1 Park near Carrollton, Texas
Feb 2016 - $30.00
We stayed at this park for two weeks. First off, park has long term residents, who have trash and personal items all over and under their travel trailers. Sites are way too close together and navigating the roads and backing in is impossible. Sites are very unleveled and the sewer hookups are far away from where you park. Out of necessity we were going to make reservation there again due to another park being closed when we said we had two adults and a puppy 8wks old, they asked what breed, we replied chow shepard mix, the told us we could no longer stay there due to our dog being a aggressive breed. 8wk old puppy! Dog friendly?? I think not. - Gypsymama22

The major benefit to this park is its location - convenient to get to Dallas and the northern suburbs. The sites are very close together. On this stay, we were near the front of the park (site 107), and found it to be much preferable to sites further back - primarily because the roads in the back half of the RV park have quite a lot of slope to them. The roads near the front are not so sloping and there isn't a large slope to the sites. - pattic777

We arrived after dark, the office was closed, we called the number on the front door and a man came and led us to our spot.
I was shocked with how tight this property is. We had to ask the camper next to us to please retract their awning while I tried to get into this site. I have a 44 foot motorhome and these sites are not suitable to anything as large as our unit.
I've paid less for a lot more and we will remove this site from our list of camp grounds.
We find that this park is really a campground for the construction workers in the Dallas area. - Victor Mayeron
