We have stayed at Parkers Crossroads 5 times now, and while we don't usually re-review a campground unless there is a big change, we are making an exception because of the outstanding customer service we received on our most recent visit. The campground continues to be improved; the most recent additions are concrete landing areas and large decks for the upper pull through sites. No more pulling out the portable step for the motorhome entry door. Site escort is one of the most considerate we have encountered. Escort is at a careful speed through the campground. Utilities are pointed out and the escort stays to make sure you are comfortable with them. The view from the upper sites is very nice, lots of grass to walk the dogs, excellent power and water pressure. The campground guide has good detail on the local food and fuel options, including notes about where to find big-rig-friendly truck pumps. Now the reason for this re-review. We somehow managed to forget our water filter and adjustable water pressure regulator when we pulled out, and didn't discover they were missing until hours later. We called the campground to see if they could find the parts and ship them to us at our cost. 3 days later we had our filter and regulator, well packed and shipped with the only cost being the actual shipping charges. We offered to pay for packaging/handling as well since it was our mistake, but they politely refused to charge anything additional. It may seem like a small thing, but for us it was outstanding customer service. We will definitely stay here in the future. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This CG well serves the purpose of an overnight stopping place. It is not far off I-40, can handle big rigs, has free Wi-Fi that is fairly fast, and ample cable TV. All utilities work well. There is a small pool and a golf driving range on site. VZW 3G was strong. The campground terrain is sloped, but the gravel sites are level. There isn't much room between them, but slides and awnings can be deployed without issue. Because of the narrow interior roads and sloping terrain, it is a bit of a chore getting to a site. You are lead to it by a staff member, so it is manageable. Discounts include Good Sams and active duty military. Customer service is excellent. I have stayed her several times. The park is VERY clean. They keep improving it and now have several sites with concrete pads and decks. Lots of room to walk dogs. Nice sized pond for fishing. Great owners! I pulled in by myself one time and it was raining. It was a downpour. The owner lead me to the site and asked me if he could hook me up. I said only electric right now.

He proceeded to hook up E, S, W, and cable - checking with me to see all worked. If you travel I 40 in TN and need a place - go here! We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Good overnight park that is close to Jackson (app 25 miles). Different layout on upper level with concrete pads and full hook-ups and WiFi that is good. Great owner that took my wife and I around on golf cart to select site since our first time visit. Pool and nice lake that is catch and release are added bonus. Owner is working to improve park daily. We will return in future travels to stay. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Arrived here and met the new owners (bought it 3 years ago.) Very helpful, provided lots of info on the area, and guided us to our site which was a brand new flat concrete site. There are 7 of them on the upper level and more are being poured on the lower level. It is so obvious that they are really trying to make this a nice park. They deserve our support. Free Wi-Fi at 5.5MB download and 3.9 upload. Fabulous. Plans are underway to revamp the bathrooms, etc. Will return here as often as we travel this route. Overall Rating:

Stopped for a night on our way west. Friendliest and most helpful staff. Owners are great and really nice. Showed us places to eat, local attractions, the works, we were very impressed. Guided to site, staff helped hook up. Unusual! sites are tight and up on the hill are laid out kind of strange, staggered like a diamond. Water pressure as extremely high, I disconnected and went on pump for the night. Everything else great. Would stay here again, but water pressure is concern, I was leaking all over the place with good connections and washers. Definitely would come back just for the owners and staff and deal with the water issue. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Some gravel sites, some with (new?) level cement pads. Somewhat strange layout on cement pad sites, but works fine for one night. Very friendly owner. Dog was able to swim in the pond. Bathrooms and laundry are old, but were clean. Far enough from interstate that there is no road noise. It appears this is a new owner, and they are making improvements. Very convenient to interstate and the best Wi-Fi we have experienced anywhere. Staff is very friendly and they provide you with a nice packet of information on the campground and the surrounding area (places to eat, get gas, Walmart). Lots of grassy and wooded common areas with gazebos, a large fishing lake, and level spots. The pool is very small, but well maintained and the office has long hours with a nice little store inside. Now for the not-good: Spots are narrow with little grass, roads need re-graveled, playground equipment is marginal, and the bath house is long overdue for a remodel (not dirty, but well worn and a long hike if you are in the upper spots). With a few more upgrades, it could easily work it's way up to a 10 in our book. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park for an overnight stop. Everything worked and the site was clean and large. The restrooms were in need of attention but functional. We would stay here again if passing thruough. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Would return if in area again.Easy off & on I-40. Park is a work in progress.Pretty wooded surroundings.Internal updates like concrete pads, are ongoing.A few "rough" old RV's are present and one had a barking dog tied outside.Surprised management allows that.Owners/staff very nice and accommodating. It had been many years since we last stayed at Parkers Crossroads and our last experience was creepy. After a friend had stayed here recently, we decided to try it again and were very glad we did! The concrete pads are very level, good power, nice grass to walk the dogs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The upper sites could use a little more landscaping but they're new so as time goes on it will likely grow in. Note that our GPS thought the location was about 1/2 mile further north on 22, so watch carefully for the campground signs. We would stay here again when needing a campground between Memphis and Nashville. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this park because it is close to my childhood home and it allowed me to have easy access to family. We had to travel at the last minute and were able to follow the clear instructions to hook up at 1am. The biggest down side here, is that I think that they like to let the locals use the pool. So it is packed, especially on weekends and holidays. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

This was overnight stop on the way to North Carolina. The camp hosts were so nice, gave us a great welcome and provided an escort to the site which was more than big enough for our 55+ foot rig. Great when you do not want to unhook out TOAD. More improvements each year. Some sites will have wooden decks. The park has a pool, a free fishing pond and a driving range. Very fast free Wi-Fi. Access from the interstate was easy but far enough away that you have no road noise. A $14.95 rate is available for a 1 night stay, 30 amp electric, no water or sewer. They say this is for the frugal that might stay a Walmart. History buffs can enjoy the Parkers Crossroads Battlefield and it's self-guided tour or visit the Shiloh Battlefield. This park is about 14 miles north of Lexington, TN. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Stayed here in a 22 footer in a pull through spot. I have stayed here several times over the past couple of years and the park keeps getting better and better as they update and expand. Easy access off the interstate. Park is gravel and I stayed in a gravel spot. Staff member said they did have some concrete pads they just put in on the hill. Connections were new. Cable TV and Wi-Fi where excellent with cable having 60 plus channels. Staff was great! We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.
