We stayed here a few days, while enjoying Nashville. Getting to downtown is easy and takes about 20 mins. We had a lakeside pad, be forewarned that the required exit is a fairly small & tight circle about. We choose to use the space across from us to backup instead of trying the circle. This would be impossible if all sites were full. The views are amazing, fishing over the fence is a chore but enjoyable. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Motorhome.

Proximity to Nashville is great. Lake is beautiful but fence around campground prohibits you from using it. You must pay the Water Park fee to use the beach at the lake or any of the waterpark pools - approx. $25-30 per person. Dog park nice, wooded area. Parking is very tight to get out. Have to juggle forward and back to get out to leave. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Motorhome.

We love this campground. It's so quiet with beautiful lake views of Percy Priest Lake. Nashville Shores water park is right next door. Anyone that camps there gets a huge discount on water park passes. You can rent a boat or take a bike ride. A few sites are on a large hill. We moved sites due to this reason and the people that work here accommodated us with no problems. Campground is also clean and well maintained. We will camp here again. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Motorhome.

We stayed 3 nights the weekend before the waterpark opened. We had a great view of the lake until another MH pulled in but we still had a partial view. Very large dog park with lots of shade. A storm moved through and uprooted some trees while we were there, we had no damage but a 5er did. This was good for us traveling though Nashville for a couple nights and we enjoyed watching the river. Wifi actually worked great. Cable wasn't HD but it was ok. We would stay here again just to go to the barbecue restaurant at the marine! We camped at Nashville Shores in a Motorhome.

Don't miss going to Papa Turneys BBQ at the marina and the Juke Joint Jam! It was the highlight of our stay in Nashville. Call to find out when there is live music and you won't be sorry!

We stayed here for an overnight, and the cost for just a spot to park was pretty high. If staying as a destination, there were many things to do there. The layout of the park itself was rather tight; it could accommodate big rigs (ours is 42') but it probably shouldn't. The concrete curbs we ill placed and with the tightness of the rows, we saw many run over them (and the speed bumps were pretty harsh too). The bath house was dirty, but that was more because of inconsiderate campers than the park hosts (they were there cleaning at 7 am). Dog park had plenty of room to run off some energy, so that was great. We saw shuffleboard, corn hole, horseshoes, not to mention the waterpark and all the things associated with that (climbing wall, etc.). Seemed like a nice place. A good many sites right on the lake, a good many gnats too. Wouldn't stay again for just an overnight, but would consider it for a week to really take advantage of everything it has to offer. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Fifth Wheel.

We liked the park and would stay there again. The staff was fine. The location was great. The water park was not a big deal, it was early May, so not to busy yet. They offer a shuttle service into Nashville, but it was limited service, would suggest Uber as parking can be very expensive in town. The dog run was great. The sites were decent, lake view sites were very nice, the power was good. The laundry room was very clean. We did choose to back out down the street vs. attempting to try the circle-that would be my only complaint. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed off season and it was fine, but with the waterpark there, unless you have kids, I would stay away ! Even off season the weekend was packed and with the tight sights you might not get in or out the roads were so narrow. in fact, one leg along the lake was a single lane and had a tight turnaround just pickup trucks had trouble with, much less rv's ! will try to add some pics of our site if easy enough to do. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Motorhome.

Received 10% Good Sam discount. With tax ended at $46/night. We stayed one week during "Halloscream". The water park was closed. Halloscream only runs weekends and Halloween night and ends about 10pm. Although we could somewhat hear it, it didn't bother us. In sites 20-25 (for example), I'll bet it could be quite annoying. If the water park was open, I'm sure sites 44-74 would be VERY noisy. However, if you or your family is into water parks, you'd love this CG. I thought I'd give my observation on some site-specific issues realizing others may see things differently. If you are 36' plus, it's going to be particularly tight getting into sites 20-25. It's do-able but you need to be confident in your backing ability. If you're 40' plus, I recommend sites 1-9 or 61-74 so you have breathing room to maneuver. If you want a simple overnight without disconnecting, take sites 51-61 for easier in/out. Sites 62-74 would be second choice. As for satellite signal assuming your dish is on the front of your coach, sites 51-61 don't really have trees. Back-in sites 1-9 have trees in back but, generally speaking, your dish in front should be clear. Sites 62-74 have trees on the front-end which might block a signal. There are a few other site issues to be aware of (sites to avoid if possible). Sites 55 and 56 have a sizable utility panel and power pole between the sites. Sites 51, 72 and 73 have big, weird concrete pillars which could really impact your turning. sites). Even though we had a pull-thru, we hooked/unhooked at the office just to have more breathing room. Be careful and don't be afraid to ask for help (guys I'm talking to you!). In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was professional and friendly. Hook-ups worked well. The lake is pretty. The location to various Nashville attractions is great. We'd stay here again but not if the water park was open. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Check out Music City Bikeway trails as well as greenway multi-purpose biking/running/walking trails. A trailhead is at Percy Priest Dam about one mile from CG. See a show at Grand Ole Opry. Check Stubhub which had better seats for similar price than box office for worse seats. The Hermitage is extremely awesome. Allow a full day. Take a lunch and enjoy the grounds.

