Very nice park just off I-10. Nice pull through sites, nice store, office, community room, playground, pool, exercise room, dog walking areas, dog run, restrooms and showers. Free ample breakfast with waffles, cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, delicious biscuits and gravy. Very hard working and conscientious woman in the office plus she did the work for the breakfasts. Would highly recommend. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

All pull through sites. Very muddy, but little can be done about excessive rain. Concrete pads, hookups, internet, antenna tv was good and we are about to receive a free complimentary breakfast! No real complaints. Easy in and easy out! Pet friendly with a chained in dog run. Great for my furbabies! We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I was surprised to find the rate was $45 since reviews indicated $23 as recently as last month. I had tried double-checking the park's website but couldn't access anything on the page because of a weatherreports.com pop-up that made it impossible to look at the site's pages. I also tried calling several times but only got a recording.

It's a fine place to park for the night, right off the freeway, but it's definitely not worth $45 and I wish I'd stayed somewhere else. The concrete pads were nice and level. The wifi worked but was slow. My T-Mobile service got 2-3 bars, not enough to use my hotspot.

I wouldn't stay here again for this price. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A very well maintained PA park. The best one yet in fact. Front office people very nice and friendly. Sites are all cement pads easy to get in and out but kind of close together. Picnic tables with each site. Will stay again. It had been raining for days so there was quite a bit of water in hook up area, but the morning we left there was some one going around adding dirt in the low spots. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park, One of our favorite. Great complimentary breakfast. We stop there everytime we come through. Note I 10 going through Beaumont is really bad including Louisiana and also San Antonio. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Our third stay at this park, with rain again in the local area as found the two times previous. Luck I guess. Front desk was great as always, friendly, accommodating, taking our reservation and leaving the space details on the door for after hours check in. No issues with power, water or issues with connections at our spot. Make sure to check for your name on the after hours check in brochures left by the office. Others may take your spot by mistake if they are not paying attention. If so, take one left that does not have a name. Rain does make parking/connecting an issue, as the place gets rather muddy as a result. The park is convenient to the highway exit and does not have security after dark (but is well lit within). No trash or trashy units notable and so far has been a good experience. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The parking spots at the front of the park are wider/longer for overnight guests. Keep this in mind when pulling through the others in the park and be mindful of the connection box location for your own convenience.

We stayed here for just one night to break up a long trip. The park is moderate in size, with great roads and large pull-through cement sites. The sites are close together, I wouldn't want to stay here for a long time, but it suited our needs. They offer a free breakfast which is a nice touch. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Easy on and off the interstate. Some road noise, but not noticeable at night. Long, level, concrete pull thru sites. Great for big rigs. Pool, wifi, free breakfast, and a rec room. No trees, but that's great for TV reception. Good Verizon signal. A great place! We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a wonderful park with easy access off of I-10. They have paved roads with long concrete level pads and a picnic table at each site. The time I was there, they did not have cable, but with no trees in the way I was able to easily get my satellite tv. The laundry was small but nice and only $1.00 per machine. There are individual and clean bathrooms. There is a nice small store and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I also used the exchange library which had a nice assortment of books. As an added bonus and a pleasant surprise they offer a free breakfast that was pretty good. They had a cute waffle maker in the shape of the state of Texas. Over all...very nice park and I would go back. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for just an overnight. What a pleasant surprise. The park is very well maintained with lots of room to pull through spaces. On the way to Gulf Coast RV, we became a bit worried looking at the various mobile home parks that were a very worn. Then we made the turn onto Brooks and over the RR tracks - even more worried - and bingo bango bongo - Gulf Coast RV Resort. VERY NICE surprise.

The park has a pool, a breakfast buffet and small store. Again very nice. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Our rate was a weekly rate. It was very rainy the whole time we were here so thank goodness they had concrete pads, paved roads, and grass. The shower/restrooms are individual bathrooms which we loved. My wife used the laundry which because there are quite a few long term residents were very busy. The price to wash and dry was very reasonable. We didn't use the pool or the exercise room but we did eat their continental breakfast a couple of mornings. Employees were very nice and helpful. It was difficult to use the dog park because of all of the water. They don't have a problem walking the dogs in the outer grassy areas so it wasn't a problem. Our cable TV connection wasn't working very well I am sure because of the water. We didn't use the Wifi so not sure how it is. We will stay again I am positive. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Definitely a winner being a PA RV park. All pull thru sites that are long and paved. The showers were all separate bathroom facilities. Everything was very clean and landscaping was well manicured. If there was some shade trees the park would have received a 10. Definitely would say here again. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is exactly what we are looking/hoping to find. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being a Passport America park, the price was great. The pool was an added bonus since we have our grandson with us. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
