Park does have a lake and paved path. Flat, paved sites w/water & 30A, dump station on site. Total self serve registration. Don't bother trying to find at their website, site did not work well and did not list the address. We called, nice lady on phone but she gives TERRIBLE directions for out-of-towners. It is on Hwy 60 (E/B) after it changes to Hwy 152, pay attention or you miss the small sign. Bathroom/showers need to be dozed & rebuilt. Grass was mowed but city residents using the park trash it-garbage strewn all over the place despite an over abundance of garbage cans equally distributed about the park. Fees are $15 Sun-Thurs & $20 Fri-Sat. OK for a "just passin' thru" overnight. We camped at Pampa City Park in a Motorhome.
Tips for other Campers:
Not a whole lot to do in the megalopolis of Pampa, TX!

Found this park by happenstance when trying to make reservation nearby. Wide open sites with little to no shade. Very level. Near a lovely lake with a walking path around. Resident host helpful and solicitous even though he used an assistive device to get around. Clean restrooms and showers. Only stayed one night in a travel trailer. We camped at Pampa City Park in a Travel Trailer.
Date of Stay: January, 2015 - $15.00
Stayed here for a week. The showers could use a little updating, but overall the campground was nice. Level spots and wide open space. There were only a couple of other RV's there while we were (it is Winter after all). On-site manager lives in trailer, although it is run by the city. We camped at Pampa City Park in a Travel Trailer.

Quite the find. 30 amp, water, dump available, level pull-through, paved roads. Easy access, quiet. What more could you want? I've certainly paid more for less. We camped at Pampa City Park in a Motorhome.
Stopped here after checking out the old fair grounds downtown that no longer exists. Sure glad we found this place. Nice large sites with lots of room. The price just went up in March 2013 but it is still a good deal. Didn't try out the dump station but it looked to be in great shape. Nice and quiet and everything worked. Would stay here again. We camped at Pampa City Park in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $20.00
We stopped here because it looked nice for the price advertised of $8/$10. Indeed it is a nice little park but they only have 30amp and no sewer, although they do have a dump station. We checked the website just 30 minutes before arriving and the price was $8/$10 but at the gate it was $15/$20 (that is week days and weekend days, price change in effect on March 1st, 2013 and this is April 20. Easy in and out and large pull-thrus. Good Verizon service. We camped at Pampa City Park in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $8.00
Very nice RV Park and it still is the best place to stay in Pampa. The camp host stated that the city council is considering upgrading the park to 50 amp service and sewer hook-ups. We camped at Pampa City Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Date of Stay: August, 2008 - $10.00
Small city park with 7 acre lake, on-site host, bathrooms, well lit, quiet, 60' pull-throughs, and wide grassy areas between sites. Ten day maximum stay for $8 weekdays and $10 weekends but no reservations taken. The park was less than half full when we pulled in for 4 days. This is the best place to stay in Pampa. We camped at Pampa City Park in a Motorhome.
