This park is a 55 + park with lots of Winter Texans. They have a nice pool and hot tub, a large recreation hall, exercise room, pool room, laundry, free coffee, lots of activities, and friendly people. Many Winter Texans return year after year to the same site and have significantly upgraded their spot. There are quite a few park models and a very well kept up area of mobile homes at one end. In addition to overnight rates, they have weekly and monthly rates. Overnight and weekly rates include electric. I stayed two weeks in a grassy space with a nice sized concrete patio. Internet was good and it was free. There are lots of grapefruit trees and you are invited to pick fruit from those around the office. There are lots of activities. We camped at Citrus Valley RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
