This park is THE greatest. Like something out of the old Texas west. Very spacious, very clean and well maintained. Large and level spaces. Managers are very helpful and courteous. Will definitely return and spend more time here. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

If anybody is looking for a campground in Texas for an individual or group, I highly recommend Coffee Creek RV Resort in Santo, TX. They have a large meeting hall with a grand fireplace and functional kitchen. There are lots of things to do including a pool. The staff are super friendly and the campground is spotless. There is a decent size dog run and doggie stations all around the property. WiFi works very well. There are also cabins to rent. The sites are level and easy to get in and out of. Interior roadways are easy to navigate. I can't say enough good things about this place! We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendly helpful staff. Level sites. Easy in and out. Large clean laundry. Sites had no shade. Rest rooms/showers were individual private bathrooms. Well stocked campstore. I would stay there again. Good TV antenna reception. WiFi was from TENGO. It did not work for me. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Electric & Sewer good, Water @ 60 psi. Did not use WiFi which is provided by Tengo. Verizon Cell Phone is very good. Verizon Data is very good. Cable is good. Sites are long with plenty of room between them. Sites are gravel and level both directions. Roads are Asphalt and gravel. Restrooms are outstanding. Didn't use the Laundry but it is good. One nonworking machine. There are some long term tenants. Most are in good order. DirecTV Satellite is easy because there are no trees. Payment by credit card is acceptable. This is a nice park. The office personnel are very good and extremely helpful. I would have no problem staying here again when I am in the area. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed a week for a rally. Staff went beyond what was expected. Very clean. Gravel roads and sites. FHU with cable. Water pressure was NOT sufficient for a nice shower. TAlking with others this seems to be the only complaint we all had. Need to add picnic tables at site. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access to IH20 and US281. Very quiet. Rather large campground with several laundry and bath facilities. Management seems to try to space their customers out as much as possible. Camp sites are all long pull throughs. Sites are level. Grounds are clean and well maintained. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an old campground that probably was a cow pasture prior to that. Sites are narrow gravel beds with weeds and grass grown in and a small concrete patio (no picnic table). Grass between sites had been mowed but piles of grass clippings were left behind for days. NO trees for shade. The pool is nice but small for such a big campground. Very loose management with no oversight. There was a dog loose that wandered and left droppings anywhere he chose. A cow pasture is right next to the campground. And quite a few long-termers. We visit this area frequently and usually stay at their sister park, Oak Creek in Weatherford. We were referred to this park since there were no openings at Oak Creek. There is a huge difference between these parks and Oak Creek is by far superior. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I've stayed here many times and always enjoyed it. I believe the original owners went bankrupt and this park was recently purchased by the same person who owns Oak Creek RV Resort in Weatherford, TX. The new management has cleaned up the park and kept it looking nice. The pool was especially nice during the hot month of July. Many folks looked to be long term but they have kept their rigs up nicely. Very quiet area with close proximity to several fuel stations and a couple of restaurants. I will certainly stay here again. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overnight stopover convenient to I20 and US 281. I was escorted to a long, level site was easy to get in and out of with towed car hooked up. Clear sky for satellite dish. WiFi okay, but slow at times. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice, cozy location. Trees surround the facilities (laundry, office, etc.), but park is totally open in a field with a private ranch next door (horses and cattle). We stayed two nights. Staff helpful, connections good, WiFi a bit off and on. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We have stayed here twice. Great park. Easy on/off I-20. Great atmosphere with Longhorns in nearby pasture. Long level gravel sites with grass in between. Friendly helpful staff. Escort provided to our sit. Pool is very nice also. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice but basic park. Our rate reflects the weekly price. 50% occupied with permanent residents that are well kept with a couple of exceptions. Grounds are well kept and tidy. Water, power, sewer, cable and wifi were all good. I-20 is nearby and I could hear the traffic at times but it wasn't annoying. There's not much in the immediate area but several "larger" towns are nearby. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Visits to Granbury, Weatherford and Mineral Wells are nice where you will see quite a few historical buildings, small tourist shops and some good restaurants. A few wineries can be found in the area.

This park now has cable TV. I didn't see it advertised on their website, however it is indeed in place. 45-50 channels; we were very happy to find this. They have also added some lights throughout the park, and are said to be adding more. The lights are a welcome addition as it was quite dark in the park previously. We found everything to be in fine shape during this visit. We did not use the wifi so I cannot rate that. We enjoy staying at this park, it is quiet and peaceful. Tips for other Campers:

We ventured the 1-2 miles south during this visit to the Maverick Grill and Convenient Store, which is south of the 281/I-20 interchange. It is a nice store, with a Taca Casa on site as well as the Maverick Grill, which had pretty good burgers, sandwiches, etc.

Other reviews have accurately described the park and sites. Very small concrete patios that don't match up with doors. Sites are close to each other and there are no trees. We stayed here a few years ago and it was clean, pleasant and quiet. The full-time worker residents have totally ruined this park! Pickup trucks are coming through at high speeds day and night. One has to be careful walking in the park. This park is advertised as a "resort". Not sure why. It is definitely not a resort. We won't return here as there is a much nicer park 10 miles away! We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.
