We stayed here for the Music City Bowl. The KOA is located very close to Opryland and a $10 round-trip shuttle ride to downtown Nashville. I would call the site spacing adequate, and the facilities are good considering they are coming back from a flood. My only minor complaints are the price being on the high end and the road noise - neither are major. Would stay here again. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

We stayed here in July and came back to visit Grand Old Oprey. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the Grand Old Oprey. Pricey but great location and very clean. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

Absolutely one of the most convenient and beautiful KOA Campgrounds in the United States. Can't say enough good about the Nashville KOA campground. We visited during "Daddy Daughter Road Trip 2014" and my daughter and I were very pleased with the accommodations. We stayed at a pull-through site with patio and fire ring. The water pressure is great, the site is easy to access, adequate cable channels, well maintained. They are also doing 14 million dollars in renovations to the old side of the park, which I'm sure will be just as amazing when they are complete. I'd recommend this park to any camper headed to the Nashville area. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Park is pricey, but well maintained with good amenities and close proximity to Nashville and Grand Ole Opry. However; have you ever pulled up to a stoplight only to have someone next to you blaring their expensive stereo system and all you hear AND feel is the heavy thump of the bass? For the space of a minute or two you are supremely annoyed. Well, we endured this on Saturday night for over four hours. This KOA has a "conference center" they rent out for parties. Saturday's party came complete with a large crowd, a DJ and an amplification system. We contacted the after hours "manager" who flippantly told us he was sorry we didn't like it and that quiet hours started at 10:00 pm. To their credit the music did stop promptly at 10:00 pm, however, we felt the loud music was over the top and it made for a miserable evening in our RV. Because of this, we won't be back. Nice location for visiting Nashville. Efficient check in. Bathrooms satisfactory. Great pool we used one afternoon. Laundry on property. Adequate site for a KOA. $67 seems a little high for the area. Wifi so/so. There was considerable noise in the park with highway at edge of property and I think we were under a flight pattern for the airport. If we stayed again I would make sure we got a spot as far away from highway as possible. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $75.00
We stayed here ten years ago and thought it was expensive, but couldn't believe the $ 75/night rate they ask for now. They are involved in construction of a large portion of the older sites, and availability is very tight, so we were forced to stay at their patio sites which are at least $75 a night. They ARE very nice sites, although you can hear the freeway noise nearby. Be sure to call and ask if the ongoing construction is done before arriving. This is a super convenient site for the Grand Ole Opry but you will pay a lot for location. WiFi worked intermittently. We did like the nice outside patio with furniture, however. We stayed for one week and were so happy that this is the campground we chose. We had a paved space with patio, plenty of room for our tow vehicle, lots of room in between sites. There were lovely trees and landscaping, plenty of room for dog walking. Cable worked good most of the time, a few times it was a little "snowy". Wi-Fi was good most of the time. Laundry room was nice although expensive at $2 for wash and dry. Still, it is nice to have a good washer and dryer available. The only slightly down rating was that they could have cleaned the restroom closest to us a little more often - it was supposed to be cleaned daily but I "tracked" some pink toothpaste and dirt for several days. It wasn't too bad, though, and plenty of restrooms available. Although we didn't use the pool or hot tub it looked lovely and was used and looked very clean. We reserved a paved pull-through, but were assigned a gravel site at a reduced rate. Not sure how they made the error in reservations, but the gravel site turned to mud after 4 days of rain. This is the best location for visiting Nashville. We would stay here again. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Great campground--long, level concrete sites with nice grass and shrubbery. Very clean and attractive and room between sites. Wi fi ok but slow at times when everyone got on. Good hook ups and cable. Good laundry. On site trash pick up. Cafe on grounds. KOA furnished hot dogs and bar be que one day for lunch. I called for a reservation on Saturday and was told that there were only 2 sites available for that night, both back in, but we booked it because the other place where we normally stay was full. When we got there, the young man on duty put us on a lovely pull through, and there were empty sites around. It seems that it all depends on who you talk to. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. This will be our campground of choice when we come to Nashville. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

Nice convenient location, but a bit pricey. Had a nice site paved with a patio. They moved us because the intended site had power issues and the neighbor had an extension cord run to the power pedestal we would of plugged into. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

Better than average KOA. Easy access from perimeter road. Near several Nashville attractions such as Opryland and Opry Mills Mall. Check-in office is busy and staffed mostly by teenagers who can't always answer questions. No escort to site but map is good enough. Sites are long enough but not overly wide. Grass between sites needs some work. A little weeding and fertilizer would help although management seems to be sprucing up other areas. Maybe our section will be next. Cable and Wi-Fi were decent. Pool and rec room looked good. No real problems with hook-ups. We didn't hear any road noise in our area. A real bonus was a group of performers in the small auditorium. Not too expensive to attend, but a great show with lots of "oldies." If back in the area, I would return to this KOA. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

What a great campground. Easy to get to off Hwy. Sites are large and grassy, great for pets. Great staff, friendly, and helpful. While we were there the campground had a BBQ and live country music for entertainment. About 13 miles from downtown Nashville. Excitement awaits the camper who has come this far to relax and see history all at the same time. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a very nice park near major attractions. Although it is near a major expressway, our particular site was quiet. We required an extra long space and the 80-85 footer accommodated our 40 foot motorhome, an enclosed car trailer, and a very small rental car parked width-wise in front of the coach. The roads are blacktopped as are the sites in the premium section. I gave it a 9 because of the cost, typical of most all KOA's especially in destination locations. Overly expensive for what was offered. WiFi for us was fairly slow. For the price, when signing in they should offer suggestions as to what to see and do and what hiking trails are available, etc. The site we had was not a premium site. Those sites were at additional costs. In our experience KOA corporate sites are always more expensive. They had the opening when we needed it, however. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Motorhome.Undo

We were very happy with this park. Easy access to attractions, we stayed a week. The camp was well maintained and had plenty of amenities. Laundry was clean and spacious, several machines,so no waiting. The pool was nice and clean. We were told that it would be upgraded soon, but what they have now is nice and maintained well. There is a small dog park that was clean and big enough for our 30 pound puggle to play in. Camp store well stocked, although it closes early. (6-7 p.m.) Our site, I11, was nicely landscaped and spacious. Easy to get into with our 36'travel trailer. Electric, water, cable and WiFi all worked consistently well. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Bathhouse was clean and well maintained. Older part of campground also seemed to have spacious sites, although we were also told that most sites will be upgraded in the near future. Ours was part of the recent upgrade. We were very happy with the accommodations here and will definitely stay again. We camped at Nashville KOA in a Travel Trailer.Undo
