Road getting to park, and also interior roads, are narrow but navigable when going slow. Interior roads mostly gravel, sites are gravel and not very level. Site spacing is decent. Pull-thru sites angled well so even though a narrow road can get in ok. Utilities worked fine. Sewer placement causes a pretty long run of hoses at a lot of sites. WiFi worked pretty well at site. Verizon signal 1 dot. Although fairly close to interstate traffic noise not bad. Would stay again if in the area. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Not a bad drive into Nashville (discounting traffic). Walmart about 6 miles away.

All the sites have gravel, picnic table and fire pit. For the most part, the sites were fairly level. Internet was okay and no cable. There were plenty of antenna channels out of Nashville. We did not use the showers or laundry. My biggest problem was that about 90% of the campground was long term campers. The long term and overnight campers were not separated. Most LT campers were nice rigs but the problem was when they got up to go to work. It started at 4:30 AM, trucks would crank up and idle for 15 minutes or longer. This continued until around 8:00 am. For my next stop in the Nashville area, we will try to find a quieter location. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Travel Trailer.

Had a nice 3 month stay at this park. We were working in the area. Good friendly folks. There are permanent residents. The owners of the park Ron and Libby, are very friendly and accommodating. Be sure you see them personally if you have problems. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lebanon is a great place to shop or visit.

Rate was for 50 amp with full hookups. Driveways are gravel and the pads are gravel and well spaced. There is a huge newly mowed, picturesque draw beside the park. They are located two miles down Safari road. Park is on a hill, but the sites are terraced. We had no problem leveling with jacks. Our pad was long enough to accommodate a 37 foot motorhome with a small Honda attached. All the RVs in our area were newer and apparently travelers. The breaker serviced both the 30 and 50 amp hook ups. Water pressure was 40 PSI. There is no cable TV. We found 33 over-the-air TV channels. AT&T phone service is 5 out of 5 bars; Verizon was 3 out of 5 bars. There is no trash pickup at the sites, but at dumpsters. We found the free Wi-Fi service to be strong and the response time was good. There was a picnic table and a fire ring. Water connection was above ground and at several other sites the water connection had been raised above ground with plastic pipe extensions. Sewer connections were screw in; however, only ours was two feet above ground which made dumping impossible without 'walking the hose.' No flies or mosquitoes are noticeable. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lebanon has most of the chain restaurants. For things to do, you are just outside of Nashville.

We had a full hookup pull-through. Utilities all worked fine. There is no cable but we got lots of channels out of Nashville. Staff is friendly and helpful. Park is pretty much full because of many permanent and workers at a nearby Amazon. New owners took over an older park and are trying to fix it up. We stayed there in April so we were able to compare and progress is ongoing. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

Despite some of the recent reviews we decided to stay here while visiting relatives in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have only owned the park since last fall. It had been for sale for a few years and is a little run down. The utilities we had ( only El and water) worked fine. The water is about a foot below ground so it could be a problem for some. It is overpriced for only those utilities and no TV. There are many permanent RV's so it borders on a trailer park. It will be interesting to check this place out after they have put some time working on it. We would stay here again. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

I think this park had gotten a bad rap. It is really quite nice. We had a fairly level pull-through site with a sturdy picnic table. There was plenty of room between the sites, although since the sites are terraced, there was not a lot of room for lawn chairs. It is better than many KOAs we have stayed in. There were lots of staff working very hard to clean up the grounds and install many plantings. When you first pull in you do see some permanent campers and the storage lot is right behind the office, but all the transients are in one section and the long-termers are at the back of the campground. It is very conveniently located to tour most attractions, yet in the country. Great staff. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Motorhome.

This park has a long way to go to get up to most KOA standards. I had hoped that the earlier reviews from last year would be out of date and the place would be better. There are some junk RV's here. The sites are small and not level. Gravel driveways and sites. The place just looks junky. No cable. WiFi is good. We came because of a mailer giving 25% off and booked 2 nights. Wish we had only booked one. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Travel Trailer.

We have stayed here before in a run down campground but had hopes that the new owners would make the camping better. The only thing we noticed was a little paint here & there but the roads & sites are terrible... No pads, very little gravel, mostly mud...The prices have gone up as all KOAs do.. We do not recommend this place at all. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Motorhome.

Okay for 1 night. Older park & sites are close together. Roads are on a lower level than the sites so it was difficult getting out of the park. Did not feel welcome when we checked in. Would not return. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Motorhome.

This was one of the worst campgrounds we have ever stayed at. We called ahead for a spot since we were arriving late. When we got there, they showed us where our spot was & then they informed us there was no water on the site. Out spot was muddy & almost impossible to back our 40' RV into. If it hadn't been dusk, we would have driven farther & found a better campground. I will never camp here again & do not recommend it to anyone! We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is still a work in progress. The present owners took over and converted it to a KOA in May or June and have been working hard to make improvements. The staff is all super friendly and helpful. We have a nicely shaded site with a large tree on either side that gives shade both morning and afternoon. The site is a little off level (large step up) but the jacks did OK on leveling. Lots of area to walk the dogs. This is the best Wi-Fi we have had in several weeks. Lots to see and do in the area we stayed here for 14 nights. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Motorhome.

We always stay here while visiting relatives in the area. It is now a KOA. This means the rates have gone up considerably. They have made a few improvements (laundry room and pavilion) but not enough to warrant the additional cost. Some sites get satellite, some don't. Some are leveler then others. There is a nice pool and they are pet friendly. There is a big open field to exercise your dogs in. The laundry room is clean. We will probably stay here again because it is close to our relatives but before we do we will look for an alternative. This park is in the process of being fixed up and is now a KOA. Good I-40 access. Good TV from Nashville and good wifi. We had a long pull thru since we were only traveling through. Sites are fairly close together. Clean shower and restroom. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Motorhome.

The first thing to mention is this park is in transition to becoming a KOA property, but that is not a bad thing, as we are KOA members. The park itself has a wonderful layout. The sites are large, the grassy areas on each site are large and there is a fire ring at each site if you chose to use it or not. The grounds are clean and well maintained, but the owners are doing some upgrades and repairs to some of the common areas, which will greatly improve these spaces. There is a ton of wide open space to walk the dogs, and staff is very friendly. The setting of the park is very pretty as well. The drive to the park is on a narrow, long road that runs along side of the freeway, but the design of the park puts all the guests far enough back into the grounds that one does not hear the freeway at all. This is a very relaxing environment with very happy and friendly campers all around. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Motorhome.
