This is a very nice park. It's it's right on the river bank very close to Highway I-40. We did not use the bathrooms or showers but I am sure if they look as good as the part they're fabulous. We will stay here again the next time we pass through. Management was very nice. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The Hatfields and McCoys show was very good. Lone Star Steakhouse and the Hard Rock Cafe was excellent. The traffic on the weekends is horrible. Study your map and learn your cut around. All the stores in the area seem to have reasonable prices. The weather was fabulous for August state in the eighties.

This park tho small, is one of the nicest, prettiest, best kept, friendly (including the staff) campgrounds ever. There is a pool & playground, mtg room in the office & a gazebo on the river for anyone to use. The staff tho older (70s), are pleasant with a good sense of humor & knowledge of the area. The rules, no one w/o a drivers license to drive golf carts, no hanging laundry outside, pool closes at 8, no bikes or skateboards where people typically walk. Contrary to an earlier review I appreciated being able to walk in the pool area w/o having to dodge bicycles or doge golf carts driven by someone not licensed, not looking at someones laundry or trash (you take it to the dumpster). Good to know the staff was on top of things. The street is paved & the sites concrete with picnic tables, grass in front or in back of site, beautiful crepe myrtle trees, and hedge between each site make this an outstanding park! If you don't like the rules, or don't think they were made for you, then don't stay here. This is a GREAT park! We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Don't blink or you will miss this place! You'll be sorry if you do. The pull-in sites overlook the river. Bald eagle, herons, various ducks and other flying creatures.

There is decent spread between sites and a hedge to add some more privacy. There are trees along the river that provide afternoon shade. The back-in sites are equally nice with not quite as good view. The whole place is manicured and the upkeep seems quite good. Our Tiffin group looks forward to returning.

The is a pool and a meeting room available. Within a short walk, the is the Knife works, Tool Stoe (aka men's day care), a Coleman outlet, gun range and more. It is right in the middle of all that yet it feels private. You can hear some road noise but it never disturbed us.

Don't blink! We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a pristine park with pull in sites for class A's facing the river and back ins for others with river views. each site is concrete slab with shrubbery bordering each site. Good wifi and cable as well as other utilities. Friendly staff. One of the best we've stayed in. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a lovely, small park, only about 50 sites. There are 2 rows of sites and the first row is right on the riverview. Beautiful new tiled restrooms and showers. Each site is very private with little hedges between them. Everything is very fresh and new. Easy to find from the highway. There is a Coleman's outlet store 5 minutes walk away, along with several other stores. There was major highway construction going on when we were there so we did not get out to see what else was in the area for our overnight stay. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Excellent RV park. Easy access from I-40. Conveniently located near restaurants, stores and attractions, but far enough away for a very quiet stay. Check-in handled quickly and efficiently, providing an area map with places not to be missed highlighted, very knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. Foliage has grown considerably since photos in gallery were taken, providing privacy between sites. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Lovely park nestled on the shores of the French Broad River. We drive a 43' MH with a tow and had no difficulty getting into the park and our site. Manager waited on us upon arrival and he was friendly and helpful. Our site was directly on the river which created a lovely view from the front of the coach. The internal roads are paved while the sites are concrete and separated by a hedge row on the sides. There is grass to the front of the coach for the row next to the river. There is a doggy rest stop area and the open field next to the office made for a very nice walk with the dog. The park is very clean and peaceful given it sits quite close to the very busy Rt. 66. We did not use the rest room or laundry facilities. Wifi worked fairly well and we got good satellite reception. We would stay here again. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a very rare opportunity to rate an RV park with a 100% positive review. They were so friendly and the park is spotless. The sites are large, concrete and grasss. Every site has considerable privacy.

It's hard to describe how nice this place is. We sat in front of our coach only feet from the river with grass everywhere. We didn't want to leave home to see the many attractions that are so close.

We found this place as a recommendation from a friend. We had reservations elsewhere and are so, so happy we changed.

We stayed for several nights. It's not likely we would ever be in this area again, but if you have the opportunity, don't think twice - stay here! They deserve more stars. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is one of the cleanest RV parks you will ever see, each of the riverfront sites are all paved and have hedges between each site which is very nice and adds to the appearance as well. It is away from the traffic noise because of the location off of the main road but there are no problems getting in and out with big rigs. All amenities are in pristine conditions and the staff is friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best and #1 RV Park in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge area, I like it because there are "No Trailers" allowed, Class A Motorhomes only and some upscale fifth wheels. This is a quality RV Park designed for quality RV'ers. I recommend this park above all the others! It is close to everything but out of the congestion which makes it even better.

he staff is super to help you in every way possible. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Riverfront site. Neat and clean. Blooming Crepe Myrtle trees on both sides of all motorhomes, down the line. Washing machines and dryers worked well, new. Pool clean and refreshing. Turkeys and deer across the way. Ducks and geese swimming past. Very quiet. Sites long, plenty of room for additional cars if we had them. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

If you have a family, do not stay here. There is nothing for you. They have "summer help" which are senior adult "watchdogs". They live on the property in their RV's and all they do is take your credit card, and then reprimand you for everything. They are positioned at the front, middle, and end of the park. Reprimanded for hanging towels, reprimanded for putting trash temp outside, reprimanded for washing a golf cart, reprimanded for letting my 9 yr old son steer the golf cart, reprimanded for taking bicycle on the sidewalk to the pool. Pool closes at 8pm. I asked if it could stay open later, and the "summer help" said to me..."if we kept the pool open later, it would mean one of us would have to come down and lock it up, we like to rest too"... The pool is approx 100yds from the farthest site. That comment told me everything I needed to know. Zero customer service, and zero "family" anything. She also brought up the golf cart and my son again and kept interrupting me when I was speaking. She said..."I've told the manager about you..." The setting is nice on the river, but there is a lot of concrete and asphalt. No open fire pits either.

Do your family a favor and pass this one by. It should be called Two Rivers Landing RV Nursing Home. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The best campground we've been so far. No sand or gravel!!!! Every camper has their own space of cement pad with shade and grass . The gym is good and sufficient.

Very nice pool. The staff is really nice and very friendly.

The only thing that bothered us was that the gym and showers were closed when the office closed. We camped at Two Rivers Landing RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The campground geared to A Class mostly, there are two rows, only A Class can get the first row of River Front.

The registration office, the gym, laundry and showers are all in the same building, meaning that when the office closes these facilities are closed as well.

Tips for other Campers:

Country's largest knife store is right up the street. If you're leaving park heading back to highway, very busy main street and no traffic light. If you take road behind the Coleman Outlet you can get to a traffic light.

This is a very nice, clean, yet well designed small RV park. We only had interaction with the staff during our registration, but the lady working in the office was very nice and helpful. There is a decent size pet area at one end of the park where dog owners can take their dogs. While the park owners do a fantastic job of making this a clean park for guests, including providing a pet waste station - there is always one or two dog owners that think their dog's waste will vaporize the minute they walk away. News Flash - "It doesn't." We have only one negative comment. The picnic table at our site was in poor condition and needs replacement. This park is located on the banks of the river on the north side of Sevierville. It is very convenient to I-40. I would definitely stay here again. There are a gazillion things to do in Sevierville, and a hundred restaurants where guests can eat. Beware of all the construction and heavy traffic in the area. We have been in this area several times during the past couple of years and it isn't getting any better.
