We were in kind of an odd spot but the park has a wide assortment of spots - some are very nice. It was a good value for the money and VERY close to everything. A suburban neighborhood complete with shopping is within minutes of the RV park. The pool was not open and we did not use the restrooms. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Just a 7 for this park, mainly because of the sites. It's wonderfully located off I-20. Close to everything in Arlington. Tight to get into and out of. Lots of trees, but they're messy. Gravel pads, it was unloved. Trees hindered you being able to get out your awning. Plan on cleaning your truck and rig after you leave if you're there for a week. Four 8.5" x 11" pages of rules, along with two half pages that are ones that somehow got missed. I-20 to S. Cooper Road. Left on Arbrook, right on Melear. Enter the park and do a loop around the sites on your right. Park and go register. Not well marked and your tendency will be to turn left towards the office. Guess I expected a little more and was disappointed, especially with the clean up. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Not too many good choices in this area, strangely enough but this park is very nice. Located in an urban area it still maintains a park like atmosphere, lots of trees and grass. Interior roads are somewhat tight but manageable. Lots of full time working folks but that's to be expected almost everywhere you go these days. Most RV's were newer and in good shape. We were in site # 119 which was very nice, premium pull through, patio table and chairs with propane grill. 50 amp was good, water pressure was good. Site is by itself with tons of room from other sites. Internet was so so, we used out verizon hot spot which worked well. Check in was quick and easy although the entrance to the park and directions to the office were a little confusing its no big deal. Office folks were very nice so were park workers we talked to. Pool area is nice. Lots of room to walk dogs plus a fenced dog park. Close to the big mall, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, not too far from ATT stadium, Rangers Ball Park and Six Flags. Nice place to stay, we will be back. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Gorgeous sites with lots of trees/shade. Only spent one night so thought it was pricey but rates may be lower for longer stays. Lots of residents (would be a great place to stay during winter months for the snowbirds). Finding office was confusing. Site was relatively level, full hookup & cable. Pull through not straight: you pull through one spot then curve left (or right) into your spot. Plenty of parking for additional vehicles. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Escorted to site designated by staff, assisted in assurance positioning of MH proper to reach full hookups, friendly and very helpful check-in desk staff. Sites vary greatly from totally acceptable manicured sites to simple pull-in and hookup, nothing fancy sites. Ours was gravel, non-descript and certainly inadequate for 'resort' classification, regretfully, as nearby landscaped empty sites also available/empty of use. Due to proximity to popular area attractions, great central location close to shopping, restaurants, Interstate. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a'50s era park that hasn't really been updated. To call it a 'Resort' is ludicrous. I was assigned a very odd space and very off-level. Had it not been for the help given by the park assistant on duty, would never had been able to get in. As it was, my right wheels were about 4" off the ground when level. I prefer to use a park restroom and leave my bathroom to my wife--I don't believe the restroom at the front end of the park was cleaned for the week I was there unless sweeping counts. However, it is really the only game in Arlington and is centrally-located for Cowboys/Rangers/6 Flags, etc. Cost reflects a week rate. There is a better laid-out section on the south side possibly newer than the north side. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

If you want to check out any tourist/entertainment venue in the DFW area, this is very central to all of that. About 3 blocks off I-20 with easy access. Super choices in shopping nearby.

Very nice park. Nice sites, many seem to be longer term clients. Clean and neat sites, great location. WIFI was acceptable, all other services were great. Service was excellent. Only disappointment was the main laundry room door function. Needed assistance each time we used it as it was not easily opened due to lack of maintenance. Glad we used it when people were present. Pretty place, nice landscaping, friendly staff. Staff seems to always be fixing or cleaning somewhere. Great interaction with guests. Only minor complaint is that since the roads curve in many directions and number is on both sides, the numbering is confusing. My SIL and Grubhub driver had a hard time finding us. Lots are on the small side, but we had a grassy area for our puppy. But we've stayed here prior and will happily stay again! We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This was a beautiful park - lots of full time residents, but they were all very friendly and seemed like a very happy community. Very shady and quiet. Dog area was too small for our active ball dog, but it's nice that they have a spot. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 33 ft 5th wheel on our way back home from visiting family in St Louis. Largish park (161 spaces) but narrow streets. Also narrow and very oddly shaped pads. Some spots will be a problem for rigs bigger than ours! Our spot was near the propane area which made me kind of nervous (but at least we weren't in one of the sites near the dump site or the dumpster). And our spot was on kind of a slope which made leveling tricky on a gravel site. Lots of good places to eat nearby though. Adequate Wifi for minimal surfing/texting/emailing. NOT good enough to stream movies! Very shady and quiet which was nice. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We love this campground for the location, atmosphere, cleanliness, pool, quietness, just about everything. At the time we were there there was no cable TV due to the park changing suppliers but that was a minor issue for us. Spent an afternoon at the pool and we were the only guests there. It was like the pool was our own and it had a great shaded area with tables and chairs. Internet service was great, never had any problems connecting with quick response time. Tips for other Campers:

There's a large shopping mall just off Cooper and I-20. There are plenty of diesel gas stations in the area, we liked 2 over on Bowen just north of I-20. There are plenty of restaurants in the area along with all kinds of shopping. A new IKEA store will be opening soon not far from the campground.

Had an event in Arlington, so we stayed here for 4 nights. Made reservations over the phone, told them we needed the biggest site in the place, we are 67 feet long, person on phone said no problem, will put you in site 160. When we pulled in to check in the attendant said wow, y'all are big, asked our name, soon as we told him he said yea, you wont fit in the site we have for you. Took an hour of shuffling for the front desk person to find us a site we could fit into, of course the park was sold out. When asked why they gave away our site we originally booked, was told they person who booked us did not put notes in the computer, so they gave our big site to someone else. Makes you wonder why they bother to assign a site number to you when you make your reservations if they are just going to give your site away anyhow. Outside of the front desk/reservation staff being worthless, the park is fine, clean, and well maintained. The guy who takes you to your site was super nice, helped us get into site, and checked back later to make sure everything was good. Would we stay here again, probably as options are limited in this area, but would make sure to lock down in blood our site before we got here. The place is overpriced for what you get, this should be a max $40/night deal. They also kind of stick it to you if you are passport america, they will only let you get 2 nights with the PPA rate which is $26, and only Sunday-Thurs. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Clean, nice campground in the heart of urban Arlington, TX. Seemed to be mostly permanent residents, but the campground was quiet and the staff was efficient and friendly. Site was a level, gravel site, not terribly large, but plenty for my small rig, and all hook-ups were located correctly and worked well. Pool looked nice, though I did not use it, and show house was dated but clean. We camped at Treetops RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
