Stayed one night. Easy off and on I75. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Site was gravel, level and just long enough to get RV and vehicle on to. When busy things could get tight. Water pressure was good. WiFi didn't work for us. Entrance is wide and an easy place to unhook a tow. Note, the park is in Georgia but the road to it starts in TN. We camped in a motorhome. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Motorhome.

This is a well maintained campground with helpful staff at check in. Interior road is paved and big rig access is tight. Our level gravel pull through site was only just long enough for our 40 foot motor home and towed, not overly spacious and no real privacy, and being an urban park there was as to be expected some road and plane noise. We had a picnic table, fire ring and some shade trees that did not interfere with satellite. There are some long term residents but everything was neat and tidy and there is a pool and club room behind the front office. The bathrooms and laundry were clean. Pet friendly with a dog park which has doggie bags and a disposal station. WiFi and cell were good. Plenty of food stores and restaurants in Chattanooga and very convenient for visiting the Battlefields. Not sure if we would stay here again, it is tight for a big rig, and the park becomes waterlogged when it rains. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park which is 2 blocks south of the Georgia/Tennessee line. They use the TN address because they own a trailer park just north of the line and the TN directions are safer for large rigs. Lots of directional signs, so there's no problem finding the place. Restrooms and showers are spotless, sites are reasonably level gravel with concrete patios. Roadways and sites are a bit narrow and the sites are a bit close together. Be warned, if you have a big class A the narrow roadways can cause problems. Someone clipped and removed a mirror from the class A parked in the site next to us. The mirror was just inside the site, but very close to the roadway. The class A also had its awning extended which would have made it near impossible for me to turn my 5th wheel onto the roadway without performing an awningectomy. Fortunately, the site directly across from us was vacant so I was able to exit through there. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Fifth Wheel.

We usually look for Passport America parks but due to traffic and weather, we found this campground at just the right time. We had a very nice stay. It is clean and people were friendly. It is a bit tighter than we like but since we don't have a huge class A we found our way through easily. We were only passing through on our way south and haven't stopped at the local attractions in years, hopefully we can come back and stay longer in the future. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Travel Trailer.

We had a very pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Had very wet weather, but gravel sites made it very tolerable. Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and area attractions. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. Sites are gravel-did require a little bit of leveling. Office staff friendly-we've been here several times and they are always friendly and helpful. Very nice water pressure in the showers-very clean. Rest room area very clean also. WiFi slow-but didn't come here to be on the computer all day. Sites are close together. Will stay here again and again! We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Motorhome.

Price includes tax--I don't know what the base rate is. Very nice park. Can't comment on amenities because we were just there for the night. Nice little dog park and a small children's playground. Sites close together but no problem maneuvering. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Nice store with basic necessities. Dollar Store across the street. We were just there for the night but I would stay there again.

This is an excellent park for exploring the battlefields and other Chattanooga attractions. One thing worth noting is that although the park is listed here as being in Chattanooga it is really in north Georgia. The sites are on the narrow side but they have been angled so that maneuvering even a large RV isn't a problem. The roads and sites are gravel with small strips of grass between them. Because of the recent rains the back portion of the park was rather flooded; it didn't affect the sites themselves very much, but the grass area between them was saturated. Sites nearer to the front of the park appeared to drain better. One really nice thing about the park is that there is a large area with several long lanes where RVs can park during the check-in process and, if necessary, when departing. This is in contrast to so many parks that barely have enough room for one RV to park while checking in. We had asked for a "satellite friendly" site and had no problem getting a signal; quite a few sites are shaded and this could be an issue. Verizon 4G signal was adequate, but not particularly fast. There is a fair amount of airplane takeoff and landing noise, but not too much so as to be a real annoyance.

If you are coming from the north on I-75 it is much less stressful to drive an extra couple of miles south and take Georgia exit 353 rather than Tennessee exit 1B. If you want to use 1B you have to immediately cross two southbound lanes of traffic entering the highway from I-24. At some times of the day this can be a but "challenging." Going south the extra couple of miles avoids having to do this maneuver and only costs you a couple of minutes at most in additional time. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

In addition to the Civil War battlefields, be sure to see the Tennessee Aquarium; it is the best one we have ever visited.

This is a nice Park. All streets are gravel as well as the sites. Each site has a very small paved patio with table. As reported by others, the sites are quite close together but, each being at an angle enables reasonable privacy. The showers are private rooms. Rest rooms are clean. From staff friendly and helpful. Decent cell phone and Wi-Fi service. Good selection of cable stations. Also as reported, some sites might have uses accessing satellite services. The Park provides helpful driving instructions to the Chickamauga battlefield and Lookout Mtn. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Motorhome.

Easy pull throughs. Well laid out for big rigs. Plenty of information about the battlefield. Site was very level. Seasonal were on one side of the park, short term on the other side. Lots of nice trees cut up high enough they weren't in the way. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed 3 nights. Sites have concrete pad w/picnic table and fire rings. Spots are a little tight with grass between. Layout is good with most sites pull-thru. Wi-Fi was spotty, although they have several antennae in the park. Looked more like too much streaming as opposed to weak signal. I'd have given it an 8 except for the racket at night. Must be a race track nearby because all evening there are what sounds like truck and motorcycle races. It does quiet down after 10PM, but until then it's loud. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The have a discount ticket for the sights on Lookout Mtn.

Sites are very close to each other. Although they are well maintained your neighbors hookups are right next to your leisure areas. If you sit outside you have limited privacy if you are too far forward and your neighbor is sitting outside.
The campground has plenty of roads for walking and is pretty level. The WiFi here keeps cutting out even though there seems to be good signal strength.
Roads are gravel. We had 2 days of rain while we were here and the sites and roads didn't drain well. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Chickamauga and Chattanooga Nation Park is excellent and downtown Chattanooga has a great Art district.

Great campground. Easy in/out. Level sites. Very clean. Seasonal campers had their own area away from daily sites. Will stop on next trip thru TN. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:
