Same quality stay as last time and as described in other reviews. Wifi is also still pretty much worthless and some shade trees would make this a superlative park. But at this price (PPA) who's complaining? We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $17.00
The $17 night stay is with a Passport America discount. Very clean park all over, well manicured, trash pick up, very friendly and helpful staff. Great pull-throughs. They check the power & water for us to make sure everything worked. Convenient place for exploring. Would stay here again. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Running west on I-20 and running late I used RVParkReviews to locate this park after hours. The manager still answered the phone and sent a guide to hand lead my rig to a campsite, which I appreciated very much. Even though I was only here for one night I could have stayed more. Hot tub and pool were nice, and roomy, not cramped, sites with long access to drag your towed in and out of is always a good deal. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $32.00
This park is very nice for an overnighter or several days. Has hard packed gravel at the sites and would only be better if it had concrete pads. Right off Hwy 281 and 1 mile of I-20 makes it very convenient. Owners are top notch, pool is great, clean showers, (2) rally halls, great cabins. We stay there when in the area. This was our first time staying at this park, recommended to us by friend with the same size rig. The park is located a short distance from I-20, but the traffic noise was barely noticeable. The park has easy access to pull-throughs as sites angled for easy entrance and exit. The sites are level, graveled and long with a good amount of grass between adjacent sites. The staff were very friendly, providing driving instructions for local grocery shopping. The park is very pet friendly with lots of doggie rest stops and a descent sized dog run (but not really big enough for a greyhound to get up to any speed). We stayed here for 2 nights on our way northbound from San Antonio, taking US 281 all the way, bypassing the DFW nightmare. The over-the-air TV reception was lousy to none, however the phone and data signals for both Verizon and AT&T were good. I cannot comment of the park Wi-Fi, as we did not use it. There is a short walking trail to a fishing hole that is suffering from the Texas drought, but it was a nice walk for the dog. On the down side, there are no shade trees. We will definitely be staying here again. The rate reflects the Good Same discount. For tall rigs, make note of a 13' 11" underpass and a 14' 1" bridge 4 miles north on US281. This is the best park in the area. I enjoyed my stay and will be glad to come back again very soon. I was in the area for some civil litigation and needed somewhere quiet and pleasant to stay to get my mind off of everything and this place did it. Very friendly staff and very clean place to stay at. Very pet friendly. Beautiful scenery. Lots to do in the area. The staff went out of their way to welcome me and give me directions to everywhere I needed to go. Loved this place thank you for all you did for me. Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $24.00
We have stayed here before and the campground is very nice but there is no cable and the WiFi either said no connectivity or we could not connect at all. WiFi is very important to everyone. There is a game room but no supplies to use the air hockey table, fuse ball table, and electric darts. All the other buildings were locked. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $30.00
Nice park, close to the highway but about 14 miles from grocery/supplies. Beautiful pool and good space layout of sites. Clubhouses for rallies were very nice. Very friendly staff and trash pickup at site. Price paid was rally rate. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Shore power 50/30amp, Sewer good, Water @ 40psi. Has WiFi but is not real strong. Used Verizon 4G LTE Air Card which was very good. AT&T 3G Cell Phone works well. Cable was good. Sites are very long, mainly gravel, good for real long RV's including Semi's. Sites are plenty wide with good room between them. Interior roads are good. Restrooms are outstanding. Family type with shower, toilet and sink all in one. There is at least one for each row of sites. Laundry is good but I didn't use it. Very few Long term tenants. DirecTV Satellite is easy access. Credit cards are accepted. They have a good size dog run. Very nice place to stay. Will come here again when in the area. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is a very nice park and we will return! Very nice and helpful staff. reasonably level sites and full hook ups. The lack of reliable WiFi is why I rated it lower. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $17.00
The rate shown is the Passport America rate. We stopped here for one night on our way from Arizona to Virginia. The staff is very friendly, the sites are long and level, nothing blocks the satellite, Verizon service excellent. The buildings are new and very clean, and the pool (although not open for the season) is beautiful with an attached hot tub. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Highly recommend! As we looked ahead for our next stop we were happy to discover that this park was within our driving range. Having spent a few nights here last year, we knew what to expect, and we were not disappointed. We love the level sites and easy access. The campground does not have cable and the wifi timed out, our only disappointments. Had we arrived earlier, our dogs would have had baths in the dog washing area! If we pass by in the future, we will stay here again. The rate reflects the cash Passport America discount. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.Undo

Rate is Passport America. Nice open RV Park with very nice facilities. Restrooms/bathrooms are first-rate, some of the best I have used. Wonderful tile showers. These areas are very clean. Very friendly folks at check-in. Great first impression. It is obvious the owners care about the park. Sites are paved and level. Utility hookups are very convenient. Satellite reception is no problem. AT&T reception good. Just 1/2 mile off I-20. There is a little road noise from the interstate but it is negligible. I would definitely stay here again.
