Jan 2013 - $15.00
Very nice RV park in town near all shopping and restaurants. Gated park with paved roads and very level RV sites with grass surrounding sites. Each site has concrete patio with picnic table and charcoal grill. RV park is in residential area rather than commercial/industrial area of Pleasanton, so very little noise from truck traffic and equipment. Very clean, private restrooms. Large, clean laundry with new washers/dryers that operates on the honor system at $1.00 per load to wash or dry. RV sites are spacious with large parking area for 2 to 3 vehicles. Rate shown is monthly. - mickd

Even though these folks normally charged more than the $22 that we paid, they honored the price that a previous RVer said they paid. This park is "gated". We were told that it is normally a snowbird park during the winter, but now it has been converted to an oil workers camp. The whole park that we could see was long term/permanent. We were the only transient RVer for that evening. The owners are very courteous and friendly. They literally kept our site open for a week, even though we did not make it when we originally planned, but arrived a week later. Watch out for the ant hills, as they are everywhere. - Roobugg

Very friendly office personnel. Sites are close, but not overly crowded. Lots of fulltime residents here with some outside clutter. The lanes in the park are wide but also have electric poles/transformer in the middle of the lane. They do have a leash rule, and breed restrictions but they don't appear to be enforced as there were a lot of loose dogs in the park. Lots of sand spurs in the grass, so avoid the grass. Would stay here again if in this area, for a overnight. - C and T
Nov 2016 - $22.00
Nice park with level gravel sites. Probably 1/3-1/2 full timers, but nice units - well maintained. Grounds were nice. We would definitely stay again. Only negative was road noise from Hwy 281. - DYK 640
Mar 2018 - $45.00
This seemed like the best choice in Pleasanton, but I'll look elsewhere next time. This is clearly a park built for oilfield workers, and most of the tenants are long-term with rough looking trailers and junky sites. The site we were rented had over 100 beer bottle caps on the ground, some of which were quite old. Gives a pretty good idea of site cleanliness. The rate of $45 seemed extremely high for a dusty gravel site with no amenities. - Mark & Teri

Mar 2017 - $35.00
The manager onsite was very friendly and helpful and the park was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the fact that the RV park was located right off the highway and we didn't have to search through the town or backroads to get to it. Very easy access, and yet private outside of town. It was also close to restaurants and gas stations so that was great. - Daphne B
