3 RV Parks near White Lake, South Dakota
Aug 2018 - $49.00
Acceptable location, with some quiet in the last row, but still near the Interstate. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It is a bit over priced, but acceptable for one night when you are on the road. - michaelsutton
Aug 2017 - $32.00
Perfect stopping spot for us. Not much here but water and electric worked fine. Site was mostly level. Bathroom/showers were immaculate. Road noise from I90 wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. Great area to run the dog, - Woosch
Jun 2017 - $33.00
Yes this is a basic Campground along side of RT90 - but made for a perfect stop for us during a long road trip. Flat long sites with easy access even for big rigs (44' 5ver). A few sites have trees/shade but most are wide open with full hook up. Sewer connections were forward in the site so we would not have had enough hose for connection, but we pulled forward on our way out and dumped. Highway noise was not an issue for the night we stayed and I don't think it would be overall as there is some space between the highway and the camp area. The bathrooms were very nice and very clean. Office staff were very friendly. Already made reservations for our return trip back by this spot. - CelerraWizard
Oct 2018 - $20.00
Very nice for an overnight stay, follow the signs to self check-in by the pool. Level, gravel pull throughs with lots of room between sites. We will definitely be back! - 2VetsRVing
Aug 2018 - $25.00
Only $20 if you didn't want sewer. The staff member who met us was very nice. This is a diamond in the rough. The sites are level, the park is clean and the hookups are convenient. We were surprised not to see more RVers in the park. Very nice for an overnight stop. - Gator67
Aug 2018 - $30.00
Used as a stop on the way home from Montana. Easy access for a novice fiver driver. Sites were very level and the hook ups were pretty convenient. Not much here, but there is a pool, but we didn't use it. Owners were very helpful and polite. - MN_Camper
May 2015 - $22.00
A decent overnight site. I pulled into a level site that was easy to get in and out of - pull through. No terrific amenities. Since there was no one to take my registration, I filled in the form and dropped it in the provided slot. That also meant there was no way to find out the password for the wifi, which appeared to have a very strong signal. In fairness, I didn't try calling the phone number posted, as it wasn't that important.
If you're looking for a place to stop for an overnight, this works well at a reasonable cost. I avoid the places that the big rigs favor because I don't need 50 amp service for air conditioning and don't care to subsidize them by paying 40+ dollars a night. I like small places like this - electricity, sewer and water at a reasonable cost. They even have a "dry lot" price of $11 if all you need is a place to stop for the night. I'll probably chose that option next time. I'll be happy to stay here again.
For the big rig folks, it looks quite adequate to handle super big outfits. - Corno1
Aug 2010 - $22.00
OK for an overnight stop. Sites are very narrow; got our slides out and that was about it. No room for anything else outside. Luckily there were only two of us in the pull throughs, and we were able to pick our own site. This is a take an envelope, mark your site number and put your money in it. I would hate to be here if another rig was on either side of us. Rest rooms and showers were clean. Easy on and off from the freeway. Would only stay here again if absolutely necessary. - cccnnnsss
Jul 2010 - $10.00
E/W/S hook-ups, some are 50amps (4). Cable TV at some sites, not all. Over-night only. Showers and restrooms need a lot of attention, we did not use. We stayed 1 night in a 38 footer. Easy on-off interstate. No more mini-mart at this location ?? - wrready2
