Very expensive for the amenities. Park fills up quickly since there is nothing on the western side of Minnesota. Ok for a one night stop to get some sleep. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Quick, overnight stay. Called about an hour before we got there and they were able to find us a site (and it was full when we left in the morning). They had a horrible rain storm the night before so it was muddy, everywhere, especially the dog park. Seemed to have a lot of things to do on site, and they had a 10% off coupon for Perkins. Would stay again as a stop over. we have a 42' fifth wheel and had to unhook and park the truck sideways to fit in the spot. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access to/from I-90 and also close to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff, well maintained. We were assigned their only deluxe pull through patio site ... a concrete pad next to the laundry building, fully equipped with table, chairs, slider, fire and grill. The building provided some shade and was a delightful place to sit out, until someone turned on a dryer, which is vented to the patio area ... pretty unpleasant. Also, some other campers seemed to think that the patio was an OK access route for them to get to the laundry/restrooms ... ducking around us and our coach slides to do so! Good access to the sky for our satellite dish, the wi-fi was only a wi-fi signal, no internet access ... but cell signal was great, so we used our hotspots. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

We arrived here by accident after I incorrectly entered Sioux Falls instead of Sioux City in to our GPS. All they had available was a back-to-back, back-in site with power and water. The check-in staff was polite and helpful, as was our escort driver who ensured that we were placed as well as possible in to the space. Another unit was already in one half of the site and had come right up to the marker meaning that we had to leave about 4' in order to allow for some privacy and space between the two rigs. We have a 40' 5er with the utilities about 1/3 of the way back from the front end. Because of this, our 50 amp power cable wouldn't reach the supply post located at the back of the site and the only way I could connect was to use a 30amp extension and a 50/30 pig-tail. As a result, we couldn't power up both AC units without tripping the breaker. As it happened, later in the night, the CG lost power for several hours during a storm but with temperatures in the 100's we really could have used that AC to cool us down. Sites are gravel and dirt but level enough for us to have no problems. We had trees on both side of us and they did provide some relief. Sites are equipped with a picnic table on a small, rough piece of grass between the sites. There is Wi-Fi but it was completely useless and we went over to McDonalds just to open emails. This is a KOA Journey and is located right alongside I90 so there is a significant amount of traffic noise. This part doesn't have trees to shield the noise and would benefit from some screening from the highway. We only stayed for the one night but the pool was a welcome relief from the oppressive heat. The washrooms were clean but we didn't use the showers - used our own onboard facilities. There is a dump station at the exit and dumpsters for garbage. If we're ever back in the area I think we'd look for somewhere else. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This place was a great value, although our site was intially to close to the road and road noise, they moved us with no problem to a site farther away from the road, even tho they were very busy with check in's. The sites were gravel, but level and ours had shade. The place is very convenient to the downtown area and everyone was very helpful. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Travel Trailer.

This is a well managed park just off I-90. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our pull thru site was very long and mostly level (slight leveling required). Utilities were all good including cable. Bathrooms/showers were very clean. Didn't use it but the pool looked very good. Staff warned of road noise and offered ear plugs but in fact noise was not an issue for us. Roads and site access were easy with no issues. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here one night before heading south on our travels. This campground is easily accessible off I-90 and the park is directly north of the interstate so road noise is a factor. Campground staff was friendly and helpful. The park filled quickly on a summer afternoon/evening. Many big rigs there. Sites were long enough but felt a bit haphazard as to rows, etc. Nice dog run and pet walk area. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

The campground has easy access from the freeway, which also creates some road noise. The staff was pleasant and they guide you to your site. Our site was long and wide for a KOA. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here on our way through to Mt. Rushmore. The sites were not too bad. They had the gravel pad and some grass. They were just long enough to get our 38' fifth wheel on. Had to park our truck on the grass. I thought it was different that the sites did not have a fire ring on them. We were informed that you had to rent a fire ring. Park is not far off the interstate, so there was a little extra noise, but not too bad. Made the park easy to find. My main complaint is that the staff was not the nicest and not very well organized. The gentleman that took us to our site was quite rude. Made us feel like it was a burden to take us to the site. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is fairly nice with a large dog-run area off to the side which was a nice feature for our dogs who love to run. Sites were close together but had everything we needed. Park was very busy but fairly quiet and very enjoyable. Staff were very friendly. There was an extra fee for the fire pit. We would stay here again. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Check in was very helpful. Explained why we were in town and she was able to help. Typical KOA. Right next to the highway, so lots of road noise. Very convenient location for us. Truck stop and truck/rv was across the highway. Will stay here again when in the area. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Park location is pretty close to Sioux Falls, but also right next to I-90 so there can be a fair amount of road noise depending on your site. You can also get a lot of noise and smoke from your neighbors potentially as sites are packed in pretty tight. Bathrooms were clean, but in one bath house at least 1 shower worked fine while the other shower head had almost no pressure. Rates are pretty high, but there wasn't much else available close to town. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Travel Trailer.
