My wife and I stayed here during Sturgis Bike week in August (the selection of that month did not offer that choice on the site). We have stayed at the other famous campground in the past and we decided to check out Glencoe based on the reviews from friends. We were happy that we selected our spot in advance because it gave us the best seat in the park for watching the bike parades and the other fun sights. The owners of the park are friendly and helpful and the food services they had there were great. The park is closer to the downtown action and fun as well as it being next door to one of the best saloons in Sturgis. We plan on coming back again this year. If we want to go to the concerts at the other park we will just buy a ticket. We camped at Glencoe Camp Resort in a Motorhome.
Be sure to check out the famous bowling alley and the swimming hole.

We camped during Sturgis Bike Week, the people were more than helpful (especially when we had to pick up a friends bike that was towed from an accident and we had no clue where it was). The food was great and the concerts an added bonus. We camped at Glencoe Camp Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Be sure to check out the famous bowling alley and the swimming hole.SteelHorseRider • February 2015
