Paved roads and rv pads. Some gravel and some concrete patio areas. Very level. Sites include picnic tables. This park is only a few years old so it looks fresh and new but the downside is no shade. Really nice amenities. In the main building there are 6 private bathrooms with toilet, sink and large tiled shower.
Also in the main building is a large gathering area with sofa seating area around a flat screen tv and several dining tables. At the other end is a workout area with dumbells and several cardio machines. Next to that is the laundry area that includes 6 washers and dryers.
The pool area includes a large covered patio area with lots of seating and a modern pool with small splash pad area for kids at the shallow end and a waterfall. Several grills are provided as well.
We were next to a wifi booster so we had a very strong signal. 2 cell towers were nearby as well.
The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.
As others have noted, the park is right off the freeway so there is road noise. There is a newer development of the Rv park that is further back from the freeway which would be more quiet. This area features another building that has a common area with ping pong table, bar, etc. as well as a dog washing room. There is also a hot tub outside. Looks like new horse shoe pits are being installed.
The park is extremely neat and well kept. There are numerous trash cans with bags for cleaning up after your pet. They also feature 3 large fenced off-leash areas for dogs. We camped at Nature's Own RV Resort in a Motorhome.
Tips for other Campers:
The rv park is adjacent to Dick Kleberg city park. There is a walking path and coded gate that you can go through to get to the park which has a lake, walking trails and several pavilions.

Traffic noise ruins this park. A very busy highway right next to the park means traffic noise is significant and never lets up. Had to sleep with ear plugs it was so bad. Why an otherwise nice park was built so close to a busy highway is a mystery. Sites are nice but too close together. Wi-Fi was sporadic and slow. We will not return. The park is a newer and they are expanding it. Some of the spots are very close others have a nice spacing. All of the spaces are long. Some back-ins most are pull through. Some of the sites are concrete and others are rock. It is a clean well kept park. They are mix of long term and short residences. Nice place to stay. We camped at Nature's Own RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
This park got a 9 only because of highway noise and no cable TV. Otherwise, it's a near perfect park perfectly run with really nice folks. Like reviewers have said, the bathrooms are clean and plentiful. Park only 2 years old so very nice and clean clubhouse, bathrooms, and pool area and exercise room. I even found a DVD that I had always wanted to see ("The Way") so didn't really miss TV, except we like to listen to news and weather. Wi-Fi good...we had spot across from office. Wish there was more to do. We would have stayed longer. Too bad there is such highway noise. Make a point to stop at this place to see how well managed a park can be. Need more new ones in Texas. They need better signage...we missed it the first time. Check-in woman really set the tone with her friendliness and welcoming spirit. We camped at Nature's Own RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I find this to be a top-notch spot located about 200 miles south of Houston. We stopped for a one-night stay on our travels through the state and enjoyed the beautiful grounds, and an especially nice pool/clubhouse/bathhouse/laundry area (and exercise room). There are gas grills at a couple spots near the clubhouse, plus an excellent fenced area for the dogs to run. The WiFi is working well but there is no cable offered. We've picking up quite a few channels with our antennae, however. I believe they offer dish TV as well. The only slight negative is the abundance of gravel throughout with not much paved or grassy area. Our price reflects the Good Sam discount. We camped at Nature's Own RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful RV Park in a good location. Our TOAD had a dead battery and they quickly got me jump started. I fully agree with the prior post and they now have two dog run areas. This place is packed, unlike some we drove past today. If the WiFi had any speed to it, I would also have given the park a 10. Plenty of TV over the air and all sited are satellite friendly. We stayed for a week for $175. Campground was very new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a new pool, clubhouse with big screen TV, and new laundry equipment. Just minutes from Kingsville and Super Walmart. Wish all the campgrounds we stayed at were this nice. Quality of this campground was a real bargain at the rates they charge.
