This is a nice rv park and we have stayed here 3 other times. This is close enough to Columbia where my wife is doing genealogy research but much nicer than a closer rv park. We had a nice fairly level gravel pull through site with some shade. All utilities worked well. This park is well maintained and friendly staff with nice grass between sites. It is very close to the Interstate with easy close on and off. There is some road noise but we were not bothered by it. It has limited cable, and wifi which worked for us most of the time. We would stay here again. - JAWS

Lovely park, spacious sites, each set of hookups have a light above it, and a bush to camouflage from your neighbors. Gravel interior roads were easy to navigate. Checkin was an easy process as long as you had a reservation ahead of time. Good satellite reception, good water pressure and reliable electricity. Didn't use, but I understand they have a washer and dryer available to use. There was a public room set up for crafting.... tables, ironing board, books, TV, very comfortable. - DebbieT in Alabama

Extremely convenient to the Interstate, with easy access into the park and pull thru spaces which allow you to stay connected for a 1 night stay. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Some grass between sites with gravel paths. Although close to traffic, we did not hear or were too tired to be bothered with noise. Would certainly consider for future stays. Cable was adequate for local networks. Verizon worked for wifi needs. Did not try their wifi. - Gypsy Duo

This is a quiet out of the way park.. But not quite what I expected. The website made it look like a busy equestrian park.. I expected to see campers with horses.. but there were none. It's a good idea but wasn't working. This place was just okay.. No cable, no over the air tv, no Sat tv because of the overhead trees. If you are going to Columbia, TN I would not stay again as it was to far away. On the web site I should have noticed the following: "Photos are indicative of the area, not necessarily what you will see at the park." and "Large graveled semi-level lots." What the website didn't show is exactly what this place is like. I felt safe in this out of the way park but other than that.. I can't say anything else. - Dom A.

Just stayed here one night, but a beautiful place, well kept, site's are all paved, we stayed in site 16 it was a pull through site and was very level and wide. Would love to camp here again. - Pittsburgh Pa

A lovely setting in the woods. Very quiet. The sites are all paved but many are very un-level, slopping front to back and/or side to side. Our site, 39, was a back-in and not too bad to adjust for leveling. 4G service was weak & Verizon 3g was strong. No way for satellite with the trees and HD antenna was spotty. But a pleasant place to get off the road and relax. We were here for 2 nights, had a campfire and just hung out. Love this state park. - Afhertzog_54
Jun 2017 - $32.00
The campground is very shady and wooded. We camped at site 35. Our 40 foot motorhome fit with room to park our toad in front. Website stated this site is 74' and site 38 is 94 feet. They are both closer to 60 feet. There are some lower hanging branches coming into the campground that need trimmed. Inside the campground all roads are paved. Be careful some trees are very close to the road. Campsites are spacious with plenty of pavement beside motorhome for chairs, tables, bikes, etc. Concrete table, fire pit and lantern hook. Bath houses are roomy. This is not a gated campground. The swimming pool is not in this area but across the highway. It is like a public pool and the day we went there, they had 4 bus loads of kids. The campground host said it is better after 2pm. Admission to pool for 5 was 12.50, which is half off for campers, you just need to tell them your campsite number and last name. Duck River was muddy from all the rain, so we did not swim in the river. Bike riding was fun. Nice playground. Huge sand area with toys and dump trucks provided. - spoon family of 6
Mar 2018 - $30.00
This is an old campground. A lot of mud. 100% monthly rentals. Open year round. Pool has not worked in years and appears to be no plans to fix it. Quiet. Pretty setting in trees. Unfortunately almost impossible to get a site. Very high demand so looooong waiting list. Sites are spacious. Stayed two months. - traveler7576
Aug 2016 - $30.00
More of a trailer park than a RV resort. Stayed in August and pool was being repaired and had been for months. Water pressure is poor, can't take a shower if your neighbor is. Playground is from the 70's and no entertainment. Not even during Mule Week. Staff was friendly. Neighbors watch every move so nothing will be stolen. - Dyna
May 2016 - $30.00
Wow, this campground has gone through many positive changes this year. Very clean and well maintained grounds. Bathrooms always kept fresh. Only clean, mostly brand new high dollar rigs here. Look forward to seeing this place progress and improve even further. Staff was friendly and had their stuff together. Will be returning soon. - Rv fan
