Easy access, everything worked including Wi-Fi. Only staying a few days and wanted to stay closer to the interstate instead of being in the middle if the action in Pigeon Forge. This park fit the bill perfectly. Rained during my stay but the gravel sites stayed dry. Would come again for sure. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: November, 2014 - $30.00
Stayed here before and would stay here again. Good sized sites, convenient to I-40, very quiet. Grassy area along the river to walk your dog, but no dog park. Roads are gravel, but wide. Easy access to all campsites. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (12 miles). Good experience at the campground. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $34.00
Stayed here for 3 nights. Loved the location. It is close enough to enjoy the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg without being in middle of all the constant traffic from the area attractions. We had a gravel pull-through site with a nice concrete patio along a picnic table. The electric, sewer, and water were convenient to all of our hookups on the fifth wheel. The cable was not good at all, but our satellite dish picked up well. The Wi-Fi worked OK on the laptop, but couldn't get our tablets to connect. We had a heavy rain one day that wiped out any Wi-Fi signal at all. The campground is quite large and the permanent and seasonal campers are separate from the recreational ones. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We would have rated this park with a 10 if they had some dedicated handicap sites. Internal roads and sites are gravel with a concrete pad at sites. Space was level and wide but still not easy for a wheelchair bound guest. The guest parked beside us was also in a power chair, and even though his coach was specifically designed for his needs, he still had difficulty getting around on the gravel at site, so I know it wasn't just us. Staff very friendly; park very well maintained, clean and quiet. FHU with relatively low water pressure (had to remove reducer on my hose to get sufficient water pressure). Rate reflects Good Sam discount. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $33.00
Easy in/out. This was a place for us to park while we spent time in Seiverville and Pigeon Forge. Sites were gravel and level. Utilities worked well. Large grassy areas to walk the dogs. We appreciated the fair price to stay. Only negative for us is they don't allow dog enclosures and there's no bark park. We enjoy sitting outside with the pups in the evening and we couldn't do that here. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Great campground. Interior roads and pads are gravel. Sites are level. Good Wi-Fi where we were. Very friendly staff. Family-oriented park. Would stay here again. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We have a 43 foot RV and always like to get big rig sites. The campground is easy on and off and has an automatic signal to get you in and out of the facility. Staff is always friendly. We have stayed there many times and it is a favorite. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Friendly helpful staff. Great facilities. Large pull through sites, well maintained, good interior roads, lovely riverside sites, good pet area. Very convenient to I-40. Very reasonable. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $35.00
Very nice, clean park. Very nice staff. Bathroom and showers very clean. Only problem is only one bathroom ( 2 toilets ) for the large area we stayed in. For most campers it will be a long walk, as it is at the far end, not centrally located. And, the most direct path has a cable across it, making the long walk longer, as you have to walk all the way around to the other side to enter . Also, toilet stalls have no lock and the 2 showers only have 1 clothes hook each. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Very good campground with friendly staff to use as base for exploring the area. We were in the area during the week and local schools were still in session so it was a little less crowded than normal. Easy access for big rigs with plenty of pull thru sites, mostly gravel sites. Utilities worked well and TV reception with an antenna was good. If you are just passing thru, this is a good choice since it is close to I-40 for easy access. Christian atmosphere with church services on Sunday. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We stayed two nights, in site 17. It was a level, gravel site, backed right up to the river and all utilities worked well. Wi-Fi also worked fair to good. The site was nicely shaded, but we were able to get our DirecTV dish working. We used the laundry facilities and they were clean and worked well. The staff was friendly and we would stay again. Rating drops if you are NOT riverside. Discounts: Good Sam Sites: All sites are close together. Most have a shade tree. The riverside sites have a huge grassy area leading to the river, so your site fFels larger. FHU, bathrooms clean, pets welcome, pand lenty of area to walk the dogs, although they do have a specified dog walk area. WiFi worked well, satellite easy access to open sky, Verizon and AT&T cell good. Mail delivery accepted. Plenty to do in Sevierville. Very touristy area. We were on the outskirts of town, so not so bad. We chose this park because all the other local parks were around $50./night. Riverside Park owners prefer to keep their prices low as long as possible. Very nice owners. We stayed two weeks, then decided to add a week. We then had to cancel the extra week and they gave a full refund, no questions asked. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

The good: beautiful location (river on one side, view of the Smoky's on the other), nice level sites, wonderful staff (the best we've ever run across), area activities, and beauty. The bad: 5mph speed limit on a LONG campground road to the sites takes time. The rate shown includes discounts for a 3-week stay. We would definitely stay here again. Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $34.00
Clean, large RV park. Sites are fairly narrow, but decent in length. Very clean with daily pick up of trash. Utilities worked well including the Wi-Fi. Not very many washers/dryers and quite expensive to use. Even though the temperature was in the 80's the pool was closed so not much in the way of available activities. Staff friendly and professional. Area close to Great Smokey Mountain Park. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Level sites. Strong Verizon Mi-Fi and satellite reception. A bit overdone on showing off their religious affiliation. A good overnighter. We camped at Riverside Campground & Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
