Very large RV park very easy to maneuver a 40' and tow with absolutely no problems. Clean park felt very safe and such a nice lady that checked us in. The biggest dog park I have ever seen. Easy on and off I-10 east. You definitely will want to pass by the first two RV parks and stay here! We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

What a delightful surprise. The people ar delightful, the sites are level albeit gravel, a pool, laundry, nice mountain views, Iceland water to refill bottles. We only stayed one night but we will definitely stop there on the 10/20 split. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Not much to do there per the host, but we were stopping only for 1 night so we were fine with that.

I will never stay here again. The bathrooms and showers have mold on the walls. The dog park has lots of stickers. Not 2 feet into the fence, my dog had stickers in every foot. I went to office to discuss my disappointment and the woman said "I just work here". This park is definitely not worth $35 per night. I should have stayed at one of the cheaper places in Van Horn. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

The park is a typical Southwest park with gravel sites and roads. Easy access form I-10. The park is good for big rigs, some trees so satellite can be a problem in some sites. Most sites are pull through. They are long enough for big rigs. Average space between. The WiFI seems fine (we were close to office). All the other services worked well. Laundry was small but everything worked great. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed here before and will stay again. There isn't much out in West Texas so this is a nice convenient stop especially is heading west on I-10. It's all dirt and gravel but quite open and the sites aren't super close together. WiFi was good. Used Satellite. There was some highway noise but didn't wake us up. Good stop. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Another West Texas campground, but with a higher than normal amount of trees. Otherwise, a flat gravel field with wide access roads and long level pull thrus. Right next to I-10 for easy access, but tradeoff is lots of truck noise. Power ok, did not use other utilities. Campground wifi had ok signal, but lousy speed. Verizon was 5 bars with good speed, T-Mobile was 3 bars with decent speed. No recycle on site. No obvious road bike riding. We will overnight here again when passing thru the area. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

For a convenient overnight stopover along I10, this park is a great option. Sites are level, long pull-throughs, with nothing to block satellite access. The park also provides plenty of maneuvering room. The included analog cable TV is acceptable. I did not use the WiFi. Hook-ups were well-placed. Nothing fancy. Just a good place to stop for the night. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Chuy's restaurant has great food and was a favorite of John Madden when he traveled through the area in his sportscasting days. The restored historic Capitan Hotel, designed by famed architect Henry Trust of El Paso, is also worth a look-- nice bar.

We stayed at this park for on a one night stay heading east on a trip. The site is easy to find and right off the I-10. The park is wide open all gravel RV park. The staff in the office was very nice, and was ready for us upon arrival. Good power, no complaints. Good easy access to connections. This is a great location for one night stops or a place to stop on your trips. I would Recommend! The site are 80+ feet long and the power and water is very good. No issues at all with this park. We stayed in a motor home. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a great spot for an overnight. Clean, spacious and well maintained with friendly staff to boot. I'd give them a 10, however, the wifi wasn't any good (like 99% of all the other places we've stayed at over the years). We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

About as convenient as can be. Jump off of I-10, fuel up at the Pilot on the frontage road, drive a block down that road and pull in for the night.

Great overnight RV park. Very easy access off of I-10.going West take exit 140B then turn left under interstate and go directly into the park. Park is all pea gravel with a tree at each site with boulders places all around. Very wide roads with long sites. Plenty of room for 40' MH and towed jeep without unhooking. Beautiful mountain views and a very large fenced in dog park. Noise from I-10 which is not an issue for us. Lots of birds around. Will definitely return if in area. Very easy access from I-10; just off Exit 140B. Clean park with gravel roads and level, gravel sites with trees. Sites long enough we didn't have to unhook. Very large, fenced dog run with trees; also horse area. We would stay here again. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Just an overnight stop, but a very nice experience. All utilities worked well. Just a noisy train across the road, but not bad at all. Gravel / dirt sites, but this is west Texas. Very level. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

This park was HORRIBLE. I stayed here for work for several months. They started out with $350 a month. They raised it each month with the max up to $750 by time we all were in. They would charge a $50 fee for using a credit card or check. They wanted cash so they wouldn't pay taxes. During the time I was there, the electricity would not hold up and it would die in the middle of the day. Some people's pets almost died from heat exhaustion. The office smelled like dirty diapers. The water pressure was horrible and you lost water at least once a week. They tried to kick out anyone who wrote a bad review on their facebook pages. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Keep driving to somewhere else that appreciates the hard earned money you are giving them. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very easy access off I10. We could not bring it's park up on our GPS, nor could we enter the address (810 Frontage Rd)- GPS said it didn't exist. I called the park and they said they get alot of people saying the same thing. From I 10 east, it's exit 140B. It is literally off the exit ramp, you cannot miss the huge sign!! Lady in office was friendly and welcoming. Sites are gravel, level and the park has mature trees on each site but it does not interfere with satellite. Park looks like it is used mostly for one nighters or workers. The RV'S were in good shape and the park is clean. The office gave us code for wi fi, but she said it didn't work. We didn't use it. Good place to rest your head on I 10. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.
