5 Parks near Midland, Texas
Aug 2016 - $37.00
A clean campground in the West Texas area. Managers on site seem to know all customers. Feels like a family. We stayed for a few days visiting relatives in Odessa. Seems to be the only CG with city water and city sewer.
Voltage, water pressure were all very good. Cable RV has some premium channels and Wifi is amazing! So many towers to choose from and good speed.
Approach road has been paved, so all the comments about the dirt road to CG are no longer valid.
Will return. - stanbar
Aug 2016 - $35.00
I have been using this campground for a long time while travelling between Alabama and Southern California. Good place for a stop over. The service, price, quality of utilities are all very good. The approach road from I-20 to the CG has been paved and I see that they are on city utilities. While the water taste is not great, good to know that it is safe to drink with all the fracking going on in the area.
All in all, happy to stay and will return. - MikMc
Jul 2016 - $32.00
It's a good, basic park if you're driving thru. As mentioned, it's a place filled with full timers. My pull thru was level, gravel and well maintained. It's not fancy but it gets the job done for a one night stand. Clean shot for my DISH. I would stop here again. Don't worry about the road noise. Not a factor. - LEB2
Feb 2012 - $60.00
The manager is really strict on stupid stuff like, how you are allowed to park your vehicle, how many pets you are allowed to have, how straight your camper is.. A lot of people are leaving this park this week alone. The manager keeps bringing in FEMA trailers when people leave out so she can rent them at a higher price. We are fixing to find us another RV park that doesn't have such a hateful manager! - MeAndMyCamper

This was an overnight stop on our way to Phoenix. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall of Site was level. Tress at sites that offer some shade, not a lot. Water wasn't the best but that gave you a case of water to take with you. Would stay here again. - Rich & Cathy Kelly
Apr 2016 - $32.00
Very friendly and escorted to spot. Although not the most modern, the restrooms and showers were very clean (cleaned twice a day). This is an oil production town, so everything is dirt (no concrete pads), however the park is very clean and well kept. Pool was not open yet, so can't expand. The park was having a problem with quality of water for drinking. Safe to wash dishes and bath. However, park gratiously provided as much bottled water as requested. Ample room between pull through sites for two slides. Only used as one night stay but will use this as an overnight stay again. - aliner man
Apr 2016 - $32.00
We stayed three nights in our 40' RV. We did not use any park facilities although laundry, showers, and a dog park were available. The fairways and sites were gravel. Our pull-through site was not long enough to allow us to pull through with our tow attached. In fact the road we needed to use to drive our tow to the site was blocked. Checking in at this RV park was the first time we experienced a lost reservation. Although the desk clerk was most helpful (I'd made the reservation and recognized her voice), I don't think the paperwork was ever found. The biggest problem with this park is that we were advised not to use the water due to a heavy nitrate concentration. Smelled funny and tasted funny. We did not fill our fresh water tank here. This is OK for an overnight stop but that's all. - JanW
Apr 2016 - $30.00
Nice campground for a few nights. I liked that they had large pull-through. A bit uneven and it's mostly dirt with gravel. Could be a problem when it rains. Clean, spacious bathrooms and showers.(2) Small but nice exercise room with a good selection of equipment. The owner showed us around and was very helpful & friendly. It's family run & the daughter was working the front desk. Very friendly. Nice laundry room & a room with pool table but didn't use. There's also a pond & a very nice kids playground with lots of new equipment. Large fenced in dog area as well. Would stay again for a few days. Not much ambiance in surrounding area to stay longer than a few days. - Upnorthmich

This is essentially a parking lot in the desert. Our site was gravel and open. Quite a ways out of town. Sure not fancy. Appears to be many full time residents. - arkietraveler

We were on our way to Arizona when a snow/ice storm hit Texas. They called and checked on us and were very concerned about us arriving before the storm started. Our reservation was for one night but we stayed for 3 nights. So accomodating! - nludwig
