1 Park near Bullard, Texas
Jul 2015 - $27.00
This park is off the beaten path and has narrow pads. It has many full time residence. Dogs were left tied up outside various sites and left unattended in the dog park all day in near 100 degree temps. One dog was an office workers dog. This is against park policy. Office workers were not friendly. After returning home I received a solicitation from a realty company. The only way they could have gotten my address was through park workers. The park is very well maintained and the maintenance man was hard working, friendly, and helpful. - LucyToo

We had a very nice three day stay here. The site was fairly level, just took a little lift on the front. Very long pull throughs and lots of grass. A handful of permanents and everyone was friendly. We liked the access to a 12 mile loop on small county roads for our daily cycling. It was also very nice to have the pavement. The wind was howling all three days and no dust. Nice.
We will be back. - Jake21

This was our second visit to this park in 2 years. Bushman's is still a great short-term stay park. Hookups were well placed and worked fine. You're 10 miles from Tyler but there is a Brookshire grocery about 2 miles away. There's a fishing pond, volleyball, and dog park on the property. Most of the sites look level and those that weren't would still be close enough with a board or two. Spacing between sites is adequate and site length is good for even the longest rigs. Young trees provide very little shade but that's good for satellite. No individual fire pits but they provide two community fire pits. Free park wifi worked well and both ATT & Verizon had strong signals. Road noise from nearby highway settles down at night. Friendly staff. Very nice individual restroom/shower combo in main building. We'll stay here when in the area. - Danno
