WiFi is decent, no restrooms, no cable, small. Nice lady operator who was absent due to family crisis. Grandson came around with receipt. Stayed 2 days. Seemed like several long-termers. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Small park, right off the highway. Clean and neat, with 4 long pull throughs, level. About 8 back ins with mostly full timers. One washer and dryer with a shower in the laundry room. Verizon hotspot 4 bars, T-Mobile 2-3 bars. Convenient stop for an overnight stay. Some trees and grass. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here last winter and again for 6 weeks this year- Small park, clean, near highway 59 which sometimes is bit noisey, but didn't bother us.Great owners, sites are ok, many sites are long term seasonal residents. Close to town of historic Nacagodoches which has much to see in that its one of oldest cities in Texas. City is gorgeous in spring when flowers bloom. Will definitely stay here again. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Interesting with only 12 sites and most of those were long term. Four pull thru with two left and a note on a mailbox, "choose a spot and pay." So we did. Right on the 59 so noisy but site was decent size and level-ish. Wifi was spectacularly good. The laundry room has A shower and that and a washer and dryer are the amenities. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice little park - sites were shady and pull thru sites had plenty of room. The park does have good WiFi but no TV hookups. There is one shower in the laundry building and you kind of have to lock everyone out to take your shower and hope that they don't need clothes from the machines! It is close to town and the owner is very nice and offers ideas for sight-seeing and restaurants. The on-site manager is very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of room to walk puppies. One picnic table toward the back of the grounds. I would come here again. Clean and pleasant! We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a small park with 12 gravel sites, dirt roads and shaded areas. The park is located right off highway 59 just north of Nacogdoches. The owners are on site daily and very accessible via telephone if needed. They added a laundry room with a washer and dryer and will be putting in a shower facility soon. This is a very quiet park with a mix of college students and working people. Grounds were clean and well maintained although the rain makes the sites a little muddy, but it's no worse than any other park with gravel sites. Sites are mostly level with ample room to park and pull in/out of drive through sites. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. My site was well lit at night and I felt very safe taking the dogs out after dark. Neighbors were very friendly (my hose split while I was there and my neighbor turned my water off so I wouldn't have a flood and taped a note to my door offering a spare hose if I needed it). I would stay here again without question. We camped at Red Barn RV Park in a Motorhome.
