Just stayed here one night, but, after spending just the one day here, I'd certainly consider spending more time in order to explore the area and I'll certainly be staying here if passing through the area again. Had a little noise from the I20 being nearby, but, it wasn't overly intrusive, though, it was cool enough that we had the windows shut. They also had free cookies on registering for the site; freshly made, ours were fresh out of the oven, and quite tasty. A nice touch after spending the day in the "driver's seat". We stayed here one weeknight and had a full hookup site. It was a long, gravel, pull-through that was not level. Most sites I saw were using some sort of leveling device. The sites are about half back-ins (along north and south edges of the park)and half pull-throughs (in the center of the park). I think all sites are FHU with about 25 channel cable TV. Several channels were not clear and some folks might be disappointed in not having any sports channels (ESPN, Fox, etc.). There were at least 5 separate, very dark, individual, bathrooms in the main building. This building also included the office, a small store, a reasonable ($1.25) laundry, a large meeting room with kitchen. The pool is small and there is also a hot tub. The park has a tennis court and a man-made pond (this is their so-called lake) for fishing. Most of the occupied sites seemed to be there for extended stays, but there were plenty of sites available for overnighters when we were there. The park Wi-Fi network was a little slow but OK. Their handout specifies that customers should not watch TV/movies, stream, game, etc. on their Internet system. The only recycling is just aluminum cans; that's better than many Texas RV parks. I saw no signs at the interstate exit directing you to the park. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Top notch RV park just off I-20. Large pull-throughs, some back-ins. Awesome "doggie playground" fenced for the pup to run. Showers and laundry clean and large, handicap access. Entire park tree lined. Reception friendly, very helpful. Recommend highly; would stay again. Camped with 40 ft rig and toad. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Nice park in a rural setting. Easy on and off freeway. About 45 minutes from Dallas. Good Wi-Fi and cable. Long spots that can accommodate big rigs. Lots of permanent residents, but the sites are very well kept, so that is not a problem. The main office with its laundry, meeting hall, and porch have a nice community feeling. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet area even though very near interstate (could see cars from RV site). Very clean, manicured grounds, well-lit at night. Nice pool/spa and great laundromat. Will definitely return. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo
Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $38.00
Very nice park with friendly staff. We stayed several nights. We made a 4,700 mile trip and these were the nicest bathrooms/showers we saw. Gravel rather than paved was only thing keeping me from rating a 10. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo
Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $35.00
Rural setting, small lake surrounded by huge grassy areas and woodlands. Paved roads with gravel sites. Good water pressure, very good wifi, very good Verizon signal. Gotta love the ducks but don't feed them. I-20 noise level was significant. Rate reflects weekly stay. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo

This is a very nice park. The roads and sites are gravel but the sites are good size and long. The office personnel was very friendly and helpful. It is about 35 miles into the Dallas proper but not a bad drive. The nice part is it is in the county and has the open range feel. The lake is a nice touch. We would stay again when in the area. This campground was better than a lot we've seen, though it has gone downhill since the new owners took possession. The office staff is very friendly. They have a nice pool and clean bathrooms. The only complaint we had was the smell. It honestly smells like a sewage facility. I'm not sure if they just aren't adding enough chemicals to the sewage tanks or if there's another issue but you don't want to be outside when the sprinklers come on. Perfect way to ruin a Saturday at the pool. Other than the smell, we recommend this campground though the WiFi was awful. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is a very nice campground - long, level pull-through sites, lovely landscaping, and everything is clean and well-maintained. My husband tried the "private" shower/bathroom, and it truly was private, with a separate lockable room for each one. There was a spacious fenced-in dog play area also. The only reason I didn't give it a "10" was because the park is really out in the "boonies" - great access off I-20, but about 15 minutes away from a town with any amenities. However, if we were traveling this way again, we would definitely stay here. By the way, we received 2 obviously homemade chocolate chip cookies when we checked in, and they were delicious! This park was a nice little gem. It was well maintained and managed. Check in was quick and efficient. The sites were spacious and level. Pool and laundry was very clean. My husband said the bathrooms and showers were also very clean. The grounds were lovely with plenty of trees and flowers. Such a nice surprise! We liked it so much we stayed another day. Great over night stop, GREAT restroom shower combo, set up is for one person only. Very clean and well run campground. Fishing and level sites. Ask for a site up near the office area. These are near the restrooms and not the Interstate. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Nice park. Quiet on the north side of the park; south side is near the highway and noisy. Sites were rocked, with grass dividers and some trees. Exercise room was adequate. Staff was friendly. Offered to turn the hot tub on if we wanted to use it. Not too many choices in camping near Dallas, and we chose this as being somewhat near SMU. Turns out it is 45 minutes or more depending on time and traffic. All in all, an OK park. Didn't feel like it lived up the it's trailer life ratings! Excellent park off I- 20 but not far from I-30 if using state road 34 as a short cut from I-30 to I-20. Needed a place 1/2 way to Austin from Little Rock. Good cable and Wi-Fi. Nice fitness room. Spotless laundry. Level gravel sites, everything is well maintained. We camped at Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.Undo
