Stayed here one week (rate reflects that) in a 42 foot 5th wheel at Site 25. The park is located on a weaving, twisty road and then straight up a large hill. It is split into two sections and we were escorted to the far side where we found Site 25 to be very long and on an end and near the laundry room. The site was gravel/grass but clean with a concrete patio and nice picnic table. We also had a couple of nice shade trees. The interior roads are paved and fairly wide. We had excellent WiFi but no cable TV and the over the air channels could be problematic at times. This is a no frills park but very convenient to Knoxville, Lenoir City and Tellico Village. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lenoir City has all the services one might need and only 5 miles away. Knoxville and the University of Tennessee is ~40 miles with great shopping ~27 miles. The Tellico Lake dam is having new roads placed over it so be prepared for some construction.

As others have shared, this seems to have mostly seasonal or permanent residents, but that said, it really didn't matter. We spent just one night as a stopover. It was quiet and clean without many apparent amenities. Check in was easy and friendly. Big rig turns not a problem and out site was level. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

It's several miles off the interstate and you go over the Tennessee River dam which is currently under construction. It's presently a 2 lane road so you could face some slow traffic, but it won't last long. Had dinner at Calhoun's on the River (about 2-3 miles from Lazy Acres). Scenic outdoor seating. Service and Food were off a bit that night, but our friends said it's typically a good bet for lunch or dinner.

Great place for overnight stop if you are on I40 or I75. Clean, good wifi, good separation between sites. Not much here but far away enough from highway making the park nice and quite. Friendly staff. Appears to cater to many long term RV'ers but still a great place to stop for the night or a few days. Commercial strip just a few miles away with lots of retail shops and restaurants. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Small park, well maintained and clean. Paved roads, level gravel sites with picnic table and fire pit. Mostly permanents, all maintained well. No pool or playground. Very quiet park. Great owners. Easy on/off I-75, half an hour from Knoxville. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here several times as it is close to our house and a good place to check out the RV to make sure everything is working well before a traveling farther from home. This is a family owned park with permanent residence. Don't let the fact that they have permanent residence deter you from staying here. The site is well maintained and quiet. This park has been consistently clean with a friendly staff over the past 5 years without a price increase. I would highly recommend. No, it does not have a swimming pool or playground but we are adults over 50 and are looking for a quiet place to relax. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is 7 miles off I 75. It is clean with paved and large grassy areas. We had a full hook up pull thru site It was level grass and gravel. Attendant is super sweet and helpful. Office is a bit odd location. She met us pulling in though. Many staying here are extended stay burn not trailer trash. Things are kept nice. The park is quiet. I would stay here again. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Gravel interior with a wicked angled speed bump-watch your cabinets-they will fly open!! Large beautiful, spacious and shaded site with lounge chairs and grill. Good cable but Wifi is a bit slow. We stayed one night in a motor home-would stay again. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Good roads, good staff, level sites, nice views, quiet. We were high on the hill, great views, and beautiful site. We recommend and will stay there again. Overall Rating:

This campground is 6.9 miles off I-81 on US 321 to the SECOND Jackson Bend Rd. intersection turn right and go .5 mile to the park entrance. The park itself is a no frills campground with paved roads 18 level pullthrough sites and 40+ backin sites. The sites are gravel with ample room between units. This is not a family type park since there is no playground or pool or activity center. All utilities are well placed mid site and function as designed. Most all sites are suitable for satellite TV which is needed since there is no cable. OTA reception is very good. The wifi is not receivable at most sites. There is a laundry, shower stall building across from site 25. Each site has a picnic table on a concrete pad but no firepit. All in all a good value for a place to stay while in the area, but not a destination park. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate based on monthly rate. From the north, US 321 to the SECOND Jackson Bend Rd, turn right and go .5 mile to the park entrance. Basic campground with paved roads 18 level pullthrough sites and 40+ backin sites. Gravel sites, no cable tv, wifi not receivable even with their provided booster. Many long term residents, but most sites are kept free of clutter. Park itself has much debris around the edges, someone needs to go and pick up the trash and litter. If you need to receive mail while staying here, be very clear about the address and site #, some of our mail was returned as undeliverable w/o site #. Would stay elsewhere if in the area again. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great little park, very quiet and very clean. The site was clean and level. We stayed in site 25 across from the laundry-mat and showers. Not the best spot, as it is open 24 hours, and people were coming and going from there all night. The park itself is laid out great, but would choose a different spot next time we come through. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice, friendly, helpful staff. Easy to find, plenty of signs to help. Very nice, clean laundry area with folding tables hanging bars. Very clean bathrooms, showers and changing rooms were huge! Very high pressure showers, absolutely loved it! Quiet park, very relaxing. Paved drive around park, large spaces for RVs, easy to pull or back in gravel lots. Very level, quite spacious sites. Cement pad for newer picnic tables and each site had a firepit. Lot of full timers, areas kept cleaned, very friendly folks. Not a lot for kids to do at the park but there are beautiful trails to walk around the lake and your very close to Lenoir City which has a lovely park and Marina. No internet reception at our site but lots of local channels over antenna. Perfect cell phone reception and our hot spot work perfectly. Would definitely stay again! We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Lenoir City Park, Marina and the dam are good places to visit. If your up for a little drive, I highly recommend going to Melton Hill Park. Beautiful drive there, absolutely stunning park. Miles of paved and unpaved walking trails, boat ramps, excellent fishing and play ground for the kids. The smooth rocks around the river are perfect for skipping.

Gave a star for the paved road in and around the camp ground. A star for the long level gravel sites. Nice people in the office. 75% of park is full time with a lot of junk outside the RV's. The sites were not well kept. Our site was filled with grass/weeds that were above the ankle. Could not enjoy being outside. Sites also had ants. Had the smell of dead fish coming from the pond area. The laundry room floor was dirty. Had stayed at this park a year ago and it was in much better shape. Will not return. Had I seen the site before paying for a week, would not have stayed. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is 7 miles off the main road. There were a lot of road signs and detailed directions on their site. If you don't follow all of these you will probably get lost. Once we got there it was very nice. The roads are black topped. The laundry room was clean and spacious. We had good satellite and antenna reception. There are a lot of seasonal guests but the park is clean and kept up well. We would stay there again. The rate we paid reflects a Good Sam discount of 10%. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.

If you arrive on a weekend or after 5 during the week, just go to site #43 for help. Wonderfully LONG pull-through for my 44' toy hauler. Was able to drop the ramp/patio AND keep my long bed truck within the site boundary. Site was nice and level, too. Wi-Fi was unusable on the hill by the fishing pond. T-mobile hotspot service was poor. Don't know about other providers. Fishing pond was not open. Guess it has a leak in it. Water pressure is good. They have nice laundry facilities. Antenna pulled in a decent number of channels. Other campers were friendly. Lots of permanent residents. Nightly rate was with Good Sam discount for 3 days. Not too far from shopping. Lots of stuff to do in the area if you stay for more than a night. I would stay here again. Hopefully they expand the Wi-Fi coverage in the park. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
