Easily accessible from I-10 but far enough away that you don't hear it. Large sites spread among old large pecan trees. A. very natural feel. Park is next to Llano river. We are very pleased we found this. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Cooper Barbeque 3/4 of a mile north of the campsite offers good Texas BBQ in a rustic setting. We enjoyed our meal there.

The park is old and nothing has changed since we were last here. Staff is friendly, laundry clean and machines all worked. Large sites. Wifi worked well in office but not in our site. Verizon internet non-existent. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Rate includes military discount. This park is well maintained and has a professional & friendly staff. Gated, with an escort to your site very little noise even though it is close to the interstate. Sites are large, level, with well-placed hookups and feature a shaded patio. WiFi did not work at our site and AT&T was spotty at best. There were no obstructions to the rooftop satellite. Junction doesn't have much to offer but the host recommended a Mexican restaurant near the Interstate that was very good. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.

Spoiler Alert. The campground Wifi is so bad it is worthless. Once connected, we could not get our email and it stalled when trying to load a web page. And, the campground was about 30% occupied so I doubt it can be blamed on other campers hogging the service. To make matters worse, there is no Verizon reception at this campground. So, we had no phone or Internet service for our stay.

This is a nice campground, but the advertised Wifi is a joke. Why can't campground owners see the light and upgrade their Wifi to a usable service. They would definitely get more business.

I would have given this campground a high rating if it was not for the poor Wifi. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed one night on our way to Arizona. I made a reservation in advance. No one was at the office when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes and someone finally arrived to check us in. I believe we were in space 35. The spaces were nice. There was dog poop around our space. About two hours after arriving we experienced a power spike on our 50 amp power. The power spike it turned out damaged two of our air conditioning units to the point that they had to be replaced. Yes we had a protector on the motorhome and on the power pedestal. Obviously because of the power problem we would not recommend this park and we would not stay here again. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice older park. Check in was very fast with outstanding customer service. Was escorted to our site which was level and included a little pergola and easy chairs - a very nice touch. Site was a pull thru and long enough that we did not have to unhook. Park was quite and clean. Restrooms are a little dated but clean and everything worked. We will definitely stay here again. This was a 1-night stopover. Park is close to I10, but fairly quiet. Staff was very friendly, and I was escorted to my pull-through site. Large shade trees adjacent to my site were place so as not to interfere with my satellite. A generous-sized patio included chairs, table and grill. About my only complaint was the slow WiFi, which seems to be a signature feature of most RV parks I visit. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pleasant experience. We only stayed one nite while underway elsewhere, but will come back again. This is a great place, not too far off the I-10 to make it easy to get to, but far enough away that no hiway noise. VERY clean and hospitable. Our site was shady and level. The free cable and WiFi worked really well. We were met at the door and guided to our site. Wish we would have had our swimsuits because the pool looked really nice. Something to remember for the next time. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very cute, well run park. Check-in was a breeze and we were piloted to our site by a friendly fellow in a golf cart. There had been a big storm just before our are arrival, so everything was very wet and the river was flowing nicely. They said the water doesn't come up into the campsites. I was glad to hear that because Texas has been having a very stormy spring. The sites are gravel, so our rig and truck were a muddy mess when we left this place. Other than that we had an excellent stay. We made use of the fenced dog run and walked around the park. There was a pool and other amenities, but we didn't use them. I wouldn't hesitate to use this park again if I'm in the area. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is the best campground we have ever stayed at and this includes Cherry Hill near DC! Amazing! First of all we travel with three dogs and we were welcomed here. It's not usually a problem, but you never know. The sites are pristine and so spacious. There is literally a lot OF GRASS in between every two spaces as well as a nice roomy patch of grass in between every two spaces on the backside as well. We had a Pergola, fire pit, two glider rockers, a convenience table between the gliders and a picnic table! The sites are mostly level, the hookups were as immaculate as the rest of the park. There's a river to peruse, swimming pool, nice little park for kiddos, cabins....etc., and so on. This is a fabulous oasis! Trees....come see. I can't imagine anyone would not like it. If you stop, turn right at the exit and stop by Lum's for barbeque. Oh my. So good! Fantastic! Thank you and I hope we get to return sometime!! We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Big spaces and trees! Our campsite had a little pagoda with two glider chairs, a pot with flowers, a smoker, fire pit, and a stone patio. So nice! We checked in after hours and one of the managers, Sam, came out and escorted us to our spot. We walked the loop and also walked down to the river. Lovely! Good TV channels and Internet too! All employees were very polite. Showed us to our site and help park so all services would reach. Sites are level and there are several large trees throughout the park. Very nice pull-through sites for big rigs. Did not use any facilities but the grounds were very clean and well kept. Employees are constantly seen on site in golf carts and always helpful. Would definitely return. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice campground. They have some nice long pull thru sites that allow big rigs to stay hooked up. They have 50 Amp FHU available. The park is older but clean and tidy. ATT & Verizon work well. Plenty of clear sky for satellite set up. Restrooms are dated but clean. No train or Hwy noise. WiFi was free and worked well. Very well laid out spacious pull thru sites. On the bank of the River. We camped at Junction/North Llano River RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
