6 Parks near Beaumont, Texas
Jan 2014 - $30.00
Better than we expected for how cheap it was! Big open space with lots of shady spots. Clean and well kept. AAA is close to town and centrally located. Great experience at a great price. - RVFanTX
Jul 2015 - $27.00
Good for an overnight or a few days in the Beaumont area if you will be touring the area. Mostly filled with long term residents but there is a FHU (30 or 50 amp) pull through section with roomy sites in the back of the park for short term RVers. Sites were level and plenty wide and long for our 36 foot toy hauler so I would say the visitor section is big rig friendly. We had the best site with not only a picnic table but also a deck. Most had only a picnic table. Cable TV, WiFi (although it didn't work well in the back of the park where we were) clean bathhouse, laundry ($1 wash. 25 min; $1 dry 40 min...I was really happy to see this info listed, because many parks do not give price or times for their machines), shade in some of the sites, dog walking designated area, small clubhouse, no pool or activities that I noted. The park brochure provided good info about stores, churches, and attractions that were nearby and the friendly host told us how to get to the state inspection station we needed. Offers discounts for TACO, Good Sam, and AAA. We would go back if we wanted to tour the Beaumont area in the future for a few days. - TX Camper
Mar 2013 - $25.00
Somewhat level site (made it work). 50 amps didn't work - management replaced the breaker, and thereafter it was OK. Good as an overnight. - MaryAnnFrederick

I would love to see this park in the Spring. Pleasant one night stop over. Free candy in the office was a pleasant surprise. Wish we could stay longer. - Jim M.
Feb 2016 - $16.00
We have been coming here for over 4 years and the park keeps getting worse every year. The cable and Internet don't work. When you tell management about it the response you get is "we are working on it" Nothing is getting fixed and probably never will. They say they have an exercise room. Really nothing works! They are going up on rent. Not worth it for what you get. The management is lazy. This year they have a bunch of workers in the park. The park looks dirty compared to last year. No place to park due to so many vehicles per spot. The workers park their vehicles in the road so makes it very difficult to get your rig in without pulling on grass. Way too many ruts in the grass. Not to mention employees not filling those ruts in. Really not pleased and probably will not return unless something gets done. - Mike & Marcia
Feb 2016 - $24.00
This park is no longer affiliated with Passport America. The sites are all narrow concrete pads with a concrete patio and very long. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cable was not working at our site and there were deep holes next to the pad where a motorhome missed the pad. It made for a touchy walking situation and should be fixed. We reported both to the office. The campground has very easy access off and on I-10 and is satellite friendly. They also have a free breakfast every morning; not to write home about, but still filling. The campground has many permanent residents, with a few sites for travelers. We would stay here again if in the area. - Mike1987
Feb 2016 - $40.00
The park is okay. The sites are kind of tight. Very little room between sites other than the patios. It has a playground near the office and the pool and exercise room are there as well. A free breakfast is offered which is a nice touch. The WiFi is adequate but the cable was the worst we have seen. Every channel was snowy and there was only 14 channels. The over the air stations were crystal clear and almost as many but not the same ones. There wasn't much help from the office to fix the problem either.
We probably wouldn't stay again. - John Borajkiewicz
Mar 2016 - $38.00
Nice park. Concrete pad, very level. Plenty of room for my travel trailer to stay hooked up to my truck, and park my other car behind. Check in was quick and efficient...very friendly personnel.
Roads are sufficiently wide enough for one rig to pass.
Close enough to I-10, but far enough away so that you don't hear the noise.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.
One thing to remember. When pulling in from the roadway and making your left turn to park in front of office for checkin, be mindful of the white post on your left and make sure you swing wide enough to miss it. I barely did. - Traveling Man 49
Mar 2016 - $20.00
Easy access from I-10, but far enough off to avoid much of the associated noise. Clean laundry room with quick dryers. Nice folks running the place. Paved streets with level, gravel sites. A mix of pull through and back in sites. We'd stay here again. - CharlieB
Mar 2016 - $20.00
This was a pleasant surprise. Called ahead because the weather had really made a turn for the worst. Host was very welcoming and helpful. We were given a pull-thru because we only wanted to stay one night. Good size sites, easy access, but sites are a bit close together. Showers were one of the cleanest we've seen. Nicely set up. Passport America made this very good stay, but when we asked to stay a second night due to a continued deluge, we were told that it was management's rule that PA could not be used for more than one day. We were allowed to use Good Sam Discount for the second day. Nice coffee and snack bar available in office starting at 9 am. Proximity to town also made this appealing, but the noise from nearby railroad tracks may bother some. All in all, a very nice place to stay, we would stay here again. - Deb - Jay
Mar 2013 - $20.00
Very friendly owners...gravel interior roads and sites are partial grass and rock...scenic its not, but functional yes...E/W/S are clustered around utility poles so rigs are backed in toward poles and spacing is tight and different than the typical site. - Bob Woodall
Dec 2010 - $20.00
Access is good, sites are reasonably level concrete with adequate size, on-site "roads" are very bumpy, management friendly and operates a Mediterranean food deli just off-site (yum, yum!), a railroad across the street was silent except for one train in daytime, laundromat looked clean and very usable, but this is anything but gracious suburban living. We'd use it again. - DelK
Mar 2013 - $20.00
Very friendly owners. Gravel interior roads and sites are partial grass and rock. E/W/S are clustered around utility poles and rigs are backed in toward poles and spacing is somewhat tight and different than the typical site with only 3 concrete pads for motorhomes. - Bob Woodall
Jun 2011 - $20.00
The owners of this campground are very friendly. We were late arriving and they were most accommodating. They have a super nice clubhouse with movie night and other events. We only planned on staying one night, but ended up staying 2 just enjoying the peacefulness of the campground and the friendly owners. This campground is in the process of adding more accommodations everyday. We truly enjoyed our stay there for a great price! - Jerry & Jill Pera
