Easy to get into with our big 5th wheel, sites long and wide, and thankfully level. Has big BBQ pit, picnic table, daily trash pick up at site. All RV sites very shaded with pecan trees, which is wonderful except the trees sap all over everything making it sticky, especially overnight. It's about a 5 minute walk down to private river access which is lovely and clean, but across the river from that is a major public access/drop off point for bus loads of tubers getting in the river...was only an issue on the weekend when it got very crowded but not too rowdy thankfully. Staff is very friendly and helpful, keep the place nice and go out of their way to make your stay nice. Has a pool and there are also deer and turkey that gather at feeders each evening onsite and at times walk almost right up onto your campsite! kids could ride bikes and explore and we didn't have to worry due to the small size and quiet nature of the park. Overall highly recommended. We camped at Seven Bluff Cabins & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for two nights in April. The RV park section is at the front of the park which had a driveway going through the campground (which meant all traffic going to the back of the complex drove through the RV section). Kind of noisy at night with vehicles driving in and out of the complex. Wifi worked while we were there. We did rent the Directv box while we were there since over the air channels are not available. This a remote area so bring all the supplies you need. Nearest gas station was about 10 minutes away. The park hosts were very friendly.

Also, the sites are back in sites, but the owners let you drive through the field behind the site so you can pull thru. The site did have a BBQ pit which we did not use. We camped in a Class C motor home. We camped at Seven Bluff Cabins & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Garner State Park is nearby. Very crowded state park. Also, lots of sightseeing in the area if you are willing to drive. We visited Lost Maples State Park plus the Utopia, TX golf course. We enjoyed the Lost Maple Cafe in Utopia, TX - delicious pie!

We love Seven Bluffs. We have been camping here for years! The river access is easy and the area is safe for children to run and play. The management is fantastic and the staff is always willing to assist campers in anyway. Some of the sites are tight to get into, but there is plenty of room to run and play. Moreover, most of our time is spent at the river's edge! I highly recommend this campground! We camped at Seven Bluff Cabins & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a wonderful, well kept up destination RV Park. We come here for the excellent spring birding and are the only campers here now. The Frio River is adjacent to the property and summer is their main season. They also have several cabins for non campers. We have stayed here before and will hopefully come again We camped at Seven Bluff Cabins & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great RV site and friendly owners. We have been staying here for many years. Peaceful, river access and nice facilities, book early for the summer months because they fill up fast. Would definitely stay here again and again. We camped at Seven Bluff Cabins & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice facility nestled in a pecan orchard with deer and various wildlife. Very clean and family friendly. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Summer reservations are difficult to make, especially for return guests, but if you get in, it is worth it. One of our favorite places for over 5 years. We camped at Seven Bluff Cabins & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
