pull-through sites have plenty of room for 40' with slides and tow vehicle. Picnic table. Good Verizon service. Laundry facilities. Office help is very friendly. Great location for restaurants, corn palace and shopping. Room to walk dog. Easy gas/diesel access on same road. Have stayed here many times and will again. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed 2 nights but most just stay one night - might be wise to make a reservation. Very convenient to interstate access but I wasn't bothered by traffic noise at night. Mostly pull thru sites that are level. Some tent sites available as well. Railroad tracks right next to campground but no trains went through - one was parked on the tracks for one night. Corn Palace just a short drive away and a nice way to spend an hour or two. The rate reflects Passport America. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This rate reflects Passport America discount. This is an okay campground. The staff was friendly and helpful. After the rain it was very muddy. It was very noisy from the interstate. The railroad tracks are right behind the campground but were not running while we were there. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

What a gem. Just a overnight stop for us. Just off the highway, and road noise wasn't a concern. Close to restaurants, and other local business. Gave us a chance to visit the Corn Palace. Will be back. We camped at Super 8 Motel / R & R Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
