This KOA was very nice and clean. The showers were great and clean. There is quite a bit if highway noise when you're sitting outside. The wifi was fantastic. We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Motorhome.

The sites were level but close together. The campground had recycling which was a pleasant surprise. The laundry was clean and reasonably priced. The wifi was reliable. The only drawback other than the price was that the freeway ran right past the back of the campground so there was always the sound of trucks going past. Good for short term stays. We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Motorhome.

We called ahead to a very pleasant host for an overnight stop reservation - everything was "no problem." We found the campground to be clean, with level sites and pleasant. The WiFi and cable were reliable, as were all hookups. If the campground were full, the spaces might be a little tight, but definitely adequate. The roads are paved, but might be a little tight for a big rig (>40ft). We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Tight spaces and tight roads, although we did see a bunch of 40+ foot coaches driving around with tow vehicles attached, so its doable just a bit narrow. 15 miles from downtown, 1/3 of the park has permanent residents (all were nice), small dog run and a good selection of RV spare parts. Ice $3 bag, laundry $2 wash and $1 to dry. Could not get Satellite to connect due to site; I'd say about 1/4 of sites you will need to use the local cable. Clean pool and if you want to wash your coach, it's gonna cost you $10. We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Motorhome.

We stayed here because they had availability when other rv parks were full. To our surprise, we found it very convenient for visiting downtown Nashville. There is a shuttle $15 pp round trip to downtown, which was wonderfully convenient for attending a show at the Ryman. The management is fabulous. The campground seems to be an older design, but very well cared for and managed. On the downside, the roads and sites are tight. Some rigs much bigger than ours managed it, but it is tricky in spots. We are 32 feet plus toad, and we had to drive on the grass a bit to get around some of the turns. The park is also very close to the freeway. There is always traffic noise, but at least it is steady flow. We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Motorhome.

The park is compact and pleasant with trees. Very close to a major highway so there is constant traffic noise. Even in the early morning hours, semis are roaring by. We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Motorhome.

When calling to make the reservation (for two weeks) they told us that we'd have to have a back in site, but they were able to work it out for us to have a pull thru since this is the first time I'd be driving in by myself (they put a note in the file that I was a bit anxious, and the escort was super nice helping me manage the turn and getting into the spot). There are some spots in the park that are ridiculously tight, there were even a few RVs that 'dry camped' in the park grassy areas. Thursday night they had dinner and music in the park, which was pretty cool. The staff is super nice. The laundry facility is well maintained ($2.00 wash/25 cents for 5 mins drying, but the dry quickly, so no worries there). And the park store has pretty much anything you could want for your RV or souvenir needs. Great cable, okay internet, enough clearing that satellite reception wasn't an issue. You can 'rent' a fire pit for free when you purchase firewood from the store. We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed in a premium site with full hookup. We have a 40' coach towing a Jeep and the pull through site worked well. Some corners are tight but manageable. This campground was very clean and well kept. We stayed in site 19 which was fine from a size standpoint. Sites 63 thru 105 looked pretty tight. We will definitely stop again and request a site 14 thru 26 (pull thru). We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Parked here to visit Nashville, less than 1/2 hr south. Near highways but quiet. Saturday night had ribs dinner and entertainment at campground. Took shuttle to Grand Old Opry, which was excellent, but prefer next time to drive car to area. Owner on-site and staff friendly & helpful. Tips for other Campers:

The Opry and adjacent Gaylord resort are worth visiting by parking in the north end of the Opry Mills shopping center lot. Visited Parthenon and drove through downtown.

We were passing thru and found the park very clean and managers very friendly and helpful. Location is just far enough away from Interstate to be quiet. Our pull thru site was level and long enough for our motorhome and tow vehicle. We would stay there again when passing thru Nashville. First we were happy we had a place to stay after a long drive. These sites are very close, I bumped my head on the rv next to us slide out while hooking up the utilities. All grass sites and not well marked. Our slide was close to our other neighbours grill. If that person hadn't moved their truck we would still be there as there would be no way to swing the back out without hitting it. Park was easy to get in and out of though. We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Before I forget to mention it, there is EXCELLENT WiFi here, which doesn't happen in most RV parks. We stayed here 5 nights while visiting Nashville. The park is spacious, lots of sites, lots of trees and paved interior roads. Sites are gravel/grass and level. Sites have ground level wooden patio decks that we covered with our outside rug (worked great.) Hookups worked well, though sites are somewhat narrow, so hookups are close to neighbors, but on the other hand they are long enough to fit your RV and tow vehicle. Then again, depending on how people park those tow vehicles depended on whether your neighbors were asking (understandably) to move your tow vehicle so they could swing out upon checkout. The way out (around a couple of cabins) is tight, depending if the cabin renter decides to park their vehicle close to the cabin which then makes it tight for big rigs to get around. Yes, it's tight, but workable. The freeway noise is close and if that bugs you, reconsider. On the other hand, it's a comfy KOA close (but far enough away) from the Nashville hubbub. Staff here at the KOA is friendly and always willing to help. We'll stay here again. We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

We easily drove down to Opryland and parked at the Opry Mills (free) for the Grand Ole Opry. We parked in downtown Nashville (hint: park at the Music City Convention Center where parking is cheaper ($7 for 0-4 hours).

Stayed 1 night in pull thru section. narrow paved roads, gravel site level with a wooden patio deck and picnic table. Cable and WiFi were good. Lots of road noise. I-65 runs along back of park. Did not use any of the amenities. Pricey for 1 night and would not stay here again. We camped at Nashville North KOA ( formerly Nashville Country RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.
