Stayed one night on our way SE. Park is easy to navigate. Nice long gravel site. Easy on and off I-20. Close to highway, but noise was not a problem. Manager Very helpful. This is a small park so call ahead. Watch the signs when you enter. We would stay here again. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a small, gravel road park. The attendant calls everyone "sugar" and is very friendly. We stayed here for one night and would do so again. There are quite a few pull-though sites. There are some long-termers, but it doesn't look dumpy. I saw no trash anywhere except for a couple of cigarette butts. It is about 200 yards from the interstate, so very light sleepers might hear the traffic. Our air conditioner and TV are much louder than the traffic noise. It is very quick and easy to find from I20. There are no designated dog trails or dog runs, but the gravel road around the outer edge of the park is about 1/4 mile and makes a great place to walk the dog. As for internet, one can get a free voucher from the office, and the internet is pretty good for an RV park. Some of the lots have good shade and some are in the open. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed one night. Park is easy to navigate with no major obstacles. Nice long gravel site. Easy on and off I20. Manager goes out of her way to help. This is a small park so call ahead. What seems to be front of office is really back. Watch the signs when you enter. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stopped here without a reservation. Manager was able to give us one of the 2 remaining pull-thru sites at the front of the park. She suggested we set up and then come back to make payment. This is primarily a full time park with a few sites near the front for overnight or longer stays. Sites are grass and gravel. There is cable TV and WiFi. The WiFi was a strong signal. The bad thing about this location is that it is right on the frontage road of I-20 and there was highway noise all night. I doubt we would stay here again, but would if necessary. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Motorhome.

For an overnight, this was fine. Convenient to the interstate. Restrooms were scrupulously clean, the site level and wi-fi worked well. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Truck Camper.

We stayed here for 5 wks to care for a sick family member who lives nearby. The monthly rate is $275 with a $50 electric deposit which may be partially refunded depending on meter reading. We paid $140 for an extra week. The campground is close to Interstate 20 so you can hear traffic, but it is easy on and off for travel. We stayed here during heavy rain and flooding, our site in the back (#23)had puddles, but drained well. The water pressure was good. There is a fitness room, book exchange, propane services, no pool and not much of a campground store. The campground is not very close to any grocery stores, but there are several fast food restaurants and a catfish restaurant nearby. There is a fair number of longterm campers at this campground; all seemed friendly and helpful as well as the managers and owners. My only complaint is some of the long term campers let their dogs run loose, especially at night, so there is barking when you try to sleep and dog poop that you have to be careful not to step in! Would probably stay here again. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Bathrooms were very dirty and the trash was left in there for over 2 days. Very close to highway and did not feel safe. I would not recommend this campground to anyone. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This campground was a great find for us. Easy on & off I-20. Utilities all worked fine. We had a nice easy pull-through in the front. It had a little road noise but it was warm and had the AC on so it was not a problem. The price was great for what we got. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We arrived after the Office had closed. The 'after-hour instructions' were clear so we had little trouble finding a site. The all-included shower-restrooms were big, and clean with plenty of hot water. On a cold January day, a more effective heater would have been appreciated. Although close to the Interstate, we were not bothered by road noise. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very convenient park. Easy off/on. Staff friendly. Some supplies, ice, snacks. Sites were not extremely level, especially front to back. There was highway noise, but that was expected, and we were situated so as to "watch" the traffic. Free Wi-Fi. Cable TV but we used our Dish. Would stay here again as overnight park. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice place to overnight. There was some road noise, and some train noise but it wasn't all that bad. Convenient on, off I-20. There seems to be quite a few permanent residents but that seems to be the norm nowadays. The place was clean. We would stay there again. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy off and on I-20 to campground. Friendly and helpful staff. The sites in the back of the park are mostly permanent with short stays in long paved pulled through sites in the front. The noise from the interstate can be loud, but it didn't bother us. We did not use any facilities, so I can't report on them. Park is good for one or two nights. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a nice place. The management was very accommodating when we had to delay our arrival a couple of days. Excellent cable and Internet connections. Sites were good size and relatively level. We arrived here in a steady rain storm and staff showed us to our site, didn't care if he got wet! He also brought us the cable channel guide, in the rain. Only negative, excessive highway noise as we were 150 yards from Interstate 20. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This was a perfect campground for an overnight stay. The host was friendly and helpful. Signs led us off I-20 directly to the grounds. This campground had clean restrooms, strong WIFI, and cable TV. So, for the price, it was a good value. The site was easy to pull through and well-lighted. This was valuable since we arrived late in the evening. The road noise was not as bad as was described in another review, but it was evident. We plan to use this campground in the future. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This RV park is a stone's throw off I-20, and the traffic noise is very loud. There is also a railroad nearby. Sites are fairly narrow and gravel. I wouldn't stay here again unless I absolutely had to. We camped at Miss Ellie's RV Park in a Motorhome.
