I'm not quite sure why more folks aren't aware of this campground, but neither were we until we stayed here. The service we've received has been excellent from the time we arrived. The owners are very personable, and check on you at every opportunity. We have stayed in quite a few campgrounds in this area, and this one definitely has been one of the cleanest, and most well maintained facilities that we've come across. The park itself, while predominantly "adult" oriented, has several features to keep kids entertained, including a small pond, and horseshoe pits. There is also a nearby putt putt golf course, and bowling alley. For the grown ups, there are several nearby stores and antique stores, as well as restaurants. The nearest Wal-Mart is less than 15mins away, and is right across from the Lowes (hardware). The sites are all well maintained and very level, with available firewood included. We would recommend this campground for anyone wanting a nice place to stay for a great price. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Multiple stores and restaurants close by.

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in Fairfield Glade. This is a beautiful park and very convenient to everything including I-40. The owner/manager is very friendly and meticulous guy who has provided double porch swings at all lake sites, as well as new BBQs, freshly painted tables and chairs and fire pits. There is a nice club house (we didn't go inside), horseshoe pit and catch and release fishing at the lovely pond. Fountain in the pond, mature trees and nice landscaping make this well maintained park an A+ in our opinion.

Lot spacing was spacious with some shade. Site surface is a concrete pad with gravel, grass and features a fire ring, picnic table and patio. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This may be the prettiest little park we have ever stayed in. Lots of green grass and flowering trees to enjoy.

Full hook-ups. Cable TV was adequate and the WI-FI was surprisingly fast. Out Pull-thru site was very roomy and reasonably level.

Park management was very friendly and helpful.

We will definitely be back. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Very pretty, very clean campground surrounding a lake. Arrived in the dark and the owner came out to help us back into the site (58). Only stayed one night; it seemed like a friendly community. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The rate reflects a Good Sams discount. We have stayed at this campground several times over the last 3 or 4 years while headed east or west on I-40, after trying several other campgrounds in the area. The campground is approximately 4 miles north of I-40 and easily accessible via a local highway. Early this year the campground has new owners who live on site and who seem to be continuing to give it the tender loving care that the previous owners had done. There are quite a few friendly seasonal campers here so highly recommend a call ahead just to make certain they will have a site for you. The grounds are well maintained and all the sites are well manicured and keep very clean. Needless to say, this campground is the first one on our list when passing through the area. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Crossville has a lot of shopping and restaurants located just to the west of the I-40 exit to the campground.

Great place to stay. Very quiet, excellent treatment by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Laundry was clean and all machines were working. Most of the park closes on Nov. 1st but the 23 spots in the front are open year 'round. Lots of roomy sites. We've been here three times and stayed on sites 15, 16 and now 19. Nineteen has great shade. WiFi is strong and they have 35 cable channels. If we are ever back this way again we would stay here without a doubt. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Cumberland Mountain State Park is 10 miles away and has a great buffet. There is also a Kroger and a Super Wal-Mart in Crossville.

We found this park to be very nice with several wide long pull-throughs. We requested a pull-through site but most of the sites are pull forward to the lake or back-in. The staff was friendly and escorted us to our site which had good 50 amp electric/water/sewer. Our site was level with easy access (no close trees or rocks). Very nice clean park with lots of space between the sites. We will return again if passing through the area. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

New owner that is very friendly and leads you to your site and helps to guide you in with true accuracy. Good Wi-Fi and FHUs that are first class. We will use this gem as we travel I-40. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Couple of exits down from 322 there is a Wal-Mart and numerous places to eat.

Quiet park, small lake. New owners taking extra care. All sites have new tables/chairs. Lake sites all have a glider and a grill. Well shaded. Lot of space between sites. Gravel interior roads but not dusty. Really enjoyed and would certainly return. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is our second time here. The only real complaint was the tall thin man with the beard that took us to our spot was very rude. When we first got there we had to rush to the store and didn't realize it was one way he let us know real quick he came running at us screaming and then started yelling to NEVER do that again. I won't as I will not be back. The only other thing is the trash pick up you have to carry it to a central spot and they have four 33 gal cans to put it in. The park went under new ownership while we were there so. They may have made the changes. It is a very clean park and easy access for big rigs. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

A lot to see in the area we went out to muddy pond where they have numerous Amish stores, good restaurants near by and a great little town to walk around in.

Very nice site at the end which allowed for easy walking of our dogs. Peaceful and serene adult park with lovely pond, catch and release fishing, and frogs calling during the night. Clean laundry with decent prices. No trash pick up but barrels were never overly full at the trash area. Very nice staff. I understand it is changing hands and may have some cabins added. Not sure if this is a good thing or not. We have stayed here in the past and will have to see about staying with new owners. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

In town lots of restaurants & cafes around. Fortes for lunch was great...lots of food and delicious. Sisters for breakfast was very good home cooking at a good value.

This was our first visit to this campground and we were very happy with it. It is only minutes off I-40 and well marked. We were here for 4 nights and loved the quiet surroundings. The new owners had taken ownership the day before our arrival and they were very nice, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. We were escorted to our site and assisted in backing into it. The campground is immaculate and the sites are well laid out. We had a site on the lake front and loved it. The lake front sites have wrought iron table/chairs, fire ring and a swing where you can relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. The off lake front sites have picnic tables. All sites are gravel with a concrete patio. There is cable tv and free wifi and our mifi also worked fine. The site was large enough for our 43 foot Class A and our tow without any trouble. There is a very nice grocery store with a deli, bakery and good meats less than one mile from here. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Senior RV Park that is nicely arranged with adequate room between sites. Sites are gravel and fairly level. Concrete patio with table, swing and grill. A small fire pit with free wood if that is your thing. Utilities all worked well and was super quiet. Small pond in the middle that we were backed up to, bull frogs croaking at night. Staff was friendly. We were in a 38' MH with toad. We will return here if ever in the area again. We camped at Spring Lake RV Resort in a Motorhome.
