Stayed here during first week of May. Best government run campground I've been in! Sites are huge and quite far apart. Beautiful lake with gorgeous sunsets. Close to Nashville and Hermitage TN. Terraced site on Lake, site 39. No problem maneuvering our 35 foot travel trailer. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Travel Trailer.

We love this campground. There is not a bad campsite. There are pull throughs and back in's. Some by the lake. Very spacious and quiet. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed overnight at Seven Points Campground. It appears to be well managed. Our site was well developed with lots of trees. The campground itself is small with one shower house and one bathroom building. There is a very pretty beach area on the lake. We got a one night reservation for a Sunday night a few days ahead but it was the only site still available. Very popular campground with a nice location close to Nashville. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Motorhome.

Nice campground located near Nashville. No sewer but a dump is on site. Early April and the park is almost full. Boat ramp, fishing and playground on site. We will stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Fifth Wheel.

This was such a nice Campground! It was close to Nashville and so much cheaper. The only thing it doesn't have is sewer but it does have a single dump area. The sites are all concrete and paved, they look newly reworked too. The sites by the water have stairs down and almost all sites have super long driveways. It's private and spacious but you can still see other campers. Plus the sunrise and sunset from the lake were beautiful! We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Travel Trailer.

Staff at the booth caused us to cut our stay short and we missed seeing Nashville. Her incompetence and deceipt had us moving from site to site despite having made reservations several months in advance. They let people park everywhere, making access for a 30' fifth wheel impossible.

Prepare for a lot of levelling and maneuvering. If they continue to allow people to block the road with their trucks and trailers it is impossible to back into a site with a fifth wheel. Very disappointing for what we expected. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Fifth Wheel.

The park facilities were clean, the camping area well laid out, and quiet. Plenty of room to maneuver our 34' fifth wheel. The park is pretty with many trees and a beautiful lake. Access to Nashville activities was easy and only 15-30 minute drive to most attractions. We really enjoyed our five night stay at this campground. This is a beautiful park located close to Nashville; a great place to stay while visiting the area. The $11 price reflects the COE 'Senior' discount.
We have a 38' 5th wheel and were able to back in to our site with some maneuvering. There are some sites that this might be difficult due to a somewhat narrow road, shoulders that dip and trees. I am not complaining, just giving you a heads up to be careful. The dump station was not that easy to use - you need to swing wide to avoid a 'raised' curb around one side of the dump station. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a treasure of a Corp park. Located in Hemitage Tn 20 min from downtown Nashville. Located off a massive lake. I would say reserve months before you go in summer months. I did in winter to get premium site on the lake. Though other sites are available during the week but reserve on line. Its out of the way from residential and you have to weave some roads to get to it but roads are in great condition. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Motorhome.

Beautiful setting. Peaceful, quiet, deer grazing. Our GPS sent us on a road that was very scary. Low hanging trees that scraped our coach up, low wires that made me cringe, and narrow, no shoulder road. One of the people in the office was rude and surly while the other person was nice and sold my husband a Senior Pass which we could use for one night. She was nicer the next day but sure started our visit on a sour note.

Our site was lovely but VERY tight. Now I know why some parks won't accept coaches over 40 feet. With four slides it was difficult to maneuver around the trees so they could be extended but we made it work. It was a pull through but a back in would have been easier on some of the sites we saw.

There is a dump conveniently located as you exit but as someone else mentioned it is a bit difficult to get in. They needed to make the turn wider for ease of entry.

The lake is beautiful but I wish they could do something about the geese and their poop which was EVERYWHERE. Pets aren't allowed on the beach but these birds walk all around leaving poop bigger than my dog's. I love nature and don't know what could be done but it really made for a nasty visit to the lake.

Again, it is a beautiful place but for us there were just one too many frustrations so I'm not sure we would go back. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Motorhome.

Stayed here in our Class B camper. Very impressed with the cleanliness, quiet and beautiful lake setting. Extremely close to Opryland. We were lucky to get in without reservations as we were told this campground books up early. Corp of Engineers campground so we got a discount with our federal parks pass. We have camped at many COE parks in the past including Seven Points. It seems that maintenance and upkeep have gone to the wayside here at Seven Points. The grass was extremely high in places, almost to your knees in some. The bath house (1) is in need of some serious upgrades, clean but well worn. The one bath house and one restroom ran out of toilet paper over the week end and the host stated it wasn't his job to furnish extra rolls, the cleaning crews took care of that.

The one dump station is installed backward, with the rinse hose connection on the wrong side of the RV. Also, the dump station is really tight, curved and narrow, making it hard to get your big rig in without running over the curb and possibly damaging your tire sidewall, be careful.

Another problem with Seven Points, with today's large RV's, the roads in the campground are fairly narrow which makes it very hard to back your rig into some sites, without getting front tires into the side ditch.

But, overall, if you look over the minuses and look only at the positives, Seven Points is still a great place to camp. Wonderful views and normally very quiet and peaceful and very convenient to the Nashville sights and sounds. I just hope that maintenance is not falling to the wayside. Normally COE parks are a great place to camp and very well kept. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed 4 days just back from the Lake. Beautiful Park, lovely sites near the lake. Great recreation facilities. Excellent bargain price. Showers definitely needed maintenance: some handles broken off, some loose. No ventilation in showers or restrooms meant heat & humidity was stifling and very unpleasant. Fans would be a big help. Grounds very well maintained. Sites are HUGE, extra long, shaded and well laid out. Very close to town and convenient. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Travel Trailer.

This is another of the excellent parks that the COE operates. Stopped for one night only as a stopover. Site level and clean packed crushed stone. Rated a 10 even without having sewer on site. Dump station easy to use and clean also. Site was on the water, 50 feet away, swimming area was one site from us. Hope to stay here again in the future. The park is on a lovely lake, convenient to Nashville. The roads are okay for a big rig, however, the sites are narrow and not level. We had to be moved as we could not level, and our companions could not open their slides. The Corp has not kept up with the trimming of low hanging branches. Just use caution when making a reservation. The bathrooms were older but adequate. We would come back. We camped at Seven Points Campground COE in a Motorhome.
