For an older park this a very well kept and managed RV park. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool is clean and well maintained as are the laundry and bathrooms. The layout can be a little tricky to back into if on the right but not too bad. This RV park is in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tn and a trolley stop is located at the entrance to park. It is an excellent choice if in Pigeon Forge and the staff here is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. It is a 10* park for sure. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Just spent a week at King's Holly Haven. We were in a 36' coach and parking was pretty tight. Spaces were tight. We were able to put out our awning and slides but not the rug in the first site we occupied. We moved to a different site because we wanted to extend our stay and had room for a rug. The biggest pro for us was the proximity of the RV park to the ball fields at Wear Farm City Park. There is a nice creek that runs along the back side of the RV park and most sites had at least some shade. We saw only one dumpster in the CG, and it was overflowing by the time it was emptied, but in general the park was very clean and nicely maintained. Sites were gravel with a concrete pad for the picnic table. No fire rings. There were some grassy areas but we had to walk our big dog across hot pavement to reach a grassy area. It was in the 90's all week and I worried abt the hot pavement and gravel. We had a pleasant stay and if our granddaughter plays in another tournament at Wear Farm City Park, we would stay there again but would enjoy more room and privacy. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice park close to all the sights. Great laundry, pool, and rest rooms. Very, very clean. Very easy in/out to attractions - this is important to Pigeon Forge RVing. Very quiet. Good size sites. Good Sam park. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Holly Haven is a large, well-located RV park if you are spending time in Pigeon Forge. It is on the Pigeon Forge Trolley Line and just about two miles from the LaConte Center. Sites are very narrow, rather short, mostly back-in, and larger units may have difficulty in getting into many of the sites. There are numerous long-term or seasonal residents--but all units are well kept, neat and clean. Mountain stream along the Premium sites was not attractive--stagnant water and far from what I would describe as a mountain stream. The trees along side the stream offered valuable shade but the stream-side location offered no great view. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

CG is very close to all attractions and shopping. Traffic is heavy in Pigeon Forge! Sites are very close together. Wifi is average. Cell phone is good. Satellite is troublesome in some sites due to trees. Roads are very narrow with parked cars making them seem even narrower. Neighbor across from me had to move his vehicles so that I could more easily back into my site. Picnic table was broken. Sites are not attended to between campers coming and going. Entrance is easy to miss if you are coming from the parkway due to a tree blocking the sign. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We have stayed at this park each time we come to Pigeon Forge over the past 12 years, staying for a month at a time. The spaces are a little tight, but utilities are good, including free Wi-Fi and cable. The park manager is most efficient and friendly. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Motorhome.

A lovely RV park near the center of activities in Pigeon Forge. Approximately five minutes off the main highway into the city. The owners are friendly and well organized. The pull thru sites which are for RVers passing thru are a little close, each on a concrete pad, a table and small shade trees. Next door to the park is a city park that has a very nice running/walking track. The RV park also has a stream at the back of the park for fishing w/o a license. The RV park is at the foot of a mountain which has cabins on it. It is beatiful at night to see the light from the cabins. I would definitely stayere again and again. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is the 4th time we stayed here. It is a beautiful RV park with paved roads throughout. Many trees and a lazy river that is along one side. They have a very nice store and many chairs out front if you just want to hang out and visit. The sites are all level and very well groomed. We just love it and will continue to go there whenever we visit the area. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed her for 6 nights. We visited Smokey Mountains and other attractions while here. Location is fine. Sites are pull through but narrow and not much room between sites. Empty the first three nights we were here and then busier during the weekend. Staff is not friendly and would NOT stay here again due to that. We have many places to choose from, this will not be one of them next time. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Used the park as a hub for other activities in Gatlinburg and GSMNP. Was not there during daylight hours, just used it for sleeping. It's a nice place, roads are somewhat narrow, but we stayed near the entrance so it was not an issue. It was quiet and peaceful. Worked well for us - no reason not to stay here again. Overall Rating:

Typicsl of parks in urban or busy tourist areas this park has somewhat narrow roadways and minimal space between sites. We had a pull-through with a tree tight against the left side of the site. In order for our living room slide to be clear of the tree, we needed to park towards the front of the site, which was too far for our 40 ft. of sewer hose to reach the sewer inlet. Since we were staying just a few days, we were able to back up to the sewer and dump our tanks before we left. The park is well-maintained, sites reasonably level, although backing into some of the spaces looked like it would be a challenge. The restrooms and showers are modern and spotless. The park is about one mile off the main drag of Pigeon Forge, which makes it convenient to the tourist attractions, but far enough away to be quiet. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean, staff friendly, easy access. Don't let the small sites scare you, there is plenty of room. We had a 40' motorhome, motorcycle and truck and the site size was not a problem. This is the quietest park I have every stayed in. I would rate this park as excellent. Nice experience. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Motorhome.

I don't know what those folks are talking about in the other reviews about not big rig friendly. I saw many big rigs come and go with ease. Sites are very level. Wi-Fi is great at site and cable with many channels. We stayed from Mon. thru Fri. Quiet at night, staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was excellent, very clean. Sites are close but not too close. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Overall Rating:

We're 45 feet: and were mighty surprised when we arrived, as we read here, and were told on the phone that this park was Big Rig friendly. Hardly. We couldn't get into our assigned spot, which was a pull through. We got lucky that there was ONE larger space available. Getting to the space was tricky as the interior road in the park is very, very narrow. Had there been RVs parked in the spots across from ours, we'd not have been able to back in. All of the bigger rigs were in back-in spots. The pull-through sites are all tight, and not diagonal entry. Gravel spots are OK, but for the price we expected paved pads. Staff was friendly and helpful. We camped at King's Holly Haven RV Park in a Motorhome.
