Due to the nature of our trip the stop was just a quick overnighter so did not check out the amenities, the campsites are Very Close to each other. Would only stay again if I had to! - Gloria S.
Extremely neat campground. All roads and pads were gravel and in excellent condition. I recommend reservations. It appeared that we got the only open spot in the campground. It looks like most occupants are relatively long term residents. However, it appeared that all the units were capable of traveling immediately (no skirts, ramps, decks, etc.). - jdstevens
Our second year to stop off here on our way to South Texas. Friendly staff and escorted to the site with offer to help with hook-up. One mile to Hard 8 Bar-B-Que for great food. Will stay here anytime we are close. Sites are a little close or I would give a 10 - v35pilot
Decent city park for an overnight or couple days. Approximately, half the sites are pull thru. Restrooms are across the park. Honor system to pay. Sites are fairly level under pecan trees. Only reason for low rating is that the roads need re-paving, clear the pecan limbs and electric boxes/water faucets are past time for replacing. Everything works, just need updates. Has a dump station. It seems the local gas field workers have found this location to stay in their RV's. - indyana66