My wife and I were in Nashville for a wedding and it was our inaugural trip in our 40 ft. Newmar Dutchstar. First, the site (37) was perfect with beautiful views of the lake. The weather was perfect with fairly mild temps in the afternoon and just cool enough for a fire in the pit provided. We would definitely visit again. All the hookups were perfect and satellite tv worked like a charm to watch any of the football games on that evening and night. We did not use the bath house and all those that worked at the park were extremely helpful in anything we needed. Very beautiful lake and water park even though it wasn't open. However, I am sure it gets crowded during the season and probably would go in off season again. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We did not have a tow vehicle but saw some that did. It looked as if it would be navigational throughout the park however its tight around the initial entrance to our site (Check Nashville Shores layout map) and also be advised of the turn around at the dead end of park. I actully did not follow the rules and made my own way out by just baking up and pulling forward a few times. Once I walked down there to the turn around I had a feeling I would tear something up and I wasn't going to try it.

This was our first stay at this campgrounds. Adjacent to the campgrounds there is a water park that I believe is owned by Northville Shores. I also believe that the water park came before the campground. The sites are well maintained on concrete slabs. Some sites are within arms reach of each other. If you are planning to have a relaxing and quite stay you should know that the music from the water park starts at 10am and continues until closing at 8 or 9pm. There is no WiFi in the campground, you have to go to the office to use it and I have been told by another camper that they charge $5.00 for its use. The pool is in the water park so you will have to pay to enter the park They do give campers a discount. They have priced it so you have to buy a season pass if you plan to use it more than one day. The water front sites are not accessible due to a fence. No access to the lake except near the boat launch site. I for one do not recommend this camp ground. Our neighbor started to remove the axle on there travel trailer at 7:00am. It seems they don't inspect for these things. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Travel Trailer.

We drove over to preview the park, and liked the beautiful lake front sites. They advertise internet, cable, and full hook-up. However, after we completed our set-up, we found the internet was only at the office, and all four RV'ers here couldn't log on, too slow. And whoops, no cable TV.

Turns out the premium lake front sites were flooded out long ago and cable no longer works. No swimming pool, but you can pay $21 to use the water park. My neighbors sewer was on my doorstep, and you need extra long connections to make it to the hookups.

Their focus is primarily on the water park, with the RV side sort of thrown in. Its a great view, but $60 for a site with no internet, cable, or pool, is just kind of ridiculous. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Fifth Wheel.

Looks like a great park for families with kids (in the Summer) huge dog park. Park really not set up for 40'+ rigs. Tight turns into site. Had to unhook tow car pull out of site and then backup along water park fence to leave. No way to make turn at south end without running over concrete curbs. When we left a guy with 45' class A hung up at south end. Even fifth wheels have to cut corners to navigate park. Cable television, but no real clear. sewer hookup to high. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Motorhome.

This is primarily a waterpark/marina and I would imagine during the summer months is extremely crowded and loud. We stayed here in their off season so the park was pretty empty and the waterpark was not yet open. The staff here is very friendly and very helpful. The park is located close to town, with shopping and attractions close by. The sites are concrete and some are level, but there are large concrete columns placed randomly throughout the area that, combined with the tight turns and narrow roads, make for some interesting navigation in a 45 foot rig. While here, we saw a couple rigs get caught up on the concrete curb while negotiating the tight turns. As long as you're careful driving around the interior of the park, this is a nice place to stay. We camped at Nashville Shores in a Motorhome.

We chose to stay here for the lake view while traveling in the Nashville area. Nice lake view but our back in site was difficult to get into. Water pressure was low and cable was awful.
