Older mobile home community with a few rv sites. All back-in sites. Narrow gravel pad. Hard to maneuver into site. Had to unhook to level fifth wheel because pad badly sloped from front to rear. Lots of traffic noise. Hook-ups okay. Strong water pressure (60 psi). Definitely recommend pressure regulator. No WiFi or cable. Would not stay here again. We camped at Parkway Village Community in a Fifth Wheel.

As stated in the other reviews, this is a mobile home park with permanent residents that also has some spaces for RVs intermixed with the mobile home sites. The sites have concrete ribbons to park on that is filled in between with gravel, the rest of the site is grass. Our site was large and level, no need for blocking. Verizon has a strong, fast signal, satellite reception will be spotty because of the trees. Since the sites are perpendicular to the street, some of them could take some careful maneuvering to get into. We stayed here on a Saturday and did not see management. When we talked to them on the phone; he assigned us a site number, told us where it was located, told us the cost, and told us to leave a check in the drop slot at the office. Overall, while it has only full hookups and no amenities, its a decent place to overnight or even spend a couple of days. If you're looking for the "RV resort experience", pass this one by. But, its better than Walmart. We camped at Parkway Village Community in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $27.00

This is the second time we have stayed here in our motor home. Mostly permanent trailer homes. Very quiet at rear of park. Traffic noise at front.
Manager most obliging. Good laundry, TV room and pool. 50amp , water, and sewer. OK for large rigs.
Grass and gravel sites where permanent trailer homes had previously been.
Will stay again when passing through. We camped at Parkway Village Community in a Motorhome.

This is NOT an RV park. 90%+ are mobile homes and the layout is for mobile homes. Happens to be the only half way decent place in the area to stay. Overnight is OK but there it ends. Camped in a 42 foot towing a car - tough to get around - won't be back. We camped at Parkway Village Community in a Motorhome.

Very nice owner. We called in advance and were assigned a site. Since we were arriving late for an overnight stay, he asked us to leave the payment in a drop box near the entrance on our way out. While not a destination park, this is a fine place to overnight: quiet and convenient to I-40 (only about 4 miles off the highway). Our only complaint is that the sites are set up for mobile homes, so the electric and water were on our curbside, and the sewer outlet was under the rig. Also, it has been raining, and the patio is on the wrong side for us also. We camped at Parkway Village Community in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a mobile home community and we knew that ahead of time. They do have about 23 sites available for RV's. We choose this park because we were in Jackson for a baseball tournament and the park location is close to the fields. That having been said, because it is a mobile home community there are no restrooms or showers. There are full hook-ups and pull through involves driving over one site to get to yours. There is a small pool. We arrived on a Friday evening and there was no one at the desk on Saturday or Sunday. Our cable did not work at all and there was no one to report it to. I would not suggest anything more than an overnighter if you had to. We camped at Parkway Village Community in a Travel Trailer.
