Camped here for an overnight stay while passing through the area. Had a nice pull thru site, more that long enough for the motorhome and towed. Owners were super nice. The grounds, several acres, very well manicured and mowed. Site was gravel although one of my rear jacks sunk a little in the soft gravel on one side. Great place to get in a long walk with your dog. If you are a Comcast customer, which we are, you can get great WiFi on the Xfinity hot spot. Will stay here again. We camped at Dumplin Valley RV in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a single overnight on our way to Cincinnati. It is easy access off exit 407 off I-40. As others have said, this is a farm with 30 and 50 amp FHU sites in the grass fields behind the owners home. We stayed in a 50 amp pull-thru that was grass and level and long. Internal roads were stone and in very good condition, not dusty. All the utilities work well. There is no WiFi or cable TV, but with no trees Satellite worked. The owner was friendly and the campground was very neat and clean. We would stay here again if we were in the area. We camped at Dumplin Valley RV in a Motorhome.

Open field behind the owners home on a small farm built to host a bluegrass festival that I'm sure would be fun. We stopped over night and would again it is everything you need while traveling, long level pull through full hook up sites and easy access. Pay attention to the web site warning to use exit 407 not 412 that gps will send you to. The road from 412 is narrow and not well marked much better from 407. We camped at Dumplin Valley RV in a Motorhome.

Nice quiet campground. Sites are level or nearly so. All utilities worked well. There was a wedding the weekend we were at the campground. No noise to speak of. Easy check in/out. Owners take pride in their campground and it shows, big-time. We would/will stay if in the area. We camped at Dumplin Valley RV in a Motorhome.

If you need a place to stay while visiting Knoxville this is it. It's a quiet, clean no frills campground. There were many guests there using the pavilion to play bluegrass music. Quite entertaining. No shade, no picnic tables, no fire rings. A great value where we felt safe and that is the reason for my high rating. Double A Knoxville Smokies baseball team stadium and BassPro is at exit 407. I wouldn't use exit 412 to access this park, road is very narrow. Use exit 407. We camped at Dumplin Valley RV in a Travel Trailer.

This is a large field with hookups on a farm. That means no trees or privacy, and sites are just average in size. Our site was pretty level but some sites looked less so. The views are nice and it certainly has a different feel from most RV Parks. The owners were very friendly and check-in was easy. As we only stayed overnight we don't have much else to report. We'd gladly stay again as an overnight stop... not sure if we'd stay longer as it seems to be mainly a "place to park", and not really a "destination" campground (no picnic tables, fire pits, or any other amenities). AT&T and Verizon service both worked, though I didn't really test performance of either. We camped at Dumplin Valley RV in a Motorhome.

Many have commented how quiet Dumplin Valley is. Not so when their annual bluegrass festival is on. The place is packed & it is alive with the sounds of campers jamming playing bluegrass till way into the morning hours. A site needs to be booked almost a year in advance. The festival is that good. The day after the festival is over the ex dairy farm reverts back to its charming low key self, perfect to use as a base for exploring the area. We camped at Dumplin Valley RV in a Fifth Wheel.

The owners weren't there, but left a note on the office door that they were gone for the weekend. We left a check in the night slot. Large open field with numerous sites. We chose a pull through, all grass. Good water pressure & 50A service. We let our two Vizsla dogs run free in the large open area. Quiet. E-Z on/off Interstate. Peaceful. Great overnite stop. No wi fix or cable, but plenty of open sky for your satellite dish. We camped at Dumplin Valley RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Great place to stay if you want peace, quiet and countryside scenery. Very friendly owners. Close to highway 40 for easy on and off exit but no truck noise. Very level large pull thru with 50 amp electric. Would love to come back for their yearly bluegrass festival in September. We camped at Dumplin Valley RV in a Fifth Wheel.

We stopped at Dumplin Valley RV for overnight during travel. As others have stated, easy on/off and easy to find off interstate. It really is a farm where they have installed hook-ups to accommodate hosting the September music festival. It was quiet and relaxing after a long drive. No picnic tables or fire pits... just a simple site. One interior road and you drive on grass to pull into your site. We enjoyed the pretty scenery and the quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Interesting park. Basically an `open field with hook-ups. It is not a destination park but is in an excellent location to tour the surrounding area such as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
