1 Park near Comstock, Texas
Feb 2016 - $20.00
We loved our stay here. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have a sewer hook-up so we could stay longer. We stayed in a very spacious W/E site on the ridge with expansive views in every direction. Our site was across from the bath house, making it very convenient to use the shower facilities. The three-star for cleanliness is for the bath house. Can't speak to the toilets, but the showers at a minimum looked dingy ... perhaps because of the dim lighting. They were decent enough to use. The shower area, with two stalls would benefit from the addition of two curtains to give the occupants more privacy in the changing area ... very odd set up. We would definitely stay here again. Wi-fi available near the bath house and at the Visitor Center. - 22Trvl

Nice park. The sites are close together, but not overly crowded. We stayed here on our way to Big Bend. Excellent stopping point. We stayed an extra night to go on the canyon tour, which was great. The time we were there was VERY windy, which made it feel a lot colder than the temperature actually was. - User3720
