I lived in this park for about six months and I am very glad I moved to a different park (Shallow Creek RV Resort in Gladewater, TX). This was basically privately owned land that the owner had put many RV sites on. It was not well kept, had all dirt roads that were VERY bumpy, and some of the residents were very loud. I used the laundry facilities once and never did again because my clothes stunk after they were done. They were very nasty facilities. The trees are pine trees and dripped all over my trailer. I am still working on cleaning up the mess. The owner is very strange and has a lot of rules that no one seems to follow anyway. The sites are not paved in any way. I would not recommend staying at this park. Instead, try Shallow Creek RV Resort in Gladewater, TX. We camped at D & D RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
