LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lions RV Park. We Love the park and the people. It is like home away from. The owners and the management are some of the nicest people we know. The Park is beautiful and the fishing is GREAT!!! Clean restrooms and showers and very large laundry area is a bonus. Management will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Campers and residents alike will make you feel like you have known them forever. When you leave you will miss them all and look forward to your return trip. Believe me, you will want to go back over and over. We camped at Lions RV Park in a Motorhome.

I am walking across the USA to raise money for spinal cord injury, I am travelling with 1 support team member. We have stayed at several RV parks since leaving Carlsbad California - we arrived at Lions RV without a reservation. We were met by the owner and taken to be introduced to his manager. They are a small park with a lot of permanents.. They had one space which we rented for the week. The price was more than fair. The grounds are beautiful, well kept and easy to walk, the bathroom is spotless and the shower is hot with excellent water pressure. In my opinion it is the best RV park we have stayed in, during the 14 weeks we have been travelling. We camped at Lions RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The nicest camp managers we have run into in a long time. It was raining when we arrived and they parked under a covered site where we stayed. They couldn't have been more helpful. Location is off the interstate and outside of the small town of Lindale so it was very quiet. Beautiful lake on the property. We would stay there again as we travel through Tyler on I-20 at least once a year, and this place beats all the parks right along the interstate by a mile. We camped at Lions RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: November, 2013 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Having been on a very busy extended trip (almost 6 months) we were looking for a quiet RV park to settle for a couple of weeks. In East Texas, just north of Tyler, we found a gem in the Lions RV Park. It is located in quiet countryside; you never hear the Interstate, airplanes or trains. From any of the full-hookup sites you can enjoy the 20 acres of treed, rolling hills and the 4-acre spring-fed lake. If you take the time to "smell the roses", you can count the beneficial carp, turtles and other lake inhabitants. Some campers have been skilled enough to catch up to 4 pound bass. It has a comfortable club house, almost new laundry equipment, outdoor smokers and BBQ and sunset-watching piers are available for all to enjoy. If we didn't have obligations at home, we would have stayed for another week. We camped at Lions RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

The campground was nice. The pond was lovely, very quiet and secluded. However, the owners have no business running an RV park as they tend to make up rules as they go and they tried to stick us with a "late charge" that was no where in the rules. We camped at Lions RV Park in a Motorhome.
