Nice park, quiet. Sites are tight. Premium sites have trees. Not busy so we did not have any campers to either side of us. Front desk very cordial and accommodating. I'd stay here again. Dog run very small but plenty of places to walk dogs around site. We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

We stayed at this park because of the great reviews and so close to Seaworld. The one star is for the friendly staff and the beautiful pool which was out of order. These sites are very very small and are no more than 8 ft from trailer to trailer. Half of your site is medium size rocks, the other half is sad grass with sticker burs. There are trees on one side of the rv park and none on the other. There is a night guard because of theft problems and although free Saturday morning donuts was advertised, we had to go out and buy our own. Fed up with all the disappointments we decided to leave a day early since we couldn't even swim and they would not refund our last day that we wouldn't be using because it's against their policy. I have never written a bad review of any rv park but felt the need to forewarn others. We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Just an ok park. A resort, not on your life, unless have a pool makes it so. Nothing special, most of street are downhill and pad are fairly level. Limited parking at showers and r/r with no handicap parking visible. Pull through sites if you disconnect your toad. Not really big rig friendly. Traveling in a Winneabgo Journey 42e. Our rate reflects weekly divided by 7. This place is OK and there is not a lot to choose from in this area. The sites are very tight and some rigs overhang the road which makes navigation challenging at times with a big rig. Out site was impossible to pull out of, so we backed out. If we tried to pull out we would bottom out on the hill in or site and likely not make the turn due to a large tree at the bottom. The sites are so close together we couldn't put out our awning without hitting our long term neighbor who looked like his fifth wheel had been there for years, missing windows etc. There was a pad next to ours where we parked our truck. Our picnic table looked like it needed to be replaced long ago. We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

I was a little concerned after reading some reviews that the sites may be too small. I just did not find that to be the case especially for an RV Park located in a metropolitan area! This park is fantastic with excellent Landscaping, it is extremely clean, and in a very convenient location for touring the San Antonio ares! Access in and out is easy even with a larger RV! Having traveled several times across the country, this is the nicest RV park I have been to that is located inside a metropolitan area! We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Well overpriced. Paved roads, paved sites, however the sites are extremely small, as our 5th wheel slides extended to our neighbors site. Tree canopy hitting the roofs of RV's. An older park in the middle of a neighborhood. Park primarily for full time residents, few transients. Staff friendly, but knew little of the area. Escorted to site. Asked for satellite friendly, assured it was, but indeed it was not. Did not us heated pool or Sea World shuttle. Will not return. We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Approx. 30 minute drive to downtown San Antonio. Utilities good and in the right location, but sites really close together. The site next to use was used for car parking, so we didn't have an RV sewer line next to our picnic table. Site was long enough for 36' MH and towed car. San Antonio is a very busy tourist city. Book you RV site early, no matter which RV park you choose. We took a jump on and off bus tour, which was enjoyable.

This park is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. I love that they provide an escort to your site and assist with parking. The pool is always clean and heated as well. The dog park is a great feature and gives you an opportunity to allow your pet to exercise off leash. The bathhouse is spotless and recently remodeled. We will stay again! With downtown about 16 miles away the opportunities for sightseeing are endless. The park offers a free shuttle to Sea World which saved us the daily $20.00 fee charged to park.

Overall Rating:

The park is located just a couple of blocks from Sea World and in the same general area as Fiesta Texas. It's about 20 miles to the Riverwalk area and the Market, so location is great.

It is extremely clean and has the best most friendly folks working there. The only drawback for us was close neighbors. With some spaces you're sitting at your picnic table, you are literally only a couple of feet from the sewer discharge of your neighbor's line. One thing that will help you here is to ask for a spot where you park your vehicle next to you between rigs. Now the next rig is 2 spaces away with their discharge.

Accesability is very good as it sits between Loop 410 (inner loop) and the outer loop.

Our rig is a 42' 5th wheel towed by a 1 ton F350. The lot was plenty big for the RV but not the PU. However, parking was on the next pad, so no problem. Most of the pads are pull thru. We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

As I write this in the park, the permanent resident next door is working on his truck, with his sewer hose connected not far from my front door. Would have done laundry here this afternoon, but the line of construction workers who live in the park was too long for me to wait for a machine. Shower was cold, again, probably because the machines used up all the hot water. At this price, I was expecting much better. Some of the camp spots have been converted to parking spaces. This park has seen better days. Should have known better when I had to sign a no refunds form when I registered. Park near the front if you must stay here. We've stayed here before, but just short stays. This time we kept our motorhome here for a month so our kids could stay in it while changing apartments while at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

In general the park is fair to okay, a little cramped with lots of full time residents and workers. The showers on our end need lots of work, tiles falling off the walls, mold everywhere, clogged shower head and no hot water. Neighbor's sewer hook up is really close to your front door. And the one next us kept falling over. The smell of sewage was a daily problem.

I generally try to give managers the benefit of the doubt when they get grumpy, not anymore. I watched and listened to the manager bad mouth a customer, then bad mouth an employee, all the while smoking a cigarette. The young guy working the front desk is plenty kind. However I'm not sure the manager understands customer service. I felt bad for the employee and customer she was griping at. The manager was not in anyway professional. With the choices closer to downtown and the other choices a little closer to this park, we will not be coming back. We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects nightly stay. Some sites are more expensive. My rate was 590/month. Check the site for rates. I was here from June/2015 to March 2016.

Check-in was easy. Staff nice and helpful. Escort to your spot to help you get properly parked.

No cable but over 50 channels available on antenna. WiFi provided by TengoNet, not controlled by the park. Please don't blame the park for bad internet...not their fault

There are some rules...but not that bad. But don't be mad if you violate one and get called out...rules are for a reason. Especially pay attention to pet rules, parking on open spots, and going the wrong way on the one-way streets.

There are 2 dog runs. Both are supplied with doggie waste bins and poop scoopers. Use them. Yes, the runs are cleaned each day, but that doesn't take away your responsibility to clean up your dog's poop.

Sites are concrete pads. Roads through the park are paved and are of adequate width. This park has 3 long spots for very large rigs, such as class A's pulling large trailers.

Restrooms and showers are cleaned daily. But bear in mind, people use them throughout the day. If you stay here and use them, and one needs attention, notify the staff.

My stay here was great. I would not hesitate to come back here again. We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Shuttle available to SeaWorld during its operating hours.

Tour buses to San Antonio pick up in front of office.
Short walk to a bus stop for transportation to downtown San Antonio.
Plenty of shopping nearby.
If you request a lot with a tree, be mindful that along with the tree, comes birds.

We stay in San Antonio quite a bit. Our kids go to UTSA. We've never stayed here before because it's not as close to downtown as Traveler's World. To start off with this park is extremely well maintained. No junk anywhere and there looks to be some full-timers with all kinds of set ups and everything is tidy. I'm extremely picky where we stay. No longstanding mobile home parks, etc.

Navigating the park is easy. The sites are a little narrow for my taste, but if all you're gonna do is stay inside or go to the city it's no problem. We chose a "Premium-Plus" site with an extra parking place for our kids to come visit. Our site had a picnic table as well.

No cable TV and not a lot of channels to be picked up. Looks as if they had cable at one point but not anymore. Not much shade throughout the middle of the park. Some trees at the end of the lanes. We camped at Admiralty RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of places to eat everywhere. Plenty of grocery stores and strip shopping centers to choose from. This isn't the park's fault, but when we left for dinner, late around 8:00 and got back around 11:00 p.m. an old beat up truck was parked in our parking place we paid extra for. We didn't use the Wifi, our phone signal was good with Sprint.
