We've been in Odessa for 2 yrs and this is the nicest park we've stayed in. It's clean and quiet. There's a pool, gym, and laundromat. I feel totally safe here unlike the other parks we stayed in. If you come to west Texas looking for a resort type RV park you won't find it. This is an oil boomtown, most the parks here are just parking spaces off a highway. This park is in a residential area in the country away from all the crime and BS that goes on in town. The managers are really nice people and are in the office daily. It does flood and get muddy when it rains but so does the WHOLE region!!! It's west Texas even the oilfields shut down when it rains cause it floods. Every park we stayed in got sloppy muddy when it rained. It's just part of being in this area. Thankfully it doesn't rain very often. We camped at Permian RV in a Fifth Wheel.
Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $60.00
This place is horrible, there are no other words for it. It is very over priced compared to other parks in the surrounding area. It is out in the middle of no where. There are no bathrooms or showers available. The office is open from 5 pm to 8 pm, so plenty of time to see the management, not. They are extremely rude to customers and tried to lie and say that their website states there are no bathrooms and showers but when I asked them to show me this on the site, they couldn't find it. It is dirt everywhere and there are pot holes everywhere. It rained and made this into a muddy mess to live in. I would never recommend this place based on the customer service alone. We camped at Permian RV in a Fifth Wheel.
Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $20.00
The office is never open and they will not answer the phone. I could not even reach them to pay my rent. The next place that became available I took it and left Permian RV. The owners even live on site and they don't care much about appearance or improving the property. If you are OK with only a pot hole dirt pit than this is your place. The only positive thing I could say about this park is that it was pretty quiet at night. There is just weeds everywhere on the RV spots, and the washer/dryers and some of the vending machines did not work for the four weeks that I was there. I would recommend that you keep looking for a different place to stay. We camped at Permian RV in a Fifth Wheel.
Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $25.00
This park is expanding. The owners live on site and are very involved in upgrading the park. Right now they have a laundry room and a game room. Wi-Fi is available for an additional monthly charge. I paid $450/month for a full hook up site with utilities included. This is a nice park out of the city limits. We camped at Permian RV in a Travel Trailer.
