Horrible. This place has apparently gone downhill in the last few years. Right next to a noisy highway. Upkeep was okay, but not very good. They say they have Internet, but it's not usable or reliable. And the owners don't really care. My suggestion: find someplace better. We camped at Meadowlark RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

As other reviewers have stated this is a nice older park with wide sites. Owners are nice and friendly. Sites are level concrete with paved roads. Our site had a broken outbuilding and some debris from previous campers, but overall it was a nice place to stay. We would stay again. We camped at Meadowlark RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice older park with plenty of room between the sites. Really meant for long term as most of the ones are used as such. Nothing really wrong with the park unless you are looking for frills. There are no restrooms, showers, laundromat or pool. That is OK with us as we have all the facilities we need in our trailer. It is very quiet there and served our purpose very well. We camped at Meadowlark RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A nice small quiet campground a couple of miles off of Hwy. 35 in Alvin. Very good Wi-Fi signal and good cable, friendly owners, no bathrooms, showers or laundry. If we're around Alvin again, we'll stay there again. We camped at Meadowlark RV Park in a Motorhome.
