Jul 2018 - $72.00
We spent three nights at the Manchester KOA, starting on July 4th. Very nice KOA, with excellent pool facilities and excellent maintenance. Our site was a deluxe pull though with a concrete pad and patio, with wrought iron picnic table and chairs. Sites were close together, and the park was crowded for the holiday. The concrete slab was near level, with only minimal leveling required. All utilities worked well. Trash pickup at your site by KOA staff. Good place to stay, a bit on the pricey side. - Aircats

Warning to Dog Owners or anyone concerned about their safety around dogs at this campground. I've stayed here many times. The campgrounds are relatively clean, showers are acceptable and the sites are spaced at what I would say is "average". A good overnight on your way somewhere type KOA.
What was not OK or acceptable was how they enforce their safety with regard to dogs. An unleashed Pit Bull ran from another site and started attacking my dog. Person identifying himself as the campground owner called the police and said "don't thank me, I called the police on YOU". It was because I was screaming. You see, he wasn't concerned that the Pit wasn't on a leash, or that they had no paperwork documenting vaccination, as KOA says they require. I told him the Pit wasn't leashed, and that the owner had no paperwork for vaccinations as my dog was bleeding from the attack, and asked him why I was the problem. He replied, "yeah, we require that stuff, but if she doesn't have it, what do you want me to do?" Direct Quote.
Stay here if you must, but under no circumstances should you believe your safety is any of their concern. I will not stay here again. - JoeMazz

Stayed in this KOA for 4 days in June 2018. This is very close to the interstate with easy access. The campground was nice and clean with many activities for kids and adults. Close to a lot of eating options. All hookups worked well. Water pressure was in the mid 40s. We had a deluxe site which was easy to get in and out of and the hook ups were close and maintained. Really no complaints about this campground. - Beware thyself

We were able to book a waterfront site at Cedar Point CG on Normandy Lake in TN. The site was indeed on the water with a beautiful view..the lake being only about 75 feet from the camping site. Pluses: 1. All sites we saw are gravel and pull thru of the "swing around to the right" type. 2. New electric pedestals and new looking water spigots 3. Clean & easy access dump station with a nice wash out hose at station, & the station was LOW, making dumping easy and the hose had a cut off valve, making washing up very simple. 4. A bath house was reasonably close to the sites [<100 yds] 5. Very attentive & pleasant staff 6. lots of old shade trees for most of the sites, especially along the waterfront. Minuses: 1. We found 3 fairly large piles of dog poop in our site ,near the picnic table, when we pulled in 2. The quality of the lake water was below par for what we had been led to expect... a lot of red muddy water near shore, even in the roped-off "swimming area" where we found the beach sand about 50% red mud. We elected not to go swimming, tho it was a hot day. 3. The campground bath house had only one toilet [for the mens], and a urinal. My wife said there were two toilets for the ladies. The bath house had only one shower stall for the mens and one for the ladies, which were old and in poor condition. 4. the old showers were the terrible "push button" type which only stayed on for about 30 seconds per push and there was no hot water when we went to shower around 10pm. No exhaust fans, lots of biting bugs and mud on the bathouse floors made using the bathouses a pain. 5. The cost was high..we had to pay $38 for one night..which was $10 more per night than we paid at a FL State Park, with great beaches & amenities. - Fred762
Aug 2018 - $21.00
The water hook-up was on one side of the campsite and electrical was on the opposite side but we made it work. Concrete pad but we had to add a few pads to level our RV. Showers were good. A little moldy but we had new shower curtains. Loved the trails and the history of the park. Deer wander the campgrounds. - J and C
Jul 2018 - $24.00
Very quiet and easy to get to. Roads inside a bit narrow. Very shady, in fact many sites have moss growing on pads. Pads very narrow. Lots of space between sites. Saw several deer. There is a one lane truss bridge on the way in. Our fifth wheel sits 13-5 and it fit. - Uthagan
Jul 2018 - $28.00
Campground is located in a dense forest, with narrow site pads and tight turns. Trees make it difficult to back in. The park could be better maintained. Other than visiting the Old Stone Fort, there is not much to do here. The narrow bridge was easy to navigate, even with our 102" wide RV. We wouldn't come back. - Loki
Jun 2018 - $54.00
Campsite in front of us had a truck with a flat tire and another car that looked like it had not been started in years! Other sites were run down and surrounded by dead plants. While there were a few newer campers most sites looked really "lived in." Thought it might be ok after the lady at the KOA recommended this place to me after I could not get a site there. I even talked to the manager here before I book and questioned him about some of the poor reviews. He assured me improvements had been made and those bad reviews were from people that had been asked to leave. Our site was not very level but we did finally get our RV leveled. We were able to get our slides out but unable to get our awning out due to site being so narrow. An old grill was left on our site. Should also have turned around and left when I saw the disarray of the office. It was just horrible. Thankfully only staying here one night. Will not be returning here!! Gave it 2 stars because it at least had full hookups. - Beth Cornwell
Jun 2017 - $35.00
Perfect for an overnight stay. Off the interstate under the trees, level sites. Welcome rest spot after a long day on the road. I read earlier reviews and it seems they were taken to heart. Pikes of gravel are being worked into the sites, restrooms looked recently painted. Pool was busy. They were having a family reunion and those folks seemed pleased. Sites are very long. - Champ203
Apr 2017 - $35.00
It is okay for a night, but I wouldn't want to stay for long. They were at capacity the night we stayed. The spots are VERY close together. We heard our neighbor's furnace run all night, and I am sure he could hear ours. We arrived late at night and were shown to our spot. We were given no rules or any kind of paperwork, just a receipt for what we paid. If you need a place to pull in for a night, this will do. If you are looking for spacious lots and room to roam around, drive on. - Matt_Susan63801
