We found this park to be exactly what we needed. We are towing a Jeep behind our motor home, and the long pull through concrete sites let us leave it hooked up for our stay. The bathrooms are immaculate! And the same goes for the laundry room, complete with an iron and ironing board, which I was looking for in our last "resort" park in New Orleans! The prices for laundry are very fair, too, only $1 to wash or dry. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, and they offer a free breakfast every morning. We would not pick this park for long term, but for a quick stop just off I-10 it is perfect. We will return. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The rate is based on Passport America. The park is large, spacious and clean. It has a high percentage of transient workers living there which is OK. Our rating is based on an incident where a neighbors boxer/pitbull mix got loose and attacked our 50 lb plus dog, breaking skin and drawing blood on her nose. The management's attitude towards this was lax. The lady I reported it to said she would "call" the owner at that site. Why wouldn't they go in person? The next day I checked about it, they had called 4 times! Really. Another lady in the office said why didn't we call the police? It's a private park - where is your mgmt. responsibility. If our dog had been a small one, it would have been dead. Maybe next this dog will attack a small child? Never again. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Quick on and off I-10. Great overnight. Free continental breakfast. Spotless. No trees, new looking, pull through. Rained the day before and grass was soaked. Place was spotless. Close to interstate, did not bother us. Very few spots open. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed one night at this RV Park while traveling west. We called ahead and made our reservation. When we arrived, we found a very well kept park, concrete roads and all concrete pads. The spacing between the RV's was adequate and you were not packed in like sardines. Very nice office and store area, clean rest rooms and showers, clean laundry facilities. This park also offers a free continental breakfast. I just grabbed a cup of coffee before we left, however, there was orange and apple juice, cold cereals, a make your own waffle machine and biscuits & gravy. Sure looked good to me! Very, very nice RV park! We would recommend this RV park if you're ever in the area! We would stay here again! We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a fabulous campground! With Passport Am. price was only $20. Very friendly staff. Concrete pads, picnic table, free (nice) breakfast, wifi, nice pool. Didn't use restrooms, but I'm guessing they were nice, based on other facilities. Near I-10 but noise was little. Sounded more like wind. I would absolutely stay here again! Great value! We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 5 nights while traveling through.

The park is easy to get to & from I-10. But the road between the Interstate and Barn Rd is very rough. And some of the bridge transitions on the Interstate near the exit are not smooth.

All of the interior roads and site parking pads are concrete. The roads are sufficiently wide enough and turn radii were manageable for longer motor homes with toads attached.

The sites are all pull throughs. They are better suited for towables as the utility connections were generally located towards the rear of the sites. The sites were long enough for our 40' MH with the toad attached but connecting to the utilities required a long reach if you don't disconnect. The concrete pads were generally level. The sites were large enough to establish some privacy between the sites but some folks spread out in the adjacent site's grassy area. They have full hook ups - water, electricity (20/30/50 AMP), & a sewer connection.

There seemed to be a lot of long term residents.

Being the off season, the pool was still open but the temperature didn't allow for its use.

There were only a few trees scattered around the park so they didn't create much of a problem. Nothing really to interfere with satellite reception.

Park's WiFi was adequate. Our Verizon hotspot worked well.

There was a fenced pet area off in a corner of the park. It was adequate for our small dog. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads.

Dumpsters were available for garbage.

Would stay here again if the need arose. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The "Free" breakfast was a continental breakfast with cold cereals, oatmeal, waffles, biscuits & gravy, toast/bagels, and juice/coffee. Didn't appeal to us as it wasn't very satisfying.

For being in a hazardous/severe weather area, there was no underground storm shelter and none of the buildings were designated as shelters.

Park is on the west side of Beaumont and has easy access to I-10. Entry to the park is wide with pull through spots found near the entry. Great water and power with cable TV and wifi also present with no problems encountered. Connections are a little far back on the pull through locations, so don't pull too deep into the spots unless you want to use long connections. Concrete pads and grass separating the spots. Office staff is great with no problems encountered with anyone in the park. Noise is non existent. I would return without question. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Breakfast is also provided free every morning.

They had a 3 for 2 deal so the avg. rate is about 26. Very nice campground with clean facilities. We needed to do some laundry and the prices were very cheap vs. others along our trip. We played golf nearby but didn't really visit any of the town. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Immaculate park with long, flat, concrete pads. Public areas are clean. A continental breakfast is included. There is a small enclosed dog park and a large grassy area for dog walking. The cable channels are limited and road/railroad noise is evident, complete with railroad whistles at night. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I hesitated to give this a 10 only because there's absolutely no shade, but for the price (PA), you can't go wrong. Easy, friendly check in. Very well kept and clean park with long, level, concrete pull-thru site. We needed a 1 night off I-10, and this fit the bill, but it appeared like a nice place to stay if you're visiting the Beaumont area. It's very easy on/off the interstate and didn't notice any noise. There's a complimentary continental breakfast. WiFi worked well, and there's cable TV with limited channels. We would stay here again. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Right off the I-10 at Ext 847. Entrance and interior roads all paved. Sites are somewhat narrow, but long and paved. Utilities are good. Front office staff friendly and helpful. This is adjacent to the Ford Arena (in fact there is a gate in the fence). Near highway and ball park, but it was remarkably quiet. The park was full, but it was quiet. Very clean. All the grass is neatly cut. Wi-Fi was actually pretty good (but we were near the office). Places to walk the dog, but the off leash area was the same size you find at a KOA (ittsy bittsy for tiny dogs). They have the land, but the size of the off leash area is very small. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort in a Motorhome.
