Stayed here for 1 night. We have stayed here many times, often for more then one night. Very convenient to I-10 access and staff are always accommodating and friendly. This used to be a KOA, but it has maintained the high KOA standards. Sites are level with varying sizes. Easy access to cheap gas. Not far from Llano State Park. We concur with the previous comment. The site was long enough to not have to unhook the toad and very wide. The pergola and wooden lawn chairs were a nice touch and pleasant surprise. Management was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. We were warned about the water pressure being a little high but had a regulator, so no problem. This is a great park and will stay here again if in the area. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

There ought to be a category for "Former KOA's" this is the best I've seen. We have stayed the Winter here Nov thru Apr, so the rate reflects what I think they charge nightly without discounts
The park is very well maintained by resident managers and workkampers. After five months they've all become our friends.
The big-rig sites are long and level and each has a pergola, stone patio, and chairs. The really big diesel pushers should make a reservation. This park fills almost every night, but there are usually small pull-throughs left. This is not oil country, there are very few permanents and only four of us seasonals. It is close to I-10 and there is some road noise, from the interchange.
Bathrooms and showers are clean, very KOA, and the laundry is new. It is close to town, well lit, and the entrance is gate code controlled. If you arrive late, follow signs to "overflow", you can't get in. The Llano River flows by the park for kayaks or canoes and there is a playground. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.
Llano River State Park is near and don't miss Lum's Bar-B-Q
Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $30.00
We stay at this park twice each year as we travel through Texas. It is well maintained with pride of ownership evident throughout. The sites are nicely spaced and level. The manager provides an escort to the site and goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok. Easy access to freeway but traffic noise is minimal. We only travel during the off season so we don't take advantage of the pool and other amenities which are available. Excellent cable and ok WiFi. Our second overnight here. Nice park in a great location. Easy access off and on highway. Friendly and helpful staff met us after hours to show us to our site. We arrived too late to enjoy the pergola at our site, but we will return. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Easy on/off freeway, wide interior gravel roads, long and very wide lots with gazebo, slider chairs, smoker grill. Gravel pad and grass between. Right on the river. Not bothered by noise. Absolutely lovely place for an overnight stay. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is a very clean & well maintained park with gravel sites. All sites are pull thru sites. Very friendly & helpful managers who escort you to your site on arrival. Wi fi worked well. Laundry was clean & washers & dryers worked well. Entry requires a gate code. Don't miss the chance to eat @ Lum's Bar-B-Q (about a 1/2 mile south on 377 on the right) while in Junction. We will definitely stay here again when in Junction. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Wide, long pull in spots. Guide to spot. Nothing fancy. We had a pergola, BBQ, table & chairs. Cable & hook up fine. Great staff. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

The owner escorted us to a clean, level, long pull thru so we didn't have to unhook, as we were just there overnight. Everything worked well and he made sure that we had open sky for the sat dish. The park is right on the banks of the North Llano River. The weather was chilly, so we weren't able to explore the park. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Lovely campground! Absolutely loved the little shelter on the site with a picnic table plus a couple chairs! Staff was very friendly and helpful. This campground is right next to the river and we even caught and released a couple perch! Unfortunately while we were there the WiFi was almost non-existent. We were told that they were working on upgrading it. And although the restrooms and showers were very clean, the showers need some TLC to bring them in line with the rest of this park. We will definitely stay again. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Very nice park with excellent hosts, friendly and very helpful. The bathrooms were spotless as were the showers. Laundry facilities couldn't be better. Only drawback was no Verizon signal and no 3G. This is a great place and we highly recommend it. It also has cute cabins. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

This park was a KOA. We stayed in it when it was a KOA. The folks that manage it were there then and are there now. They are doing the same excellent job now as they did before. Everything worked, Wi-Fi and all utilities. They gave us a space and an alternative. Either one would have worked. We will definitely camp here again. Nice clean park. I like that they have little pergolas at each site with chairs. Very friendly workers. Nice clean laundry room. Only spent one night but if in area will definitely stop again. Sites are big enough for our 40' rig plus our toad. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

If you want a full service RV park on the Llano River in Junction, this is the best one in the area. We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend because the state park was full. It is next to the highway bridge (US 377) and right on the river, so it doesn't have the same environment as in the state park but it is an easy full-service RV park. I don't care for highway noise, and there was just a little. Since the park is on the edge of town, there are plenty of lights on at night. The park is right on the river, so there are all kinds of aquatic activities available. While we were there the river flow was slow, so swimming wasn't a good idea at that time of year. We spent our time checking out our new trailer (maiden voyage) and spending the day at the state park, so this park served its purpose well. The folks who run the park are extremely helpful, and most importantly it is close to Lum's Barbeque! We come to Junction at least 2-3 times per year and were pleasantly surprised by this RV park. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
Visit nearby South Llano State Park for the day for swimming, tubing, hiking, and bird watching.

Wonderful RV park - 20% military discount! Patio pull-throughs; we were lucky to get one. Had chairs and pergola right where our outside TV was. Paved entrance, gravel sites but level. Cactus trees. A short river walk. Very nice owners. During the night we were awakened by a loud banging noise and realized it was the awning! Luckily got that in without damage but the wind got worse and we brought the slides in as well. We forgot that storms come out of nowhere in Texas! Would stay here again.
