This campground was very clean and has the biggest roads I have ever seen at a campground. The sites are level and the pool is very nice!! They have a snack shop open from time to time and a stocked store. The campground is easy to find. Our family would return to this campground. It is very close to Bristol Dragway and Motorspeedway Parks. There is not a boat ramp. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The pictures on website and Facebook are old there isn't a river, there aren't any boats or boat access. No picnic table, no fire ring. When I said something about the river she said if I would have asked she would have told me, my bad for assuming their website wasn't lying! Sites are basically like parking in a Walmart parking lot, barely room for awning to open, had to share water with neighbors so no water pressure We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

"Lakeview" is a misnomer. The park sits across the road from a TVA river/lake which while we were there was at low level with no water access. The park is near Bristol Motor Speedway and this seems to be it main reason for existence. WiFI was listed as available but we were in a site far from the office and had no reception. Cable is ok. Site was level and unshaded. Small dog run is nice. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

We've stayed here 3 yrs now because it is convenient to the Bristol Rhythm and Roots Festival. Except for the restrooms - individual showers etc -never being clean the park is fine. Roads are stone, sites are level, pool is good, TV reception good, Wifi like most parks is great at office not so good at site. Staff is courteous. Recommend as long as you know that the restrooms are not the cleanest. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stopped here unaware of the huge Battle at Bristol football game that weekend. We needed a spot for the night as we were just passing through. The manager found us a spot, even though they were fully booked for the weekend. The park has terraces of level campsites. The utilities were easy to reach. It is near a lake that had been drained for dam work at the time we were there. We were pleased to learn they are open year-round, since we pass this way in the early Spring every year and many campgrounds are closed. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This a large RV park located close to the Bristol Motor Speedway, historic downtown Bristol, and other interesting places in the area. All sites have full hookups with 30/50 amps. Most sites are back-ins with just a few pull-through sites, all are gravel and level, and open. The entry road is paved and interior roads are spacious and gravel. The office staff was organized, friendly and helpful, and generous with the use of the pavilion and meeting room. There was plenty of green space around the campground for walking a dog. The grass between the sites and the bathrooms could have used more attention, but everything else worked fine, so it is a good
place for a short or long term stay. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Advertised as Lake View setting, wrong, there's absolutely no lake view. 3 sites have a very small view of a creek. We went out of way hoping for a nice serene lake view environment. Very disappointed. Got stuck in a sunny corner , no trees or shade. Very unsatisfied with the park's description of lake setting. Good Sam this is a disappoinent. And a waste of our time & money. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Park is located on a rather steep area sloping down to a river. As such, the site rows are terraced and the row we were on had a substantial upward pitch from front to back. The sewer hook-up was in back and the upward pitch made draining of holding tanks difficult. There was only one water hook-up for every two sites so we had to share with a neighbor. This required 50' of hose. The park has individual bathrooms in the bathhouse which is nice. However, liquid soap and paper towels had run out in several of the bathrooms and was not replenished during the three days we were there. Water was frequently standing on the floors. This along with the dusty gravel driveways made the floors dirty. The Wi-Fi was often difficult to access even when close to the office. The pool appeared to be clean and was nicely furnished with tables and chairs. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy Big Rig access off I-81 but 8 miles on good highway. Roads & sites gravel and mostly level. Cable TV works well and Wifi just okay. Utilities work as should. Clean park with friendly staff. Park terraced on hill but easy driving through park. Stayed in pull through site with easy access and fit 62' rig & toad with ease. Would stay here again. My family and I are here now and will be here for another week. If we could leave now without losing $ we would! The pool hasn't worked since day one. We have been here 9 days and have 4 kids who ask to swim everyday. There has only been one working dryer in the laundry room for the last 7 days and we've been told by other campers that this is typical for this park. The bathrooms and showers are often out of paper and consistently dirty. I'm talking other people's hair on the floors, in the showers, full trash cans, dirty floors, dirty sinks and my dad said the men's restroom didn't have toilet paper for days. We notified the managers multiple times and we were told the pool isn't clean or open because of the rain. We were also told that they were waiting for the chlorine to go down because, "its a salt water pool. We are here from California and we specifically came here because of the location and especially the pool. Having 4 kids in a motorhome is hectic and we were looking forward to being able to utilize the pool. One or even two days without a pool is understandable, but going on week two, is ridiculous. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Easy access into the paved entry road off of Hwy 11E. Hosts most helpful & informative. The S Hoston Lake is at record low levels due to lower dam difficulties & hosts stated repairs will take several years thus no motorized boat activity. Campground includes level graveled pull-thrus & back end sites in multi levels overlooking the river. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a few days just before the Story Telling Convention in Jonesboro, nearby. We enjoyed the flea market across the street....other than that, not much going on here.

One word of caution...not during this stop, but at a later date, I was issued a speeding ticket by a CAMERA!!! Watch your speed in Bluff
City. Probably won't visit this area again because of this!.. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sites are all gravel and close together. Grounds are well kept, grass mowed. Covered pavilion for group activities. Water is shared with your neighbor. Cable works fine except doesn't carry PBS stations. Cell and WiFi service work fine. If using a Garmin GPS to find this place, be aware that it will take you past the campground and several miles beyond. We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Gravel roads and sites. Sites average with picnic table. Full hookups, but shared water. Pool was very clean and on Fri. and Sat. has a restaurant (grill) with burgers, hot dogs, etc. Several permanent residents but very nice. Due to the Boone Dam problem, lake is very low, so no boating or fishing. Would return! We camped at Lakeview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
