We had a great experience here. There are lots of family friendly amenities... a pool, pond, driving range, swing set, lots of grass. The owners were attentive and available. There were a few permanent residents, but the sites were clean and not too junky. Bathrooms were some of the best I've encountered in a campground. Each site had its own picnic table, all of which seemed to be in great shape. The campground is located about 5 minutes off the interstate - close enough to be easy to get to, but far enough to not have any major road noise. There is a good Mexican restaurant right down the road, otherwise there is not much close by other than the gas stations right at the exit. We camped at Baileyton RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We have camped at this park for years. It is under new ownership and they are just as friendly as the former owner and have improved the park tremendously with improved landscaping and the addition of a pool and bathhouse. Gravel site with picnic table. We are going back in September 2016 and November 2016. We camped at Baileyton RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is clean and complete; the owners are on site and working to make improvements, a new pool, a golf driving range and plenty of walking paths. Perfect place to stop after a day on the road. We camped at Baileyton RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Door lock on coach broke and locked us out. Park owner went above and beyond by doing phone coordination with our Roadside Assistance since our phones were locked inside.

Most all sites are pull thru but observation shows most are sloped slightly down in the front. Some require blocks under the front jacks to get the coach to level. It appears they are working on this problem. Pool, driving range and other amenities. Over all quiet and a very pleasant place to spend the night. We will use this park again. We camped at Baileyton RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very long gravel sites that are level. Spaces are close together. Lot of permanent campers. Bathroom and showers clean. New owners that are friendly and making improvements including a pool. Some channels on cable was fuzzy and Wi-Fi was strong. Good for an overnighter if in area. We camped at Baileyton RV Park in a Motorhome.

Quiet, easy to access campground about a mile off I-81 (you pass their only competitor nearby, which looked OK). Mostly pull-through sites, which make it easy with a 40' motorhome and tow car. They have someone lead you to your site and guide you in. Lots of grass with two medium-size trees between each pull-through site; the back-ins are along a treeline with more shade. Open field on the opposite side, with a driving range.

The well-graveled sites are flat but could be made more level-had to jack the front of our motorhome much higher than I like. The gravel roads have few potholes and no serious ruts despite two days of rain, often heavy. Water pressure was 60 PSI, excellent for a CG. 50 amp clean electrical hookup. Unlike someone a year ago, we found the sites spacious and the trees trimmed properly-I'm a bit sensitive on the subject, having 3 slides. I certainly did not find the sites to be narrow-much more space than at least a dozen I visited this year alone.

The new (we were told) WiFi was excellent, one of the best we've found. Excellent SW view for satellite. A new pool was just installed, and the construction work for the surrounding patio was still in progress while we were there in October 2015.

It appears most of the seasonals are further back in the park. We like that. We didn't use any of the facilities, so no comment beyond they look nice. Folks in the office are quite pleasant. Be aware that TN has a 9.75% sales tax-it eats up your Good Sam savings fast! We camped at Baileyton RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lovely owners. Easy check in. Level gravel site, gravel roads, easy access near interstate. No off leash dog park but several designated dog walk areas. Free WiFi with good reception. Good cable. Great water pressure. Hookups in back. Site was muddy due to rain. 3 washers and dryers worked great, clean restrooms, nice quiet park, will stay here again. Gravel roads and sites, driving range. All well tended EXCEPT for a park that shows such pride of ownership, trees were untrimmed. Branches encroached on narrow sites and to avoid leaving new pinstripes on the side of the rig, was a real challenge. Would have been an 8 otherwise. We camped at Baileyton RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed at this park overnight on our way to Arizona. We called about 7pm to see if they had an available site and we got a nice pull-through site. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The campground was well maintained and very clean. The sites were gravel and pretty level. The roads in the campground were wide and easy to maneuver through. This was a very nice park and we would gladly stay here again. We camped at Baileyton RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
