Overall Rating:

The campgrounds personnel were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We were greeted warmly, check-in was fast and efficient and we were led to our site by a team member with a golf cart. The site (#34) was a level concrete pad pull-through and an adjoining wooden deck with picnic table in excellent shape. The site contained full hook-up accommodations with the services located in convenient placement. The site length was sufficiently long and level that we did not even have to disconnect from the fifth wheel for our single night stay. There is a small lake with the pier that would be nice to enjoy on a longer stay. The campground sits atop a hill just off a major highway with full services close by. The site water pressure was 85 psi which I regulated to 60 psi. Because of its placement, the substantial rainstorm we had during the night we stayed left no pooling of substantial puddling anywhere on the site we occupied. We will use this location again if passing through in the future. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Was awesome stay. This is one of the best parks we have stayed in. Felt at peace here. Clean, quiet and beautiful, and offered everything we needed. Loved the deck with table and chairs at our site, as well as several swings around the pond area to enjoy the sunset. We will be back hopefully for longer than 2 days. The staff is excellent, very helpful. I will recommend this RV camp. The sites are concrete pads you don't have to level your RV, the sites are staggered so you have some privacy. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Level concrete pads, very clean, beautiful pond, plenty of area to walk the dogs. These people are the nicest and most accommodating. I can't speak highly enough about the staff. Just wonderful people. They are getting a new wifi system, it will be great. They fill up on the pull throughs fast, so make your reservations ahead of time. The next morning one of the staff greeted us with a bag of garden fresh tomatoes and peppers. We will stay here again. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Husband was on the road pulling our 5th wheel home and had a blow-out late in the evening in Nashville but wanted to push on towards home. I called Parkers and told them the situation. They had an opening and made sure to stay around for him when he pulled in. Couldn't ask for better folks to help us out. Great campground. Easy access - pull through spot. Would like to make it back out there for a family trip! We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Although rates were a little high, I counted the value as excellent because the park is so nice and located near some really good history. PLUS the staff was super nice and helpful; escorted to our site, questions answered and help offered. Had a hot water heater go out, and staff gave me guidance. They repair and wash RVs here too. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Our site was excellent, great view of pond and grassy field. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Shiloh National Park about 30-40 minutes south; historic area. I want to return here as we travel out again in fall as a stop on our way to VA, and take a few days to explore the area and soak in some history. Had ancestors who fought at Shiloh in Civil War.

Good Fortune or Serendipity? When we pulled into Parkers Crossroads RV Park (PCRV) in Yuma, Tennessee we had just finished three weeks on the road withmost campgrounds posting average ratings at best. That changed upon our arrival at PCRV. Located just off of Interstate 40 about 25 miles East of Jackson, TN, the park has easy ingress and egress to the park as well as to the campsites. The sites were concrete pads, long, level and staggered so you weren't looking directly at your neighbor. The view out our dining window was of a small field with pine trees and a lake. Full hookups included cable tv and the hosts provide a variety of services from cleaning and washing your rig, to fixing what ails it. The fixing part played a key in our stay. Our kitchen slide was broken with the back of it sticking out as we went down the highway. The rear pinion gear had sheared a tooth making it impossible to deploy the slide. One of the owners, said they could fix it. So while we went to visit Shiloh National Park, the owners replaced the gear and noticed the assembly had other issues which required muscle and an ingenious solutionto fix a bent bracket by installing a custom part made by them which will prevent this from happening again. I should mention they did the work on Saturday and Sunday and were glad to do it. Now for the good part. The staff were by far the best I have ever dealt with. We have all had our experiences with park staff where demeanors run from OK to Aloof and sometimes downright cold. Most of us can tell by now the level of sincerity a park staff member has and for the most part we accept is as "the guy is just doing his job". Not at PCRV. It is quite evident the staff enjoy their work. From the time we checked in until the time we left staff members were friendly and helped us at every request. So to the owners and the staff at PCRV, I would like to extend my thanks for their help and comaraderie. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Great over night park, service and staff were great. We enjoyed the break so much we stayed another night so my wife could get her shopping fix in Jackson. They have some great long pull throughs with concreate pad. WiFi is good, Verizon worked well. No issues with big rigs, they also have RV repair and do hand wash jobs on rigs. Would stop again for sure. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed three nights. Mostly here just to rest a couple of days on our trip from Northeast Canada back to Texas. Beautiful park with a nice little lake. Since it is November, the pool is closed for the season.

Hosts/owners are great folks. There is RV repair service center here where minor 'fixes' can be obtained.

Would love to stay here again. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We were here for 4 nights and it served our purpose very well. Site was gravel and pull-through and pretty level. Water pressure and voltage was good. They have everything including onsite RV techs and RV washing. Nice pool although we didn't use it. Gas stations and eating places within 2 miles. Plenty of places to walk pets but no fenced pet area. Lots of Civil War history in the area which we saved for another time. We would definitely stay here again if in the area or going through. This is a good overnight stopping point located just 2 miles off the interstate. We were lucky enough to get a site up on top. These sites were staggered are so we weren't looking at the neighbors sewer. Site was a concrete slab and level enough to we didn't unhook for the night. Other sites were down the hill with gravel but seemed level and were side to side. Park was quiet and managers were friendly. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff friendly. Our site was more than long enough for our fifth wheel and we were able to remain hooked up to the tow vehicle. A staff member recommended a local restaurant that had a great country-style buffet. The grounds were clean and neat. The bathrooms, however, were less than desirable. There were spider webs (with resident spiders) in the bathroom stalls, and the shower stalls/floors were dirty. We arrived late afternoon, so it may have just been a bad day. If we were self-contained and could have used our own bathroom, then we would have rated this pace much higher. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We love "RV Park Reviews"! Could not find any acceptable campgrounds near Jackson, TN so we choose Parkers Crossroads, which turned out to have an interesting Civil War Battlefield. We did our morning walk around the battlefield, which was great. The home of Casey Jones, which we visited, is about 30 minutes away and I highly recommend the Buffett at the village - real fresh vegatables.

The campground is somewhat older and divided into two sections, one of which are long time residents and the other an area of pull-through sites for travelers. It is basic but acceptable and the local guy helped us get parked and situated. The road in is gravel, but the site is concrete in good condition. Water pressure is high, so be sure to have your regulator. WiFi is not consistent. No trees or picnic table.

This was an easy in and out campground and I think as good as you will get for the area and we would stay here again. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
