1 Park near Schulenburg, Texas
Nov 2015 - $36.00
I stayed here for a month, and the monthly rate was $354, plus your electric bill. It was during the summer, so it was about $80 dollars added to the monthly rate. The "cable" is terrible. I'd say it barely qualified as working. It's only the 4 major networks, PBS, CSPAN, and the weather channel. And the networks only worked about half the time. The wifi worked about half the time as well. When it worked, it was great, but it would work for 5 minutes and then be down for 10 minutes. The inconsistency made it almost useless. The only thing that saved it was the cleanliness, staff, and the location. The park was very clean, and the other residents and staff were extremely nice. If I was staying here longer term, I'd find somewhere else. According to co-workers, there are other parks in the area that cater to long term residents. They aren't as pretty, but have more reliable and better cable/internet. As well as a better deal on electricity. I'd say this is a pretty spot for passing through, but not long term. - Rugger

Easy off and on access to I-10. Many full timers. Pleasant management. Full hook-up site was gravel and level. I was able to secure a site at the edge of the park that was unshaded and attain a satellite signal. Strong Verizon signal. - SunStar203
